The applicator 7 comprises a medicine storage tank 71 and a medicine discharge pipe 72, the medicine storage tank 71 is fixedly mounted on the machine frame 1, the bottom of the medicine storage tank 71 is connected with the medicine discharge pipe 72, and a medicine discharge port 73 of the medicine discharge pipe 72 extends to the rear end 12 of the machine frame.
The film covering device 8 comprises a film covering frame 81, a rolling wheel 82 and a sleeve shaft 83; one end of the film covering frame 81 is hinged with the rear end 12 of the frame, the other end of the film covering frame 81 is provided with two rolling wheels 82 capable of rotating, the two rolling wheels 82 have certain weight, and a certain distance is reserved between the two rolling wheels 82; the film covering frame 8 is also provided with a sleeve shaft 83 with the axis parallel to the rotating shaft of the rolling wheel 82.
The covering soil conveying device 9 comprises a soil crushing conveying belt 91 arranged on the frame 1; the crushed soil conveyor belt 91 includes an upper soil end 92 and a lower soil end 93; the upper soil end 92 is positioned obliquely above the soil crushing disc 51 and at the top end of the trenching plate 41, the lower soil end 93 is positioned between the pesticide discharge port 73 and the seed guider 22, and when the soil crushing disc 51 rotates, soil can be thrown onto the upper soil end 92 along the trenching plate 41; the soil retaining box 94 is mounted at the upper soil end 92, the soil retaining box 94 is provided with a soil inlet 941 and a soil outlet 942 which are communicated with each other, the soil inlet 941 faces to the obliquely upper part of the soil crushing disc 51, and the soil outlet 942 faces to the upper soil end 92.
The soil covering amount control device 10 comprises upright posts 102 arranged at two sides of the soil crushing conveyor belt 91, two ends of a retaining plate 101 are respectively arranged on the two upright posts 102 through adjusting screws 103, and the plate surface of the retaining plate 101 is vertical to the belt surface of the soil crushing conveyor belt 91; the height of the retaining plate 101 can be adjusted by screwing the adjusting screw 103 into different mounting holes on the upright post 102, so that the distance between one side of the plate surface of the retaining plate 101 and the conveying surface of the soil crushing conveyor belt 91 is adjustable, and the plate surface of the retaining plate 101 and the conveying direction of the soil crushing conveyor belt 91 have an included angle of 45 degrees.
In conclusion, the furrow opener, the soil crusher, the deep scarifier assembly, the mulching device, the pesticide applicator, the fertilizer applicator and the soil covering conveying device are highly integrated, so that the multifunctional soil covering machine is complete in function and more compact in structure; the soil is conveyed to the row ditch for covering through the soil covering conveying belt and the soil breaking disc with the soil throwing function, so that the soil covering amount is increased, and the soil covering thickness can be controlled by the soil covering amount control device; the subsoiler component with a plurality of end parts can realize higher subsoiling efficiency and better effect; the rolling wheel in the mulch film covering device enables the quality of mulch films to be better, the planter can realize single-bud precision seeding, the seed quantity per mu is 3000-3500 buds, and the operation efficiency is high and reaches 7-8 mu/h.

Claims (10)

a subsoiler assembly (3) comprising at least three subsoilers (31) arranged side by side at a certain interval at the front end (11) of said frame;
a furrow opener (4) arranged between the subsoiler assembly (3) and the seed guider (22);
the soil crusher (5) is arranged between the furrow opener (4) and the subsoiler component (3), the soil crusher (5) comprises two rotatable soil crushing disks (51), and two or more soil digging knives (52) and soil throwing plates (53) are uniformly arranged on the periphery of each soil crushing disk;
the fertilizer applicator (6) comprises a fertilizer storage tank (61) arranged on the rack (1), a fertilizer discharging pipe (62) is arranged on the fertilizer storage tank (61), and a fertilizer discharging opening (63) of the fertilizer discharging pipe (62) extends into the furrow opener (4);
the medicine applicator (7) comprises a medicine storage tank (71) arranged on the machine frame (1), a medicine discharge pipe (72) is arranged on the medicine storage tank (71), and a medicine discharge port (73) of the medicine discharge pipe (72) extends to the rear end (12) of the machine frame;
the film covering device (8) comprises a film covering frame (81), one end of the film covering frame (81) is hinged with the rear end (12) of the frame, two rolling wheels (82) capable of rotating are arranged at the other end of the film covering frame (81), a certain distance is reserved between the two rolling wheels (82), and a sleeve shaft (83) parallel to a rotating shaft of each rolling wheel (82) is further arranged on the film covering frame (8);
the soil covering and conveying device (9) comprises a soil crushing and conveying belt (91) arranged on the rack (1), the soil crushing and conveying belt (91) comprises a soil feeding end (92) and a soil discharging end (93), the soil feeding end (92) is positioned above the soil crushing disc (51) in an inclined mode, and the soil discharging end (93) is positioned between the pesticide discharging port (73) and the seed guiding device (22);
earthing volume controlling means (10), it is including locating earth retaining plate (101) of hack conveyer belt (91) top, one side of the face of earth retaining plate (101) with distance between the conveying face of hack conveyer belt (91) is adjustable, the face of earth retaining plate (101) with the direction of transfer of hack conveyer belt (91) has certain contained angle.

A sugarcane deep scarification, soil crushing, fertilizing and mulching single-bud planter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the furrow opener (4) comprises opposite furrow plates (41) and furrow grooves (42), the furrow plates (41) are oriented towards the front end (11) of the rack, the bottom ends thereof are adjacent to the soil crushing discs (51), the top ends of the furrow plates (41) are inclined towards the rear end (12) of the rack, and the furrow grooves (42) extend towards the rear end (12) of the rack.

The sugarcane deep scarification and soil-crushing ditching, fertilizing and film covering single-bud planter as claimed in claim 2, wherein two or more than two partition plates (213) are uniformly arranged on the planting transmission belt (21) at certain intervals, and the plate surfaces of the partition plates (213) are perpendicular to the belt surface of the planting transmission belt (21) and the transmission direction of the planting transmission belt (21).
4. The sugarcane deep scarification, soil breaking, ditching, fertilizing and film covering single-bud planter as claimed in claim 3, wherein the height of the feeding end (211) is higher than the height of the discharging end (212).

The sugarcane deep scarification, soil crushing, ditching, fertilizing and mulching single-bud planter as claimed in claim 4, wherein a seed guider inlet (221) and a seed guider outlet (222) are arranged on the seed guider (22), the seed guider inlet (221) is located below the blanking end (212) and gradually shrinks from the seed guider inlet (221) to the seed guider outlet (222), and the seed guider outlet (222) extends to the rear of the ditching groove (42).

A sugarcane deep scarification soil-breaking, ditching, fertilizing and mulching single-bud planter as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the soil breaker (5) further comprises a gear box (54) arranged on the frame (1), an input end (541) of the gear box (54) is provided with a spline shaft (542), and the spline shaft (542) extends towards the front of the frame (1); two output ends (542) are respectively arranged on two sides of the gear box (54), and the two soil crushing discs (51) are respectively arranged on the two output ends (542).

The sugarcane deep scarification, soil crushing, fertilizing and mulching single-bud planter as claimed in claim 6, wherein the soil loading end (92) is located at the top end of the trenching plate (41) and when the soil crushing disc (51) rotates, soil can be thrown along the trenching plate (41) onto the soil loading end (92).

The sugarcane deep-loosening soil-breaking furrowing, fertilizing and mulching single-bud planter as claimed in claim 7, characterized in that a soil blocking box (94) is arranged at the soil-feeding end (92), the soil blocking box (94) is provided with a soil inlet (941) and a soil outlet (942), the soil inlet (941) faces the soil-breaking disc (51), and the soil outlet (942) faces the soil-feeding end (92).

The sugarcane deep scarification, soil breaking, ditching, fertilizing and film covering single-bud planter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the fertilizer storage tank (61) and the pesticide storage tank (71) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack (1) and above the subsoiler component (3) and the ditcher (4).

The sugarcane deep scarification soil-breaking ditching, fertilizing and film covering single-bud planter as claimed in claim 9, further comprising a depth setting wheel set (13) comprising two depth setting wheel seats (14) respectively arranged at two sides of the rack (1), wherein each depth setting wheel seat (14) is provided with a depth setting wheel (15) with adjustable height, and the two depth setting wheel seats (14) are respectively located below the fertilizer storage tank (61) and the pesticide storage tank (71).
