The lower layer of the purification box is a biomembrane method treatment area used for treating water discharged from an upper independent treatment unit (aquatic plant area); the biofilm method treatment unit consists of an aeration system and biological fillers, and is provided with 4 energy-saving aeration heads for aeration back flushing; the biological filler is selected from suspended fillers. The water quality is strengthened in the biomembrane method treatment area, so that the discharged water reaches the effluent standard.
