Abstract
The invention discloses a floor washing brush and a water-cooling waterproof motor, wherein the floor washing brush comprises a cleaning head, the cleaning head is provided with a shell part, the shell part is internally provided with a motor, a transmission device and a driving shaft, the floor washing brush also comprises a connecting rod, one end of the connecting rod is fixedly connected with the cleaning head, the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a main handle, a water inlet pipe is arranged in the connecting rod, the main handle is provided with a water inlet pipe joint, the front end of the connecting rod is provided with a nozzle, and the nozzle and; and a position adjusting component is arranged between the nozzle and the connecting rod and used for adjusting the distance and the angle of the nozzle relative to the connecting rod. The advantages are that: the spray nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the rod, the connection is firm, the space is saved, the length of the floor washing brush is telescopic, the position of the spray nozzle is adjustable, water can be sprayed to the side direction, and the cleaning efficiency is greatly improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a floor brush and a water-cooling waterproof motor, and belongs to the technical field of floor cleaning equipment.
Background
The existing floor washing brush or yard brush has the advantages that the nozzle is fixed at the cleaning head, and the nozzle directly washes forwards, but dead angles and certain inconvenience exist in washing due to the fixed direction of the nozzle.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a floor brush and a water-cooling waterproof motor.

The motor is a water-cooling waterproof motor, so that the whole brush head can be directly cleaned in water, the cleaning of the dirty washing brush is convenient, and the motor adopts water cooling to dissipate heat, so that the noise is greatly reduced while the cooling is improved.

As shown in fig. 1 to 10, a floor washing brush comprises a cleaning head 1, the cleaning head 1 has a housing 2, a motor 21, a transmission device 22 and a driving shaft 23 are arranged in the housing 2, the motor 21 drives the driving shaft 23 to rotate through the transmission device 22, the driving shaft 23 drives a roller brush 3 to rotate, the transmission device 22 comprises a driving gear 221, a large gear 222, a small gear 223, a belt 224 and an output gear 225, a motor output shaft 211 of the motor 21 drives the driving gear 221 to rotate, the driving gear 221 is meshed with the large gear 222, the large gear 222 is coaxially fixed with the small gear 223, the small gear 223 is connected with the output gear 225 through the belt, and the output gear 225 drives the driving shaft 23 to rotate; the cleaning head comprises a cleaning head body and is characterized by further comprising a connecting rod 4, one end of the connecting rod 4 is fixedly connected with the cleaning head body 1, the other end of the connecting rod 4 is provided with a main handle 5, a water inlet pipe is arranged inside the connecting rod 4, a water inlet pipe joint 51 is arranged on the main handle 5, the front end of the connecting rod 4 extends out of the shell of the cleaning head body 1, a nozzle 6 is arranged at the front end of the connecting rod 4, and the nozzle is communicated with the water inlet;
a position adjusting component 7 is arranged between the nozzle 6 and the connecting rod 4, and the distance and the angle of the nozzle 6 relative to the connecting rod 4 can be adjusted through the position adjusting component 7.
The nozzle position adjusting assembly 7 comprises a nozzle connecting piece 71, a nozzle seat 72 and a rotating sleeve piece 73;
the nozzle connecting piece 71 comprises a vertical part and a horizontal part, the vertical part is connected with the lower end of the connecting rod 4, two ends of the horizontal part are respectively connected with one end of a nozzle seat 72, the rotating sleeve 73 is rotatably connected with the other end of the nozzle seat 72, and the nozzle 6 is fixed at the outermost end of the rotating sleeve 73.
The connecting device further comprises a connecting sleeve 41, the connecting sleeve 41 is fixed with the lower end of the connecting rod 4, and the vertical part is in sliding connection with the inside of the connecting sleeve 41.
The main handle 5 is provided with a flow control valve 52 for adjusting the water flow between the nozzle 6 and the water inlet pipe joint 51.
The electric bicycle is characterized by further comprising a battery pack 8, wherein the battery pack 8 is arranged below the main handle 5, the battery pack 8 is connected with the motor 21 through a conducting wire, and a switch 53 for switching on and off a power supply is further arranged on the main handle 5.

