Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an EGR (exhaust gas recirculation) one-way valve, which is used for reducing the probability of breakage of a valve plate so as to prolong the service life of the EGR one-way valve. It is another object of the present invention to provide an EGR system having the EGR check valve described above.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
an EGR check valve comprising: the valve comprises a valve seat provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, a limiting piece fixed on the valve seat and positioned outside the valve seat, a valve plate movably arranged between the limiting piece and the valve seat, and a reset structure;
the reset structure can enable the valve plate to move towards the valve seat and abut against the valve seat to close the air outlet; and when the valve plate leaves the valve seat, the air outlet is opened, and an air outlet channel is formed in a gap between the valve plate and the valve seat.
Preferably, the reset structure is a reset hole which can enable the valve plate to be away from one side of the valve seat and enable airflow to directly contact the valve plate, and the reset hole is arranged on the limiting piece or formed by at least two limiting pieces.
Preferably, the reset hole is a circular hole.
Preferably, the reset structure is a reset elastic part capable of deforming along the moving direction of the valve plate, two ends of the reset elastic part are respectively in contact with or connected with the limiting part and the valve plate, or two ends of the reset elastic part are respectively in contact with or connected with the valve plate and the valve seat.
Preferably, the number of the return elastic members is at least two.
Preferably, the return elastic member is a spring.
Preferably, the EGR check valve further includes a guide fixed to the valve seat, and the valve plate is movably disposed on the guide.
Preferably, one end of the guide member, which is far away from the valve seat, is fixedly connected with or in contact with the limiting member.
Preferably, the EGR check valve further includes a spacer connecting the retainer and the valve seat.
Preferably, the stopper is detachably provided on the valve seat.
Preferably, the air outlet is arranged on two sides of the valve seat, the air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the valve seat, and a sealing ring positioned on the periphery of the air inlet is arranged at the bottom of the valve seat.
Based on the EGR one-way valve, the invention further provides an EGR system, which comprises the EGR one-way valve, wherein the EGR one-way valve is any one of the EGR one-way valves.
According to the EGR one-way valve provided by the invention, the opening and closing of the air outlet on the valve seat are realized through the movement of the valve plate between the limiting piece and the valve seat, compared with the prior art, the valve plate does not need to be bent, the probability of breakage of the valve plate is effectively reduced, and the service life of the EGR one-way valve is prolonged.
Meanwhile, in the EGR one-way valve provided by the invention, after the valve plate leaves the valve seat, the air outlet is opened, and the gap between the valve plate and the valve seat forms an air outlet channel, namely, air flow discharged from the air outlet is discharged into a pipeline where the EGR one-way valve is located from the gap between the valve plate and the valve seat, so that the outflow area is increased, and the probability of blockage of the EGR one-way valve is reduced.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an EGR check valve according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the valve seat comprises a valve seat 1 provided with an air inlet and an air outlet 10, a limiting piece 5 fixed on the valve seat 1 and positioned outside the valve seat 1, a valve plate 2 movably arranged between the limiting piece 5 and the valve seat 1, and a resetting structure.
The valve seat 1 is used for being connected with an air inlet pipeline so as to realize the communication between an air inlet and the air inlet pipeline. The valve seat 1, the valve plate 2, the limiting part 5 and the reset structure are all positioned in the air outlet pipeline. The reset structure can enable the valve plate 2 to move towards the valve seat 1 and abut against the valve seat 1 to close the air outlet 10; after the valve plate 2 leaves the valve seat 1, the air outlet 10 is opened, and an air outlet channel is formed by a gap between the valve plate 2 and the valve seat 1, namely, air discharged from the air outlet 10 is discharged into an air outlet pipeline through the air outlet channel.
The air outlet pipeline and the air inlet pipeline can be of an integrated structure or a split structure, and the air outlet pipeline and the air inlet pipeline are not limited in the embodiment.
The valve plate 2 can close and open the air outlet 10, the moving direction of the valve plate 2 is parallel to the axis of the air outlet 10, and the planes of the rest air outlets 10 of the valve plate 2 are parallel.
Above-mentioned locating part 5 has restricted the displacement of valve block 2, has guaranteed that valve block 2 removes in required scope, has guaranteed the reliability.
According to the EGR one-way valve provided by the embodiment of the invention, the opening and closing of the air outlet 10 on the valve seat 1 are realized through the movement of the valve plate 2 between the limiting piece 5 and the valve seat 1, compared with the prior art, the valve plate 2 does not need to be bent, the probability of breakage of the valve plate 2 is effectively reduced, and the service life of the EGR one-way valve is prolonged.
Meanwhile, in the EGR check valve provided by the embodiment of the present invention, after the valve plate 2 leaves the valve seat 1, the air outlet 10 is opened, and the gap between the valve plate 2 and the valve seat 1 forms an air outlet channel, that is, the air flow discharged from the air outlet 10 is discharged from the air outlet channel into the pipeline where the EGR check valve is located, so that the outflow area is increased, and the probability of the EGR check valve being blocked is reduced.
