Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of pulping and papermaking, in particular to a waste paper pulping and disintegrating white water circulating treatment device and method. The invention filters the workshop drainage through the filtering device, effectively reduces the water consumption for papermaking, improves the quality of the crushed white water and reduces the fiber loss; meanwhile, the white water is circularly treated among the white water thickener, the air flotation machine and the white water tower, the anaerobic bacteria in the white water can be inhibited by the aid of the negative treatment of the air flotation machine, the crushed white water in the white water tower is always in a flowing state, and the problem of water body acidification and odor caused by long-term sealing of the white water tower or the white water tank is relieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pulping and papermaking, in particular to a waste paper pulping and disintegrating white water circulating treatment device and method.
Background
Waste paper is a renewable resource and one of important raw materials for papermaking, and in recent years, the recycling rate of the waste paper is increased, the quality of the waste paper after recycling fiber is gradually reduced, and the specific expression is that the strength of the paper is poor, the papermaking auxiliary agent in the paper is increased, and the waste paper is accumulated. Further, the filtering device comprises a desander which discharges the heavier impurities by means of rotary centrifugation to obtain the good pulp, and the desander discharges the obtained good pulp into the white water concentrator.
Further, compressed gas is introduced into the air flotation machine to mix the compressed gas with the white water, and fine impurities or heavier impurities in the white water are separated under the air flotation action of the compressed gas.

Referring to fig. 1, a used paper pulp-making, breaking and white water circulation processing apparatus includes:
the filtering device is used for discharging larger impurities in the workshop drainage water and conveying the white water after coarse filtration to the white water thickener 3;
the white water thickener 3 is used for conveying the white water after fine filtration to the air flotation machine 4 and simultaneously pumping the fibers collected after fine filtration to the pulper 6;
the air flotation machine 4 is used for carrying out air flotation purification on the white water after the fine filtration and conveying the purified white water to the white water tower 5;
and the white water tower 5 is used for conveying part of the white water into the pulper 6 and simultaneously pumping the rest part of the white water into the white water thickener 3, so that the white water is circularly processed among the white water thickener 3, the air flotation machine 4 and the white water tower 5.

The air flotation machine 4 carries out air flotation purification on the white water, can effectively reduce organic colloid in the white water, and reduces the accumulation of anionic garbage, sticky matters and starch.
Utilize filter equipment to handle the retrieval and utilization to the disintegrating white water to workshop drainage, the white water quality obtains promoting, reduces the fiber loss simultaneously, reduces sewage treatment cost, reduces the cost and increases, the environmental protection.
The design of the flowing impurity removal of the white water tower 5 or the white water tank is utilized, the quality of the white water to be crushed can be further improved, the odor problem caused by the closed white water is effectively reduced, and the workshop environment is improved.
The filtering device comprises a coarse grating and a fine grating which are arranged in a staggered mode to form a grating group 1 with alternate thickness and size for filtering large-size impurities. The filtering device comprises a desander, the desander discharges heavier impurities through rotary centrifugation to obtain good pulp, and the desander discharges the obtained good pulp into the white water concentrator.
Compressed gas is introduced into the air flotation machine to mix the compressed gas with the white water, and fine impurities or heavier impurities in the white water are separated under the air flotation action of the compressed gas.
The air flotation machine can separate fine impurities in the white water by adopting a deep air flotation mode, a shallow air flotation mode or a laminated air flotation mode.
The device further comprises an impurity treatment device, the impurity treatment device comprises a filter press and a thermoelectric incinerator, the filter press dehydrates the impurities filtered by the filter device and the white water thickener to form solid matters, and the thermoelectric incinerator incinerates the solid matters.

and step three, conveying one part of the white water in the white water tower to a pulper to break the white water, and pumping the other part of the white water to a white water thickener to circularly treat the white water among the white water thickener, the air flotation machine and the white water tower.
The white water in the air floatation machine is stirred to form turbulent flow, and meanwhile, the vacuum generator is used for vacuumizing the white water subjected to air floatation treatment in the air floatation machine.
The grid set can prevent large-size impurities, such as plastic, foam and the like. The discharged water is collected and sent to a desander by a pump, the desander can discharge most heavy impurities with higher density such as soil and the like through rotating and centrifuging to obtain good pulp, the good pulp mainly comprises water, fibers and fine light impurities, the outlet pressure of the good pulp is higher, and the good pulp directly enters a white water thickener without pumping.
The white water thickener can concentrate the fiber in water, the fiber is collected and then is pumped to the pulper for being pulped, the filtered white water needs to be pumped to the air flotation machine, the air flotation machine is mixed with the filtered white water by means of compressed air, the air flotation machine can separate out tiny sticky matters, and meanwhile, the air flotation machine also has the effect of collecting heavy slag, and the purified white water can be recycled to a white water tower or a white water tank to provide the pulped white water for the pulper.
Light and heavy impurities discharged by the sand remover and the air floatation are collected and then are pumped into a filter press, and solid matters after the filter press is dehydrated have incineration conditions, so that the filter press is used for heating a power plant to incinerate and generate power. The water produced by the filter press is sent to sewage treatment.
The invention increases the flow of pumping to the thickener, mainly aims to inhibit the anaerobic bacteria of white water by compressed air in the air floatation equipment, ensure that the crushed white water is in a flowing state all the time and simultaneously ensure that fibers are not lost.

the filtering device is used for discharging larger impurities in the workshop drainage water and conveying the white water after coarse filtration to the white water thickener;
the white water thickener is used for conveying the white water after fine filtration to the air flotation machine and simultaneously pumping the fibers collected by fine filtration to the pulper;
the air flotation machine is used for carrying out air flotation purification on the white water after the fine filtration and conveying the purified white water to the white water tower;
and the white water tower is used for conveying part of the white water into the pulper and simultaneously pumping the rest part of the white water into the white water thickener so that the white water is circularly treated among the white water thickener, the air flotation machine and the white water tower.
2. The used paper pulping, disintegrating and white water recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filtering means comprises coarse and fine grids, and the coarse and fine grids are alternately arranged to form a grid group for filtering large-sized impurities.

The wastepaper pulping, disintegrating whitewater circulating apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filtering means comprises a desander which discharges heavier impurities by means of a rotary centrifuge to obtain accept pulp, and the desander discharges the obtained accept pulp into the white water thickener.

The waste paper pulping and disintegrating whitewater recycling apparatus of claim 1, wherein the compressed air is introduced into the air flotation machine to mix the compressed air with the white water, and the fine impurities or the heavier impurities in the white water are separated by the air flotation of the compressed air.
5. The waste paper pulping, disintegrating and white water recycling device as recited in claim 1, wherein the air flotation machine can separate fine impurities in the white water by a deep air flotation method, a shallow air flotation method or a laminated air flotation method.

The used paper pulping, disintegrating and white water recycling apparatus of claim 1, further comprising an impurity treating apparatus, wherein the impurity treating apparatus comprises a filter press and a thermoelectric incinerator, the filter press dehydrates the impurities filtered by the filtering apparatus and the white water thickener to form solids, and the thermoelectric incinerator incinerates the solids.

The waste paper pulping and disintegrating whitewater circulation processing apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein the air flotation machine is provided with a vacuum generator and an injection pipe, the vacuum generator vacuumizes the air flotation machine to accelerate the moving speed of the air bubbles, the injection pipe is obliquely arranged at the bottom of the air flotation machine, and the white water in the air flotation machine forms a turbulent flow by injecting the white water through the injection pipe.
