Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flow chart of a noise control method for a refrigerator according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for controlling noise of a refrigerator according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
s100, when a human body appears in a preset area range around the refrigerator, detecting whether the noise of the refrigerator is in a preset threshold range.
That is, in order to solve the problem that a user can clearly hear noise generated from the refrigerator when approaching the refrigerator, the noise level affecting the user is selected in advance and stored in a preset threshold range. Generally, when the noise level of the refrigerator is greater than a predetermined threshold, the user may be affected. Therefore, the invention can detect whether the noise of the refrigerator is larger than the preset threshold value.
In one implementation mode, a human body radar sensing module is arranged on the refrigerator; the step S100 further includes: and S10, controlling the human body radar sensing module to be started, and detecting whether a human body appears in the preset area range around the refrigerator by the human body radar sensing module.
Specifically, install human radar response module on the refrigerator, human radar response module can be the radar inductor, and the radar inductor does not receive ambient temperature and the influence of sound loudness. And detecting whether a human body appears in a preset area range around the refrigerator by using a radar sensor.
In a further implementation manner, referring to fig. 2, the step S10 specifically includes:
s11, controlling the human body radar sensing module to be started, and controlling the human body radar sensing module to emit radar signals with preset frequency;
s12, when a moving object enters the preset area range, the human body radar sensing module senses the moving object in the preset area range;
and S13, changing the waveform of the radar signal, and determining that a human body appears in the range of the preset area around the refrigerator.
Specifically, the preset frequency is 5.8 GHz. That is to say, the invention adopts the Doppler radar sensing principle, and by transmitting a radar signal of 5.8GHz, once a moving object enters the sensing range, the waveform of the radar signal can be changed, so that the action of the radar sensor is triggered.
In one implementation, the step S100 further includes, before the step S:
the method comprises the steps of storing an induction range of a human body radar induction module as a preset area range in advance;
the method comprises the steps that a first rotating speed corresponding to the occurrence of noise of a compressor of the refrigerator and a second rotating speed corresponding to the occurrence of noise of a fan of the refrigerator are obtained in advance;
and setting a first preset threshold value according to the first rotating speed, and setting a second preset threshold value according to the second rotating speed.
Specifically, the preset area range around the refrigerator is an induction range which can be induced by a human body radar induction module installed on the refrigerator. According to the performance of the compressor of the refrigerator, a first rotating speed corresponding to the occurrence of noise of the compressor and a second rotating speed corresponding to the occurrence of noise of the fan are obtained. When the refrigerator generates noise, the current rotating speed of the compressor is larger than the first rotating speed and/or the current rotating speed of the fan is larger than the second rotating speed. The method comprises the steps of setting a first preset threshold value and a second preset threshold value according to a first rotating speed and a second rotating speed; the first preset threshold is smaller than a first rotating speed, and the second preset threshold is smaller than a second rotating speed. In this way, the rotating speed of the compressor is reduced to a first preset threshold value, so that the compressor has no noise; and reducing the rotating speed of the fan to a second preset threshold value, so that the fan has no noise.
In a further implementation manner, a noise detection module is arranged on the refrigerator; referring to fig. 3, the step S100 specifically includes:
s110, when the human body radar sensing module detects that a human body appears in a preset area range around the refrigerator, controlling the noise detection module to detect the noise of the refrigerator;
and S120, judging whether the noise of the refrigerator is in a pre-stored preset threshold range.
That is, the present invention detects the magnitude of noise by installing a noise detection module on a refrigerator.
The step S100 is followed by: s200, if the noise of the refrigerator is detected to be within a preset threshold range, controlling the rotating speed of a compressor of the refrigerator to be reduced to a first preset threshold, and controlling the rotating speed of a fan of the refrigerator to be reduced to a second preset threshold.
Specifically, the refrigerator further comprises a processing module, and when the noise of the refrigerator is detected to be within a preset threshold range, the processing module controls the rotating speed of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan. Controlling the rotating speed of a compressor of the refrigerator to be reduced to a first preset threshold value, and controlling the rotating speed of a fan of the refrigerator to be reduced to a second preset threshold value, so that the compressor and the fan do not generate noise; when a user approaches the refrigerator, the refrigerator actively reduces noise, and the influence of the refrigeration noise of the refrigerator on the user is reduced. And, through adjusting compressor and fan rotational speed when the refrigerator is first electrified, with its operation with low rotational speed, avoid because of the box heat load is great, the big problem of noise that compressor and fan high rotational speed operation brought improves consumer user experience.
In an implementation manner, referring to fig. 4, the step S200 specifically includes:
s210, if the noise of the refrigerator is detected to be within a preset threshold range, generating a refrigerator noise overlarge instruction;
s220, controlling the rotating speed of a compressor of the refrigerator to be reduced to a first preset threshold value and controlling the rotating speed of a fan of the refrigerator to be reduced to a second preset threshold value according to the refrigerator noise overlarge instruction.
That is to say, if the noise of the refrigerator is detected to be within the preset threshold range, the refrigerator is over noisy, a refrigerator noise over-loud instruction is generated, and the refrigerator controls the rotating speed of the compressor and the rotating speed of the fan according to the refrigerator noise over-loud instruction.
In one implementation, the step S100 is followed by: and if the noise of the refrigerator is detected not to be in the preset threshold range, maintaining the current rotating speed of the compressor of the refrigerator and maintaining the rotating speed of the fan of the refrigerator. That is to say, when the noise is not big, prove can not influence the user, then can not generate the too big instruction of noise, the refrigerator can not change the rotational speed of compressor and fan either.
In a further implementation manner, the step S200 is followed by: when a human body in a preset area range around the refrigerator leaves, the rotating speed of a compressor of the refrigerator is controlled to be recovered to the original rotating speed, and the rotating speed of a fan of the refrigerator is controlled to be recovered to the original rotating speed. That is, in order not to affect the cooling effect of the refrigerator, when the user is far away from the refrigerator, the compressor and the fan can be operated normally without reducing noise.
Further, as shown in fig. 5, based on the above-mentioned refrigerator noise control method, the present invention also provides a refrigerator, which includes a processor 10 and a memory 20.
