the second surface paper wrapping mechanism is provided with a second cam shaft and a second driving mechanism, the second cam shaft is provided with a fourth cam, a fifth cam and a sixth cam, and the second driving mechanism is used for driving the second cam shaft to drive the fourth cam, the fifth cam and the sixth cam to rotate so as to drive the second surface paper wrapping mechanism to perform surface paper wrapping operation;
and the bottom of the supporting platform is connected with a lifting driving mechanism for driving the supporting platform to lift.
Furthermore, a first pressing roller is arranged on the first paper wrapping mechanism and connected with the first cam.
Furthermore, a first scraper knife is arranged on the first paper wrapping mechanism and connected with the second cam, and the first scraper knife is arranged below the first pressing roller.
Furthermore, a first pushing block is arranged on the first paper wrapping mechanism and connected with the third cam, and the first pushing block is arranged below the first scraper knife.
Furthermore, a second pressing roller is arranged on the second surface paper wrapping mechanism and connected with the fourth cam, and the second pressing roller is located between the first pressing roller and the first scraper knife at a height.

The invention also provides a use method of the cam face-covering paper device, which comprises the following steps:
the tray table drives the paper box to move downwards, and the first press roller extends out to wrap the first surface;
the supporting table drives the paper box to move downwards, the vertical roller extends out, and the second surface is wrapped;
the tray table drives the paper box to move downwards, and the second press roller extends out to wrap up a third surface;
the supporting table drives the paper box to move downwards, the first push block and the second push block extend out, and the first face and the third face are firmly pressed and clamped with the paper box;
the inner mold rises to separate from the paper box, the first shovel blade extends out, and the fourth surface is shoveled to be horizontal;
the inner die moves downwards into the paper box, and the fourth surface is pressed to the inner wall of the paper box;
the inner die rises to be separated from the paper box, the second scraper knife extends out, and the fifth surface is shoveled to be horizontal;
the inner die moves downwards into the paper box, and the fifth surface is pressed to the inner wall of the paper box;
and the first pushing block and the second pushing block continue to extend out to remove bubbles and extrude the first surface and the third surface, so that the operation of the facial tissue is finished.
According to the cam facial tissue wrapping device provided by the invention, the lifting device is arranged at the bottom of the supporting platform, and the first facial tissue wrapping mechanism and the second facial tissue wrapping mechanism are arranged on the side edges of the supporting platform in two directions and matched with the lifting of the supporting platform to realize a multi-step facial tissue wrapping process of a paper box; first package facial tissue mechanism and second package facial tissue mechanism all are equipped with the camshaft, make a plurality of execution ends on the package facial tissue mechanism form the linkage through the camshaft, cooperate the complicated package facial tissue operation of completion jointly. Compared with the prior art, each facial tissue wrapping mechanism only needs one power source, the structure is simple, and complex automatic operation can be realized.

the first facial tissue wrapping mechanism 20 is provided with a first cam shaft 21 and a first driving mechanism 22, the first cam shaft 21 is provided with a first cam 211, a second cam 212 and a third cam 213, and the first driving mechanism 22 is used for driving the first cam shaft 21 to drive the first cam 211, the second cam 212 and the third cam 213 to rotate so as to drive the first facial tissue wrapping mechanism 20 to perform facial tissue wrapping operation;
the second surface paper wrapping mechanism 30 is provided with a second cam shaft 31 and a second driving mechanism 32, the second cam shaft 31 is provided with a fourth cam 311, a fifth cam 312 and a sixth cam 313, and the second driving mechanism 32 is used for driving the second cam shaft 31 to drive the fourth cam 311, the fifth cam 312 and the sixth cam 313 to rotate so as to drive the second surface paper wrapping mechanism 30 to perform surface paper wrapping operation;
the bottom of the supporting platform is connected with a lifting driving mechanism 11 for driving the supporting platform to lift.
In specific implementation, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a first surface paper wrapping mechanism 20, a second surface paper wrapping mechanism 30, a third surface paper wrapping mechanism 50 and a fourth surface paper wrapping mechanism 60 are arranged around the pallet 10, the first surface paper wrapping mechanism 20 and the third surface paper wrapping mechanism 50 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the pallet 10, the second surface paper wrapping mechanism 30 and the fourth surface paper wrapping mechanism 60 are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the pallet 10, a first driving mechanism 22 is arranged at the bottom of the first surface paper wrapping mechanism 20, a second driving mechanism 32 is arranged at the bottom of the second surface paper wrapping mechanism 30, wherein the first driving mechanism 22 and the second driving mechanism 32 can be, but are not limited to, servo motors; the first and third paper wrapping mechanisms 20 and 50 have the same structure, the second and fourth paper wrapping mechanisms 30 and 60 have the same structure, and the four paper wrapping mechanisms perform wrapping operation on the paper boxes from four directions respectively. Wherein the bottom of the pallet 10 is connected with a lifting driving mechanism 11, preferably, the lifting driving mechanism 11 adopts a rack and pinion mechanism and is driven by a servo motor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first wrapper mechanism 20 is provided with a first cam shaft 21, the first cam shaft 21 is provided with a first cam 211, a second cam 212 and a third cam 213 from top to bottom in sequence, the bottom end of the first cam shaft 21 is connected with the first driving mechanism 22, and the first driving mechanism 22 drives the first cam 211, the second cam 212 and the third cam 213 on the first cam shaft 21 to rotate so as to drive the first wrapper mechanism 20 to