Abstract
The invention discloses a modular fracturing sand storage and conveying system which comprises a plurality of groups of sand tank assemblies, a cantilever crane assembly and a conveying device; the hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting frame, two rotary suspension arms, a hoisting rod, a lifting hook, a pulley seat, a pulley, a winch, a steel wire rope, a pin shaft and a limiting frame, wherein the lower end of each rotary suspension arm is rotatably connected to the suspension arm mounting seat, the two ends of the hoisting rod are respectively connected to the upper ends of the two rotary suspension arms, the pulley is arranged on the pulley seat through the pin shaft, and the winch is fixed on the limiting frame; the tank body component comprises a tank body frame, and a sand tank and a sand unloading funnel which are sequentially arranged on the tank body frame. The invention does not need personnel to work high above the ground, thus avoiding the safety risk; the equipment has high working efficiency, the sand adding amount per day is not less than 5000, and the increasing sand adding amount requirement on the site can be infinitely met by adding the sand tank module; the coordination operation of a crane is not needed on site; due to the modular design, equipment can be increased or decreased according to production requirements, and flexible sand adding is realized; the loading, unloading and hoisting are convenient and fast.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a modular fracturing sand storage and conveying system, and belongs to the technical field of oil and gas field development and fracturing operation construction.
Background
At present, in the fracturing operation construction of oil and gas fields, the sand adding fracturing is an important mode, and the sand adding operation of the traditional sand tank has the following defects: 1. the working efficiency is low, the sand adding amount per day is limited, and the sand adding amount of about 500 square cannot meet the production requirement of increasing well sites day by day; 2. a plurality of large hoisting devices are required to work in cooperation at any time in a working site; 3. the personnel are required to work high above the ground for a long time, and the safety risk is high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly overcomes the defects in the prior art and provides a modular fracturing sand storage and conveying system.
The invention solves the technical problems, and the provided technical scheme is as follows: a modular fracturing sand storage and conveying system comprises a plurality of groups of sand tank assemblies, at least one cantilever crane assembly and two conveying devices arranged on the side surfaces of the sand tank assemblies, wherein the cantilever crane assembly is positioned between the two conveying devices;
the sand tank assembly comprises a tank body assembly and a hoisting assembly; the hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting frame, two rotary suspension arms, a hoisting rod, a lifting hook, a pulley seat, a pulley, a winch, a steel wire rope, a pin shaft and a limiting frame arranged on the hoisting frame, wherein both sides of the upper end of the hoisting frame are provided with suspension arm installation seats, the lower end of the rotary suspension arm is rotatably connected to the suspension arm installation seats, the pulley seat is arranged in the middle of the hoisting rod, both ends of the hoisting rod are respectively connected to the upper ends of the two rotary suspension arms, the pulley is arranged on the pulley seat through the pin shaft, the winch is fixed on the limiting frame, one end of the steel wire rope is wound on the winch, and the other end of the steel wire rope is sleeved on the pulley and connected with the lifting hook after passing;
the tank body assembly comprises a tank body frame, and a sand tank, a sand discharging hopper and a conveyor belt which are sequentially arranged on the tank body frame, wherein a sand breaker is arranged at the top of the sand tank; the hoisting frame is fixed on the top of the tank body frame.
The further technical scheme is that a lantern frame used for limiting the sand bag is further arranged at the top of the sand tank.
The further technical scheme is that the sand breaker is positioned in the right center of the lantern frame.

According to the on-site sand adding requirement, the sand tank modules can be added along the direction of the conveying belt, the conveying belt is lengthened, and the increasing on-site sand adding quantity requirement can be infinitely met;
3. the crane is not needed to cooperate with the site, so that the site and equipment cost is saved;
4. the modular design can flexibly adjust the position of equipment according to the field condition, increase and decrease the equipment according to the production requirement, and realize flexible sand adding;
5. the module design is batched, and the loading, unloading and hoisting are convenient and fast.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples and the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the modular frac sand storage and transportation system of the present invention is characterized by comprising a plurality of sets of sand tank assemblies 20, at least one cantilever crane assembly 30 and two transportation devices 40 arranged at the side of the sand tank assemblies 20, wherein the cantilever crane assembly 30 is positioned in the middle of the two transportation devices 40, and a frac sand unloading truck 50 for well site is arranged beside the cantilever crane assembly 30;
wherein in use, the well site carries the sandbags with a frac sand dump truck 50 to the jib crane assembly 30, and the jib crane assembly 30 then hoists the sandbags between the two conveyors 40 for storage; and according to the sand adding requirement on the site, a plurality of cantilever crane assemblies 30 and conveying devices 40 can be additionally arranged, namely, the storage area on the site is expanded.