The upper part of the supporting support rod 55 is provided with an arc-shaped groove 551, and the arc-shaped groove 551 is matched with the excircle of the water pipe and is used for supporting and guiding the water pipe to be connected with the water pipe joint 51.
The roller brush 3 comprises a rotating wheel 31, a main brush 32 and a side brush 33, the rotating wheel 31 is driven to rotate by a driving shaft 23, the main brush 32 is arranged on the peripheral surface of the rotating wheel 31, and the side brush 33 is arranged on the side surface of the rotating wheel 31.
A protective cover 34 is arranged on the periphery of the roller brush 3, and the protective cover 34 is connected with the lower end of the shell part 2. Can prevent to wash the floor brush during operation and get rid of the foul to the operator.
The front end of the main handle 5 is also provided with a main handle connecting rod 56, a plurality of connecting holes are formed in the main handle connecting rod 56, the same connecting hole is formed in one end, connected with the main handle 5, of the connecting rod 4, the connecting rod 4 is connected with the main handle connecting rod 56 in a sliding mode, and the connecting hole in the connecting rod 4 is fixedly connected with one connecting hole in the main handle connecting rod 56 through a fastener 57.
The auxiliary handle 10 is arranged on the main handle connecting rod 56.
The device also comprises a supporting wheel 9, and the supporting wheel 9 is detachably connected to the lower part of the connecting piece 4.
As shown in fig. 11-13, in order to make the whole brush head directly clean in water and solve the problem of pain spots which cannot be cleaned after dirty, the current floor brush is air-cooled and not waterproof, and in order to realize the purpose of water-cooling heat dissipation, the motor is a water-cooling waterproof motor 21, and the water-cooling waterproof motor 21 comprises:
the motor comprises a motor shell 21-0, and a motor output shaft 211, a rotor 21-2 and a stator core 21-3 which are arranged in the motor shell 21-0, wherein the rotor 21-2 is installed on the motor output shaft 211, and the stator core 21-3 is positioned outside the rotor 21-2;
the motor shell 21-0 is provided with a sealed cavity I21-4 and an inner shell 21-5, the rotor 21-2 and the stator core 21-3 are arranged in the sealed cavity I21-4, and the inner surface of the inner shell 21-5 clings to the stator core 21-3 to form a heat conduction channel; the motor shell 21-0 is provided with at least one cooling channel I21-6 passing through the inner shell 21-5, a water inlet I21-7 communicated with one end of the cooling channel I21-6 and a water outlet I21-8 communicated with the other end of the cooling channel I21-6; the water inlet I21-7 is communicated with a water inlet pipe joint 51, and the water outlet I21-8 is communicated with the nozzle 6.
The water inlet I21-7 is provided with a water inlet joint 21-21, and the water outlet I21-8 is provided with a water outlet joint 21-22.
The water inlet joint 21-21 is hermetically arranged at the water inlet 21-7 through a water inlet joint sealing ring 21-23; the water outlet I21-8 is hermetically provided with the water outlet joint 21-22 through a water outlet joint sealing ring 21-24
When the number of the cooling channels I21-6 is more than two, the motor shell 21-0 is further provided with a branch channel 21-9 communicated with the water inlet end of the cooling channel I21-6 and a confluence channel 21-10 communicated with the water outlet end of the cooling channel I21-6.
The cooling passage I21-6 extends in a direction parallel to the axis of the motor case 21-0, the branch passage 21-9 extends in a direction parallel to the diameter of the motor case 21-0, and the joining passage 21-10 extends in the circumferential direction of the motor case 21-0.
The motor shell 21-0 comprises an end cover 21-11 and a machine shell 21-12 which are axially connected in a sealing way to form the sealing cavity I21-4, the machine shell 21-12 is a pot-shaped body with one open end and the other closed end, and the end cover 21-11 is mounted at the opening of the machine shell 21-12 in a sealing way; the water inlet I21-7, the cooling channel 21-6, the flow dividing channel 21-9 and the flow converging channel 21-10 are all arranged on the machine shell 21-12, and the water outlet I21-7 is arranged on the end cover 21-11.
An annular groove 21-16 formed by extending along the circumferential direction is formed in the opening of the machine shell 21-12, and the end cover 21-11 is connected with the annular groove 21-16 in a sealing mode to form the confluence channel 21-10.
The inner side of the annular groove 21-16 forms a circle of shell inner wall 21-16, the outer side forms a circle of shell outer wall 21-17, similarly, the end cover 21-1 also has a circle of end cover inner wall 21-18 and a circle of end cover outer wall 21-19, the end cover inner wall 21-18 is in sealing connection with the shell inner wall 21-26 through a first sealing ring 21-20, and the end cover outer wall 21-19 is in sealing connection with the shell outer wall 21-17 through a second sealing ring 21-25.
In order to realize the installation of the motor output shaft 211, a bearing II21-13 is installed in the central hole of the end cover 21-11, a bearing I21-14 is installed in the central hole of the machine shell 21-12, and two ends of the motor output shaft 211 are respectively installed in the bearing I21-14 and the bearing II 21-14; the diversion passage 21-9 passes from near the outside of the housing 21-12 where the bearing I21-14 is mounted.
In order to further improve the cooling capacity, the outer surface of the cooling channel I21-6 is provided with a plurality of heat conducting ribs I21-15 extending towards the outer surface of the motor shell 21-0.
The spray nozzle is arranged at the lower end of the rod, the spray nozzle is connected and fastened, the space is saved, the length of the floor washing brush is telescopic, the spray nozzle is adjustable, water can be sprayed to the side direction, the floor washing brush is provided with the detachable supporting wheel, the floor washing brush is suitable for users of different ages and different body conditions, the supporting support rod is arranged at the rear end of the main handle, the functions of supporting the hose in a guiding mode, protecting the battery pack when the floor washing brush is accidentally dropped and the like can be achieved, the power supply of the lithium battery pack is achieved, the distance limitation is avoided, the side brush is arranged on. The motor adopted by the invention is a water-cooling waterproof motor, so that the whole brush head can be directly cleaned in water, the problem that the brush head cannot be cleaned after being dirty is solved, the existing floor brush is air-cooled and waterproof, and the purpose of water-cooling heat dissipation can be realized.