perform a wrapper operation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the first wrapping paper mechanism 20 is provided with a first pressing roller 23, a first scraper 24 and a first pushing block 25 in sequence from top to bottom, wherein the first pressing roller 23 is connected with the first cam 211, and when the first cam 211 rotates to a high point, the first pressing roller 23 extends out; the first blade 24 is connected with the second cam 212, and when the second cam 212 rotates to a high point, the first blade 24 extends out; the first pushing block 25 is connected with the third cam 213, and when the third cam 213 rotates to a high point, the first pushing block 25 extends. Preferably, the high points of the first cam 211, the second cam 212 and the third cam 213 are respectively disposed at different directions of the first cam shaft 21 to control the first pressing roller 23, the first blade 24 and the first pushing block 25 connected to each cam to sequentially extend at intervals, and to perform sequential operations, and to achieve more complicated automation operations by cooperating with the control of the servo motor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the second wrapper paper mechanism 30 is provided with a second cam shaft 31, a fourth cam 311, a fifth cam 312 and a sixth cam 313 are sequentially arranged on the second cam shaft 31 from top to bottom, the bottom end of the second cam shaft 31 is connected with the second driving mechanism 32, and the second driving mechanism 32 drives the fourth cam 311, the fifth cam 312 and the sixth cam 313 on the second cam shaft 31 to rotate so as to drive the second wrapper paper mechanism 30 to perform a wrapper operation.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the second wrapping paper mechanism 30 is sequentially provided with a second pressing roller 33, a second scraper 34 and a second pushing block 35 from top to bottom, wherein the second pressing roller 33 is connected with the fourth cam 311, the second pressing roller 33 is located at a height between the first pressing roller 23 and the first scraper 24, and when the fourth cam 311 rotates to a high point, the second pressing roller 33 extends out; the second blade 34 is connected to the fifth cam 312, the second blade 34 is at the same height as the first blade 24, and when the fifth cam 312 rotates to a high point, the second blade 34 extends out; the second pushing block 35 is connected with the sixth cam 313, the second pushing block 35 and the first pushing block 25 are at the same height, and when the sixth cam 313 rotates to a high point, the second pushing block 35 extends out. Preferably, the high points of the fourth cam 311, the fifth cam 312 and the sixth cam 313 are respectively disposed at different directions of the second cam shaft 31 to control the second pressing roller 23, the second blade 24 and the second pushing block 25 connected to each cam to sequentially extend at intervals, and to perform sequential operations, and to achieve more complicated automation operations by cooperating with the control of the servo motor.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the first wrapper paper mechanism 20 is provided with vertical roller assemblies 40 on both sides, each vertical roller assembly 40 includes a vertical roller driving mechanism 41 and a vertical roller 42, and the vertical roller driving mechanism 41 is driven by a single servo motor through a gear rack mechanism. Preferably, the vertical roller 42 is located at a height between the first pressing roller 23 and the second pressing roller 33, the same vertical roller assembly is arranged on both sides of the third paper wrapping mechanism 50, and the vertical roller 42 is driven to horizontally extend by a separate vertical roller driving mechanism 41.
Preferably, an inner mold is arranged above the tray table 10, the inner mold can move up and down, the size of the inner mold is matched with that of the paper box 910, the inner mold is pressed into the paper box 910 in the process of wrapping the surface paper, the paper box 910 is pressed on the tray table 10 and moves along with the movement of the tray table, and the situation that the paper box is stressed to be inclined is avoided.
Preferably, the first facial tissue wrapping mechanism 20, the second facial tissue wrapping mechanism 30, the third facial tissue wrapping mechanism 50 and the fourth facial tissue wrapping mechanism 60 are all provided with adjusting handwheels for adjusting the relative positions among the facial tissue wrapping mechanisms so as to be suitable for paper boxes with different sizes.
In actual use, as shown in fig. 4-6, the inner mold presses the paper box 910 with the face paper 900 at the bottom onto the pallet; the tray table 10 drives the paper box 910 to move downwards, and the first press roller 23 extends out to wrap the first surface 901; the 10-saddle drives the paper box 910 to move downwards, and the vertical roller 42 extends out to wrap the second face 902; the pallet 10 drives the paper box 910 to move downwards, the second pressing roller 33 extends out, and the third surface 903 is wrapped up; the pallet 21 drives the paper box 910 to move downwards, the first push block 228 and the second push block 238 extend out, the first surface 901 and the third surface 903 are pressed firmly, and the paper box 910 is clamped tightly; the inner mold 43 rises to separate from the paper box 910, the pallet 21 drives the paper box 910 to move downwards, the first scraper 227 extends out, and the fourth surface 904 is shoveled to a position horizontal to the box bottom; the pallet 21 drives the paper box 910 to move downwards under the inner mold and move into the paper box 910, and the fourth surface 904 is pressed to the inner wall of the paper box 910; the inner die 43 is lifted to be separated from the paper box 910, the second shovel blade 237 extends out, and the fifth surface 905 is shoveled to be in a horizontal position relative to the box bottom; the inner mold moves into the paper box 910 downwards, the fourth surface 904 is pressed to the inner wall of the paper box 910, and the pallet 21 drives the paper box 910 to move downwards; continuing to extend the first push block 228 and the second push block 238, pressing the first face 901 and the third face 903 firmly for bubble removal and extrusion, and finishing the package paper and bubble removal operation; the tray table 10 drives the paper box 910 to ascend to a discharging position, and discharging is completed.
The invention also provides a use method of the cam face-covering paper device, which comprises the following steps:
