本发明涉及轴承生产技术领域,尤其是一种微型精密轴承包括轴承外环、环形的滑轨和内环,所述轴承外环内壁上相对的两侧开设有滑槽,所述轴承外环内壁开设有第一滚珠槽,所述滑轨可滑动的连接在所述滑槽内,所述滑轨一侧固接有楔形块,所述楔形块侧壁上开设有插槽,所述内环一侧开设有第二滚珠槽,所述内环两侧固接有插块,所述插块可滑动的连接在所述插槽内。本微型精密轴承通过滑轨与内环紧密配合,插块装入插槽后对轴承外环内圈起到隔套作用,防止外界的灰尘与杂质进入轴承外环内部。

本发明涉及轴承生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种微型精密轴承。
背景技术
轴承为精密零件,但工作环境复杂、其提前失效有70%是因为轴承内部进入杂质,引起滚道异常磨损或旋转不良而造成的,同时轴承密封圈为橡胶质地,质软而易变形老化,变形后的密封圈密封效果差,持续受力后容易脱落,造成轴承密封不良,提前失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在轴承内部易进入杂质的缺点,而提出的一种微型精密轴承。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
设计一种微型精密轴承包括轴承外环、环形的滑轨和内环,所述轴承外环内壁上相对的两侧开设有滑槽,所述轴承外环内壁开设有第一滚珠槽,所述滑轨可滑动的连接在所述滑槽内,所述滑轨一侧固接有楔形块,所述楔形块侧壁上开设有插槽,所述内环一侧开设有第二滚珠槽,所述内环两侧固接有插块,所述插块可滑动的连接在所述插槽内。
优选的,所述滑轨之间通过支撑块进行固定,所述支撑块包括弧形的耐磨件和楔形的卡件,所述卡件固接在所述耐磨件外壁上,所述卡件两侧抵靠在两个所述楔形块之间。
优选的,所述第一滚珠槽和所述第二滚珠槽之间可滑动的连接有多个钢珠。
本发明提出的一种微型精密轴承,有益效果在于:该微型精密轴承通过滑轨与内环紧密配合,插块装入插槽后对轴承外环内圈起到隔套作用,防止外界的灰尘与杂质进入轴承外环内部。

参照图1-5,一种微型精密轴承,微型精密轴承,包括轴承外环1、环形的滑轨2和内环3,轴承外环1内壁上相对的两侧开设有滑槽102,轴承外环1内壁开设有第一滚珠槽101,滑轨2可滑动的连接在滑槽102内,滑轨2一侧固接有楔形块201,楔形块201侧壁上开设有插槽202,内环3一侧开设有第二滚珠槽301,第一滚珠槽101和第二滚珠槽301之间可滑动的连接有多个钢珠5,内环3两侧固接有插块302,插块302可滑动的连接在插槽202内。滑轨2与内环3紧密配合,插块302装入插槽202后对轴承外环1内圈起到隔套作用,防止外界的灰尘与杂质进入轴承外环1内部。
滑轨2之间通过支撑块进行固定,支撑块4包括弧形的耐磨件4和楔形的卡件401,卡件401固接在耐磨件4外壁上,卡件401两侧抵靠在两个楔形块201之间。卡件401与两个楔形块201过盈配合,卡件401对楔形块201进行固定,在轴承使用时不易松动。

1.一种微型精密轴承,其特征在于,包括轴承外环(1)、环形的滑轨(2)和内环(3),所述轴承外环(1)内壁上相对的两侧开设有滑槽(102),所述轴承外环(1)内壁开设有第一滚珠槽(101),所述滑轨(2)可滑动的连接在所述滑槽(102)内,所述滑轨(2)一侧固接有楔形块(201),所述楔形块(201)侧壁上开设有插槽(202),所述内环(3)一侧开设有第二滚珠槽(301),所述内环(3)两侧固接有插块(302),所述插块(302)可滑动的连接在所述插槽(202)内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型精密轴承,其特征在于,两个所述滑轨(2)之间通过支撑块进行固定,所述支撑块(4)包括弧形的耐磨件(4)和楔形的卡件(401),所述卡件(401)固接在所述耐磨件(4)外壁上,所述卡件(401)两侧抵靠在两个所述楔形块(201)之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微型精密轴承,其特征在于,所述第一滚珠槽(101)和所述第二滚珠槽(301)之间可滑动的连接有多个钢珠(5)。