A floor washing brush comprises a cleaning head (1) and a connecting rod (4), wherein the cleaning head (1) is provided with a shell part (2), a motor, a transmission device (22) and a driving shaft (23) are arranged in the shell part (2), the motor drives the driving shaft (23) to rotate through the transmission device (22), and the driving shaft (23) drives a roller brush (3) to rotate; one end of the connecting rod (4) is fixedly connected with the cleaning head (1), the other end of the connecting rod is provided with a main handle (5), a water inlet pipe is arranged in the connecting rod (4), and a water inlet pipe joint (51) is arranged on the main handle (5);
the cleaning device is characterized in that the front end of the connecting rod (4) penetrates through the shell part (2) of the cleaning head (1), the front end of the connecting rod (4) is movably connected with a nozzle (6), and the nozzle (6) is communicated with the water inlet pipe joint (51) through the water inlet pipe;
a position adjusting component (7) is arranged between the nozzle (6) and the connecting rod (4), and the position adjusting component (7) is used for adjusting the distance and the angle of the nozzle (6) relative to the connecting rod (4).

3. A floor brush according to claim 2, characterized in that it further comprises a connecting sleeve (41), the connecting sleeve (41) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the connecting rod (4), and the vertical part is slidably connected inside the connecting sleeve (41).
4. A floor brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the main handle (5) is provided with a flow control valve (52) for adjusting the amount of water flow between the nozzle (6) and the water inlet pipe joint (51).

The floor washing brush according to claim 1, further comprising a battery pack (8), wherein the battery pack (8) is arranged below the main handle (5), the battery pack (8) is connected with the motor through a wire, and a switch (53) for switching on and off the power supply is further arranged on the main handle (5).
6. A floor brush as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the main handle (5) is provided at its distal end with a support bracket (55) for supporting the main handle (5) when the floor brush is laid flat on the floor, keeping the battery pack (8) from directly contacting the floor.

A floor-washing brush as claimed in claim 6, characterized in that the upper part of the supporting bracket rod (55) is provided with an arc-shaped groove (551), the arc-shaped groove (551) matches with the outer circle of the water pipe for supporting and guiding the water pipe to connect with the water pipe joint (51).

A floor-washing brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the roller brush (3) comprises a rotary wheel (31), a main brush (32) and a side brush (33), the rotary wheel (31) is driven by a driving shaft (23) to rotate, the main brush (32) is arranged on the outer circumference of the rotary wheel (31), and the side brush (33) is arranged on the side of the rotary wheel (31).
9. A floor brush according to claim 1, characterized in that the drum brush (3) is provided with a shield (34) at its periphery, the shield (34) being connected to the lower end of the housing part (2).

The floor washing brush as claimed in claim 1, wherein the front end of the main handle (5) is further provided with a main handle connecting rod (56), the main handle connecting rod (56) is provided with a plurality of connecting holes, the end of the connecting rod (4) connected with the main handle (5) is provided with the same connecting hole, the connecting rod (4) is slidably connected with the inside of the main handle connecting rod (56), and the connecting hole on the connecting rod (4) is fixedly connected with one connecting hole on the main handle connecting rod (56) through a fastener (57).
11. A floor brush according to claim 10, further comprising a secondary handle (10) provided on the primary handle connecting rod (56).
12. A floor brush according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a support wheel (9), the support wheel (9) being detachably connected to the lower part of the connecting member (4).
13. A water-cooled waterproof motor (21) which is applied to the floor brush of any one of claims 1 to 12, comprising:
the motor comprises a motor shell (21-0), and a motor output shaft (211), a rotor (21-2) and a stator core (21-3) which are arranged in the motor shell (21-0), wherein the rotor (21-2) is installed on the motor output shaft (211), and the stator core (21-3) is positioned outside the rotor (21-2);
the motor shell (21-0) is provided with a sealed cavity I (21-4) and an inner shell (21-5), the rotor (21-2) and the stator core (21-3) are arranged in the sealed cavity I (21-4), and the inner surface of the inner shell (21-5) is tightly attached to the stator core (21-3) to form a heat conduction channel; the motor shell (21-0) is provided with at least one cooling channel I (21-6) passing through the inner shell (21-5), a water inlet I (21-7) communicated with one end of the cooling channel I (21-6) and a water outlet I (21-8) communicated with the other end of the cooling channel I (21-6); the water inlet I (21-7) is communicated with a water inlet pipe joint (51), and the water outlet I (21-8) is communicated with the nozzle (6).
14. The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) according to claim 13, characterized in that a water inlet joint (21-21) is arranged at the water inlet I (21-7), and a water outlet joint (21-22) is arranged at the water outlet I (21-8).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) according to claim 14, characterized in that the water inlet joint (21-21) is hermetically mounted at the water inlet (21-7) through a water inlet joint sealing ring (21-23); the water outlet I (21-8) is hermetically provided with the water outlet joint (21-22) through a water outlet joint sealing ring (21-24).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) as claimed in claim 13, wherein when the number of the cooling channels I (21-6) is two or more, the motor housing (21-0) is further provided with a branch channel (21-9) communicating with the water inlet end of the cooling channel I (21-6) and a confluence channel (21-10) communicating with the water outlet end of the cooling channel I (21-6).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) as recited in claim 16, characterized in that the cooling channel I (21-6) extends in a direction parallel to an axis of the motor housing (21-0), the flow dividing channel (21-9) extends in a direction parallel to a diameter of the motor housing (21-0), and the flow converging channel (21-10) extends in a circumferential direction of the motor housing (21-0).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) according to claim 16, wherein the motor housing (21-0) comprises an end cover (21-11) and a housing (21-12) which are axially and hermetically connected to form the sealed cavity I (21-4), the housing (21-12) is a pot body with one open end and the other closed end, and the end cover (21-11) is hermetically installed at the opening of the housing (21-12); the water inlet I (21-7), the cooling channel (21-6), the flow dividing channel (21-9) and the flow converging channel (21-10) are all arranged on the machine shell (21-12), and the water outlet I (21-7) is arranged on the end cover (21-11).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) as claimed in claim 18, wherein an opening of the housing (21-12) is provided with an annular groove (21-16) extending along the circumferential direction of the housing, and the end cover (21-11) is hermetically connected with the annular groove (21-16) to form the confluence channel (21-10).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) according to claim 19, characterized in that the annular groove (21-16) is formed with a circle of inner shell wall (21-16) on the inside and a circle of outer shell wall (21-17) on the outside, and similarly, the end cover (21-1) is also formed with a circle of inner end cover wall (21-18) and a circle of outer end cover wall (21-19), the inner end cover wall (21-18) is in sealing connection with the inner shell wall (21-26) through a first sealing ring (21-20), and the outer end cover wall (21-19) is in sealing connection with the outer shell wall (21-17) through a second sealing ring (21-25).

The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) as claimed in claim 18, wherein bearings II (21-13) are installed in the central hole of the end cover (21-11), bearings I (21-14) are installed in the central hole of the housing (21-12), and two ends of the motor output shaft (211) are installed in the bearings I (21-14) and the bearings II (21-14), respectively; the flow dividing passage (21-9) passes through the vicinity of the outside of the housing (21-12) where the bearing I (21-14) is installed.
22. The water-cooled waterproof motor (21) according to claim 13, characterized in that: the outer surface of the cooling channel I (21-6) is provided with a plurality of heat conducting ribs I (21-15) extending towards the outer surface of the motor shell (21-0).
