Abstract

The cutting mechanism 2 comprises a movable plate 21, a plurality of cutting rods 22 are detachably connected to the movable plate 21, and cutting nails 24 are fixedly arranged on the lower end face of each cutting rod 22. A lifting component 23 for controlling the moving plate 21 to move up and down is arranged on the frame 1; the lifting assembly 23 includes a hydraulic cylinder 231 fixedly disposed on the frame 1, and a lifting rod 232 is connected between a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 231 and the moving plate 21. The rack 1 comprises a top plate 11 and a bottom plate 12, the moving plate 21 is arranged between the top plate 11 and the bottom plate 12, a support frame 233 is fixedly arranged above the top plate 11, a cylinder body of a hydraulic cylinder 231 is fixedly connected with the support frame 233, one end of a lifting rod 232 is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 231, and the other end of the lifting rod 232 is fixedly connected with the moving plate 21. The top of the cuttage rod 22 is provided with an external thread, the movable plate 21 is fixedly provided with a fixed seat 25 for connecting the cuttage rod 22, and the fixed seat 25 is provided with an internal thread matched with the external thread of the cuttage rod 22. The moving plate 21 is controlled to move up and down by the lifting assembly 23, so that the cutting nails 24 on the lower end surface of the cutting rod 22 are controlled to move up and down, so that the cutting holes are punched, and the depth of the cutting holes is smaller than the length of the cutting strips.
The film spreading mechanism 4 comprises a film spreading roller 41 which is connected with the rack 1 in a shaft mode, and a group of furrow openers 42 and soil coverers 43 are arranged on two sides of the film spreading roller 41 respectively; the film is rolled on the film laying roller 41, and bearings are arranged between the two ends of the film laying roller 41 and the frame 1. The furrow opener 42 comprises a first fixing rod 421 and a soil-digging shovel 422 fixedly arranged below the first fixing rod 421, the soil-covering device 43 comprises a second fixing rod 431 and a soil-covering wheel 432 fixedly arranged below the second fixing rod 431, the soil-digging shovel 422 is arranged between the discharging pipe 66 and the film-spreading roller 41, and the soil-covering wheel 432 is arranged between the film-spreading roller 41 and the perforating roller 51. Soil on two sides of the film spreading roller 41 is loosened by the soil cutting blade 422, the film is pre-buried, and the whole device moves forwards while the rear soil coverer 43 covers the film, so that film covering is realized.
The punching mechanism 5 comprises a punching roller 51 which is connected with the frame 1 in a shaft mode, and a plurality of punching pipes 52 are arranged on the outer side of the punching roller 51; the perforated pipes 52 are provided with a plurality of rows, the perforated pipes 52 in each row correspond to the cutting rod 22 in a front-back one-to-one manner, and the distance between any two adjacent rows of perforated pipes 52 is the same. The punching pipe 52 on the punching mechanism 5 punches the film above the skewing holes to expose the skewing holes.
The seedling inserting mechanism 6 comprises a plurality of sliding barrels 61 obliquely and fixedly arranged on the rack 1, one end of each sliding barrel 61 is connected with a feeding port 62, the other end of each sliding barrel 61 is provided with a discharging port 63, the sliding barrel 61 is provided with an opening 64 on the side face of one end of each discharging port 63, and the sum of the depth of each skewering hole and the height of each opening 64 is greater than the length of one skewering strip but less than the length of two skewering strips. A soil storage cavity 65 is arranged behind the sliding barrel 61, the soil storage cavity 65 is communicated with a discharge pipe 66, the lower end of the discharge pipe 66 is provided with a switch, and the opening and closing of the discharge pipe 66 are controlled through the switch, so that soil in the soil storage cavity 65 covers the skewer insertion hole; the distance between the discharge port 63 and the discharge pipe 66 is the same as the distance between the front and rear skewer holes. The selected cutting strips are placed into the sliding barrel 61 through a manual or mechanical feeding device, the cutting strips fall into the cutting holes, the cutting strips are separated from the sliding barrel 61 through the notches 64, and the cutting holes are filled with soil in the discharging pipe 66 through switch control.
The cuttage rod 22, the perforating pipe 52, the sliding barrel 61 and the discharge pipe 66 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The frame 1 is provided with wheels 3, and the lowest surface of the wheels 3 and the lowest surface of the perforating roller 51 are positioned on the same horizontal plane. The whole device is supported by the wheel 3 and the perforating roller 51.