In the practical application process, the specific structure of the reset structure is designed according to the requirement. Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the reset structure is a reset hole 7 that enables the airflow on the side of the valve plate 2 away from the valve seat 1 to directly contact the valve plate 2, and the reset hole 7 is disposed on the limiting member 5 or the reset hole 7 is formed by at least two limiting members 5.
Specifically, when the limiting member 5 is large, the reset hole 7 is preferably provided in the limiting member 5. When the limiting members 5 are small and the number of the limiting members 5 is at least two, it is preferable that the reset hole 7 is formed by at least two limiting members 5. When the limiting member 5 is one, the reset hole 7 is inevitably disposed on the limiting member 5.
In order to improve the limiting effect of the limiting member 5, it is preferable that the limiting member 5 is one and covers the entire valve plate 2. Specifically, the limiting member 5 is a limiting plate. Of course, the stopper 5 may be selected from other configurations, and is not limited to the above-described configuration.
In the EGR one-way valve, when the air inlet side pressure of the valve seat 1 is greater than the air flow pressure of the valve plate 2 far away from the valve seat 1, the air flow at the air inlet side of the valve seat 1 pushes the valve plate 2 to move until the valve plate 2 abuts against the limiting piece 5, the air outlet 10 is opened, and the forward flow of the EGR air flow is realized; when the pressure of the air inlet side of the valve seat 1 is smaller than the pressure of the air flow at the side of the valve plate 2 far away from the valve seat 1, the EGR air flow reversely flows, and the air flow at the side of the valve plate 2 far away from the valve seat 1 pushes the valve plate 2 to move towards the valve seat 1 until the valve plate 2 is abutted against the valve seat 1, and the air outlet 10 is closed; when the air inlet side pressure of the valve seat 1 is equal to the air flow pressure of the side of the valve sheet 2 away from the valve seat 1, the valve sheet 2 does not move.
In the EGR one-way valve, the air flow on two sides of the valve block 2 directly acts on the valve block 2, other moving parts and deformation parts do not need to be arranged, the structure is effectively simplified, and the reliability is improved.
The size, number and shape of the reset holes 7 are selected according to actual needs. In order to increase the action area of the valve plate 2 acted on by the airflow on the side of the valve plate 2 far away from the valve seat 1, the reset hole 7 is preferably a circular hole. Accordingly, the number of the reset holes 7 and the flow area of the reset holes 7 can be increased as much as possible, which is not limited in the present embodiment.
In the practical application process, in order to ensure the strength of the limiting member 5, it is preferable that the reset hole 7 corresponding to one valve plate 2 is a circular hole.
In practical application, in order to prolong the service life of the valve plate 2, the reset structure can be a reset elastic member 9 capable of deforming along the moving direction of the valve plate 2, as shown in fig. 3-5.
Specifically, the elastic resetting element 9 is disposed between the limiting element 5 and the valve plate 2, that is, two ends of the elastic resetting element 9 are respectively in contact with the limiting element 5 and the valve plate 2, or two ends of the elastic resetting element 9 are respectively connected with the limiting element 5 and the valve plate 2, or one end of the elastic resetting element 9 is connected with the limiting element 5, and the other end of the elastic resetting element 9 is in contact with the valve plate 2, or one end of the elastic resetting element 9 is in contact with the limiting element 5, and the other end of the elastic resetting element 9 is connected with the valve plate 2. For the sake of simplifying the installation, it is preferable that both ends of the return elastic member 9 are in contact with the limiting member 5 and the valve sheet 2, respectively.
In the EGR check valve, the elastic resetting element 9 may be disposed between the valve seat 1 and the valve plate 2, that is, two ends of the elastic resetting element 9 are respectively in contact with the valve plate 2 and the valve seat 1, or two ends of the elastic resetting element 9 are respectively connected with the valve seat 1 and the valve plate 2, or one end of the elastic resetting element 9 is connected with the valve seat 1, and the other end of the elastic resetting element 9 is in contact with the valve plate 2, or one end of the elastic resetting element 9 is in contact with the valve seat 1, and the other end of the elastic resetting element 9 is connected with the valve plate 2.
For the convenience of installation and simplification of the structure, it is preferable that the elastic return element 9 is disposed between the limiting element 5 and the valve plate 2.
Specifically, the air flow is pulse flow, the elastic resetting piece 9 is arranged between the limiting piece 5 and the valve plate 2 for EGR, when the pulse pressure of the EGR air flow is greater than the acting force of the elastic resetting piece 9, the valve plate 2 leaves the valve seat 1 and moves towards the limiting piece 5 until the valve plate abuts against the limiting piece 5, the air outlet 10 is opened, and the EGR air flow flows out through the gap between the valve seat 1 and the valve plate 2; when the pulse pressure of the EGR gas flow is smaller than the acting force of the elastic resetting piece 9, the valve plate 2 moves towards the valve seat 1 under the restoring force of the elastic resetting piece 9 until the valve plate abuts against the valve seat 1, and the gas outlet 10 is closed.