When sand needs to be added after the existing sand bags are stored, the cantilever crane assembly 30 hoists the sand bags in the storage area to the conveying device 40, and then the conveying device 40 conveys the sand bags to a lifting point at the sand tank assembly 20;
as shown in fig. 3-6, the sand tank assembly 20 comprises a tank body assembly and a hoisting assembly; the hoisting assembly comprises a hoisting frame 1, two rotary suspension arms 2, a hoisting rod 3, a lifting hook 4, a pulley seat 5, a pulley 6, a winch 7, a steel wire rope 8, a pin shaft 10 and a limiting frame 11 arranged on the hoisting frame 1, wherein both sides of the upper end of the hoisting frame 1 are provided with suspension arm installation seats 9, the lower end of each rotary suspension arm 2 is rotatably connected to the corresponding suspension arm installation seat 9, the pulley seat 5 is arranged in the middle of the hoisting rod 3, two ends of the hoisting rod 3 are respectively connected to the upper ends of the two rotary suspension arms 2, the pulley 6 is arranged on the pulley seat 5 through the pin shaft 10, the winch 7 is fixed on the limiting frame 11, one end of the steel wire rope 8 is wound on the winch 7, and the other end of the steel wire rope is sleeved on the pulley 6 and is connected with the lifting hook 4; the tank body assembly comprises a tank body frame 21, and a sand tank 22, a sand discharging hopper 23 and a conveyor belt 24 which are sequentially arranged on the tank body frame 21, wherein a sand breaker 27 is arranged at the top of the sand tank 22; the hoisting frame 1 is fixed on the top of the tank body frame 21.
Wherein the sand tank assembly 20 specifically adds the sand process to be: the winch 7 starts to work, the lower part of the lifting hook 4 is moved to a lifting point, and workers at the bottom hang the sand bags on the conveying device 40 on the lifting hook 4; then the winch 7 starts to rotate reversely to drive the lifting hook 4 to lift the sand bag, and when the lifting hook 4 rises to the pulley seat 5, the rotating suspension arm 2 starts to rotate to the limiting frame 11 to reach the limiting position due to the blocking effect of the pulley seat 5; then the windlass 7 rotates forwards again, the sand bag descends to the top of the sand tank 22 and contacts with the sand breaker 27, the sand bag is broken, sand is added into the sand tank 22, and the sand adding is completed. And (3) operating the winch 7, returning the rotary suspension arm 2 to the lifting position, and dropping the lifting hook 4 to perform next sand adding operation. After the sand is added, when the sand needs to be used, the sand in the sand tank 22 directly falls to a conveyor belt 24 through a sand discharge hopper 23, and then is conveyed to a using point by the conveyor belt 24.
In the present embodiment, in order to make the sand bag be located right above the sand tank 22, in a preferred embodiment, a lantern frame 26 for limiting the sand bag is further provided on the top of the sand tank 22, and the sand breaker 27 is located at the center of the lantern frame 26. Therefore, the sand bag is limited by the lantern frame 26 when falling down and accurately falls to the position right above the sand adding opening of the sand tank 22.
Wherein the conveyor 40 comprises at least one conveyor belt, and when a plurality of conveyor belts, the conveyor belts are on the same conveyor line.
In this embodiment, the area between the two conveying devices 40 is a storage area, and the number of the conveying devices 40 can be increased according to specific requirements to expand the storage area; the number of the cantilever crane assemblies 30 is set according to the corresponding size, and the cantilever crane assemblies 30 can hoist the sand bags by the conveying devices 4 on the left side and the right side in order to improve the efficiency, so that the cantilever crane assemblies 30 comprise bases, cantilever cranes and connecting rods vertically fixed on the bases, and one ends of the cantilever cranes are rotatably connected to the connecting rods.

A modular frac sand storage and transport system comprising a plurality of sets of sand tank assemblies (20), at least one jib crane assembly (30) and two transport devices (40) arranged on the sides of the sand tank assemblies (20), wherein the jib crane assembly (30) is positioned in the middle of the two transport devices (40), and a frac sand unloading truck (50) for a well site is arranged beside the jib crane assembly (30);
the sand tank assembly (20) comprises a tank body assembly and a hoisting assembly; the hoisting component comprises a hoisting frame (1), two rotary suspension arms (2), a hoisting rod (3), a lifting hook (4), a pulley seat (5), a pulley (6), a winch (7), a steel wire rope (8), a pin shaft (10) and a limiting frame (11) arranged on the hoisting frame (1), wherein the two sides of the upper end of the hoisting frame (1) are respectively provided with a suspension arm mounting seat (9), the lower end of the rotary suspension arm (2) is rotatably connected to the suspension arm mounting seat (9), the pulley seat (5) is arranged in the middle of the hoisting rod (3), the two ends of the hoisting rod (3) are respectively connected to the upper ends of the two rotary suspension arms (2), the pulley (6) is arranged on the pulley seat (5) through the pin shaft (10), the winch (7) is fixed on the limiting frame (11), one end of the steel wire rope (8) is wound on the winch (7), the other end is sleeved on the pulley (6) and connected with the lifting hook (4) after passing through the pulley seat (5);
the tank body assembly comprises a tank body frame (21), and a sand tank (22), a sand discharging hopper (23) and a conveyor belt (24) which are sequentially arranged on the tank body frame (21), wherein a sand breaker (27) is arranged at the top of the sand tank (22);
the hoisting frame (1) is fixed on the top of the tank body frame (21).
2. The modular frac sand storage conveyor system of claim 1 wherein the top of the sand tank (22) is further provided with a lantern frame (26) for guiding the sand bags.
3. The modular frac sand storage and delivery system of claim 2, wherein the sand breaker (27) is located in the exact center of the lantern frame (26).
4. The modular frac sand storage conveyor system of claim 1, wherein the conveyor means (40) is a conveyor belt.
5. The modular frac sand storage conveyor system of claim 6, wherein the boom assembly (30) includes a base, a boom and a connecting rod vertically fixed to the base, the boom being pivotally connected at one end to the connecting rod.
