The cloud server system has better operation, can adapt to the engineering data management of mass and multi-element words, is convenient for historical data query to reduce the workload of data management personnel, and further improves the working efficiency and the data storage quality.

4. Bid-winning notice book
5. Construction drawing examination qualification book and fire control examination suggestion book

Then the user can enter the corresponding data information base for selection, and the specific selection is as follows: 1. in the legal file folder, data such as 1.1 construction project planning permit, 1.12 construction project organization personnel qualification certificate, 1.2 bid winning notice, 1.4 construction drawing design file auditing opinion, 1.7 construction contract, 1.8 supervision contract, 1.10 safety supervision table and the like are selected. After the construction project construction license is issued, the electronic version file is uploaded to the 1.14 construction license for filing. The rest of the data is also used and filed with the idea. The land development department, the reporting department, the bidding contract department and the construction department of the project are divided according to the working properties of the project, and each department performs its own job and manages the archive group belonging to the property. In summary, the engineering data management method can divide the engineering data into the common data information base and the key data information base, can perform secret-related cleaning and secret-related processing on the engineering data in the key data information base, can perform the next operation only after the software is logged in, can effectively reduce the storage risk of the engineering data, can adapt to the engineering data management of massive and multi-element languages, is convenient for the historical data query to reduce the workload of data management personnel, and further improves the working efficiency and the data storage quality.

Claims (9)

1. A method for managing engineering data is applied to a cloud server system, and is characterized in that the cloud server system comprises a plurality of system libraries, and the system libraries comprise: the system comprises a data generation system, a data processing system, a data storage system, a data construction subsystem, a service information base construction subsystem, a database construction subsystem and a security processing subsystem;
the engineering data management method comprises the following steps:
s1, the user end can connect to the data generation system through network to input, receive, backup and check the original data of the engineering data, and generate the page list with several content items;
s2, processing data in the data processing system, processing data of a plurality of content items in the page list, and dividing the engineering materials;
s3, the data storage system stores a plurality of content items in the processed page list into an information base of the data storage system, and the information base is a common data information base and a key data information base;
s4, screening a plurality of content items in the data storage system in the service information base construction subsystem, associating the maintenance data with the plurality of content items after data screening according to the plurality of content items after data screening and the plurality of content items in the data storage system and performing maintenance data, so as to realize updating and maintenance of the integrated database, and storing the plurality of content items after updating and maintenance in the data storage system;
s5, secret-related cleaning and secret processing are carried out on a plurality of content items of the page list in the data storage system and the service information base construction subsystem in the secret processing subsystem, the plurality of content items subjected to secret-related cleaning and secret-related processing are stored in the data storage system, and service encapsulation of the plurality of content items subjected to secret-related cleaning and secret-related processing is carried out;
s6, obtaining the event clicked by the user in the data construction subsystem, judging the event type of the event, prompting the events related to the event type, obtaining the execution event data, comparing the execution event data with a plurality of content items in the data storage processing system, and feeding back the comparison result to the page list.
2. The method of engineering material management according to claim 1, wherein the page list comprises a number, content, attachment, source, unit, date submitted, and tag.
3. The method of engineering data management according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the data construction subsystem has executing software.

The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cloud server system comprises a login unit, the login unit stores identity data of more than one client, and the client is connected to the cloud server system via a network and is authenticated by the login unit to obtain the usage right of the executed software.
5. The method of claim, wherein the event type of the event is determined to be a file deletion or a file addition.
6. The method according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the prompting is that the data corresponding to the event type request is stored in a key data information base if the event type is a user request, and then determining whether the authority information is a first authority, and if the authority information is the first authority, obtaining the engineering data without secret-related cleaning and secret-related processing; and if the authority information is not the first authority, acquiring the engineering data subjected to secret-related cleaning and secret-related processing.

The method for engineering data management according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the acquiring the execution event data is to acquire an imported file and to record data of each content item corresponding to the file, to add a new data record corresponding to the content item in the page list and to generate a data number corresponding to the data, and to feed back the added data record and data number to the page list to form a data record line.

The method of engineering material management according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the execution event data is compared with a number of content items in the data storage processing system, used for judging whether the data storage system is established with the form content same as the execution event data or not, if the data storage system is established with the same form content, the execution software in the data construction subsystem can give the same path direction as the same form content in the data storage system, if no form content for establishing the execution event data exists in the data storage system, and the execution software in the data construction subsystem can mark the execution event data as another form content II and give another path to point to the second, and the execution event data is stored by a plurality of content items in another page list II.

The method of engineering data management according to any of the preceding claims, wherein the data generation system, the data processing system, the data storage system, the data construction subsystem, the service information base construction subsystem, the metadata base construction subsystem and the privacy processing subsystem are connected in series.