The number and distribution of the return springs 9 are selected according to the actual requirements. For example, in order to improve the return reliability, the return spring 9 is at least two. Of course, one elastic return element 9 may be selected.
In order to improve the force uniformity of the valve plate 2, the reset elastic pieces 9 are preferably uniformly distributed on the valve plate 2.
The return spring member 9 may be a spring, a rubber member, a silicone member, or the like, and for the sake of easy return, the return spring member 9 is preferably a spring.
In order to ensure that the valve plate 2 moves in the set direction, the EGR check valve further includes a guide 8 fixed to the valve seat 1, and the valve plate 2 is movably disposed on the guide 8, as shown in fig. 6.
It will be appreciated that the guide member 8 is perpendicular to the plane of the air outlet 10, and the guide member 8 is parallel to the axis of the air outlet 10 and the moving direction of the valve plate 2.
The specific structure of the guide 8 is selected according to actual needs. For convenience of installation, the guide member 8 is preferably a guide post or a guide rail. When the guide member 8 is a guide post, the valve plate 2 needs to be sleeved on the guide post, that is, the valve plate 2 is provided with a through hole 11 for the guide post to pass through, as shown in fig. 7.
In order to increase the guiding effect, the number of the above-mentioned guiding members 8 is at least two. For example, the valve plate 2 is quadrilateral, and the four guide members 8 are distributed at the four top corners of the valve plate 2; alternatively, the valve plate 2 may be circular, and the guides 8 may be evenly distributed along the circumference of the valve plate 2.
Of course, the number of the guide members 8 is also one, and is not limited to the above embodiment.
Above-mentioned EGR check valve, guide 8 and valve block 2 fixed connection, the one end that guide 8 kept away from disk seat 1 can be connected with locating part 5, also can not connect. For improved stability, the end of the guide element 8 remote from the valve seat 1 is preferably fixedly connected to or in contact with the stop element 5. Of course, the end of the guide 8 away from the valve seat 1 may be selected to have a gap with the limiting member 5, and is not limited to the above definition.
When the restoring structure is the restoring elastic member 9, it is preferable that the restoring elastic member 9 is fitted over the guide member 8.
In order to provide a moving space for the valve plate 2, the EGR check valve preferably further includes a spacer 3 connecting the stopper 5 and the valve seat 1. Like this, having cushioned locating part 5 through cushion 3 for valve block 2 provides the removal space, is convenient for guarantee to leave suitable distance between disk seat 1 and the locating part 5.
For the convenience of installation, the one end of above-mentioned 3 locating parts of cushion 5, and cushion 3 is located the one end of valve block 2, like this, is convenient for reserve the space of installation valve block 2.
The specific structure of the limiting member 5 is selected according to actual needs. For limiting, the limiting member 5 is preferably a limiting plate, and the limiting plate is parallel to the plane where the air outlet 10 is located, so that the valve plate 2 can move and the air outlet 10 can be opened and closed by the valve plate 2.
In the practical application process, the limiting member 5 may also be a limiting block or a limiting post, and the embodiment does not limit this.
The limiting member 5 is detachably disposed on the valve seat 1 for easy mounting and dismounting. Specifically, the stopper 5 is detachably provided on the valve seat 1 by a screw 6. When the EGR check valve includes the spacer 3, it is preferable that the stopper 5 and the spacer 3 are fastened to the valve seat 1 by a screw 6.
In the practical application process, a bolt may be used instead of the screw 6, or the limiting member 5 is selected to be clamped on the valve seat 1, which is not limited to the above embodiment.
In order to increase the flow area, in the EGR check valve, the air outlet 10 is disposed at both sides of the valve seat 1, the air inlet is disposed at the bottom of the valve seat 1, and the bottom of the valve seat 1 is provided with the sealing ring 4 located at the periphery of the air inlet. The valve seat 1 is used for being connected with a pipeline in a sealing mode through a sealing ring 4.
The number of the air outlets 10 is selected according to actual needs. The valve plates 2 can be selected to correspond to the air outlets 10 one by one, and one valve plate 2 can also be selected to correspond to at least two air outlets 10; the limiting members 5 can be selected to correspond to the valve plates 2 one by one, one limiting member 5 can be selected to correspond to at least two valve plates 2, and at least two limiting members 5 can be selected to correspond to one valve plate 2.
Based on the EGR check valve provided in the foregoing embodiment, the present embodiment further provides an EGR system, where the EGR system includes the EGR check valve, and the EGR check valve is the EGR check valve described in the foregoing embodiment.
Because the EGR check valve that above-mentioned embodiment provided has above-mentioned technological effect, above-mentioned EGR system includes above-mentioned EGR check valve, then above-mentioned EGR system also has corresponding technological effect, and this text is no longer repeated.
