After the pushing cylinder 2023 pushes the movable frame 2022 to approach the back frame 2012, the adsorption disc 2021 is adsorbed on the surface of the flat-plate-shaped paper sheet 1, and then the pushing cylinder 2023 retracts, and the adsorption disc 2021 pulls out the top of the flat-plate-shaped paper sheet 1.
The roll conveying mechanism 203 is disposed above the back side of the back frame 2012, the roll conveying mechanism 203 includes a lower conveying belt 31 and an upper roll belt 2032, and the lower conveying belt 2031 is driven by a motor. The upper rolling belt 2032 is located above the lower conveyer belt 2031, and the upper rolling belt 2032 is formed by a plurality of rollers 2032a arranged at intervals along the conveying direction of the lower conveyer belt 2031. A conveying path for conveying the flat-plate-shaped paper sheets 1 is formed between the upper rolling belt 2032 and the lower conveying belt 2031, and the lower conveying belt 2031 is longer than the upper rolling belt 2042 and forms a guide section 2031a for guiding the flat-plate-shaped paper sheets 1 into the conveying path at a position close to the back frame 2012. The guide section 2031a is at a lower position such that the suction tray 2021 is located at both sides of the guide section 2031a, and the height of the suction tray 2021 is higher than the front end of the guide section 2031 a. In this way, the flat-plate-shaped paper sheets 1 pulled out by the adsorption tray 2021 can directly lean on the lower conveying belt 2031, so that the flat-plate-shaped paper sheets 1 can be pulled by the lower conveying belt 2031 through friction force, the lower ends of the flat-plate-shaped paper sheets 1 are separated from the back frame 2012, and the top ends of the flat-plate-shaped paper sheets 1 are conveyed into the conveying channel. The conveying path of the flat sheet 1 formed by the entire rolling and conveying mechanism 203 is slightly inclined from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction, so that the flat sheet 1 is finally conveyed to the box folding mechanism 3 in a horizontal manner for subsequent forming steps.
As shown in fig. 6, the box folding mechanism of the carton packaging and forming apparatus includes a downward pressing inner punch 301, a box folding outer mold 302, a pushing mechanism 303 and a frame 5, the downward pressing inner punch 301 is located above the box folding outer mold 302, the downward pressing inner punch 301 is used for pressing the flat-plate-shaped paper sheet 1 downward into the box folding outer mold 302, the downward pressing inner punch 301 includes a bottom plate 3011 and side walls 3012, wherein the side walls 3012 are located on the bottom plate 3011 and on the left and right sides of the bottom plate 3011, the side walls 3012 are connected to the bottom plate 3011 through a second horizontal cylinder 3013, front and back parts of the bottom plate 3011 are respectively provided with a stopper 3014, the bottom plate 3011 is connected to the frame 5 (not shown in the drawing of a part of the frame 5) through a downward pressing cylinder 3015, and the frame 5 is also used for fixing the. The pressing cylinder 3015 drives the pressing inner punch 301 to move up and down to cooperate with the box folding outer die 302 to carry out box folding operation. The rolling conveying mechanism 203 is positioned at one side of the inner punch 301 and the outer folding box die 302, and the flat paper sheets 1 output by the rolling conveying mechanism 203 enter between the inner punch 301 and the outer folding box die 302.
Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the external mold 302 for a folding box includes a front panel 3021, side panels 3022, a rear panel 3023, corner panels 3024, and a cover support bar 3025, wherein the side panels 3022 are two, and the front panel 3021, the side panels 3022, and the rear panel 3023 are arranged in a rectangular side manner. In the process of pressing down the flat-plate-like sheet piece 1, the cassette base plate 103 is pressed into a rectangle surrounded by the front flap 3021, the side flaps 3022 and the rear flap 3023. Front and rear panels 3021 and 3023 may be formed to be equal in height, but the height of the top edges of front and rear panels 3021 and 3023 is greater than the height of the top edges of side panels 3022, so that during the pressing process, front and rear side walls 101 and 105 of flat sheet 1 bend before left and right side walls 104 contact with outer folder mold 302. The front fender 3021, the side fender 3022, and the rear fender 3023 are connected to the frame 5 by first horizontal cylinders 3026, respectively, and when the first horizontal cylinders 3026 are actuated, the rectangle surrounded by the front fender 3021, the side fender 3022, and the rear fender 3023 is increased or decreased accordingly. When a flat sheet 1 is pressed into a rectangular space defined by the front, side and rear flaps 3021, 3022, 3023, the first horizontal cylinder 3026 is operated to reduce the rectangular space, and the second horizontal cylinder 3013, which is operated to press down the inner punch 301, is operated to expand the side wall 3012, thereby providing more reliable adhesion between the two sides of the carton.
The corner bar 3024 is provided at a diagonal corner of the corner formed by the back visor 3023 and the side visor 3022. The angle bar 3024 is located within 20 ° to the left and right of the bisector of the diagonal angle of the angle formed by the back visor 3023 and the side visor 3022. The function of the corner posts 3024 is to force the ears 102 of the rear side walls 105 to fold first, so that the entire position of the corner posts 3024 is outside the rectangle 4 enclosed by the front, side and rear guards 3021, 3022, 3023 and the height of the corner posts 3024 is higher than the height of the top edge of the rear guard 3023. Two cover support rods 3025 are provided, which extend in the front-rear direction on both sides of the front shield 3021 and are higher than the top edge of the front shield 3021. The cover support rod 3025 functions to support the cover 106 of the flat sheet 1 to prevent the flat sheet 1 from falling down when the feeding mechanism feeds the flat sheet 1 below the inner punch 301, and to allow the ear portions 102 of the front side wall 101 to be folded first.
In this embodiment, the angle blocking rod 3024 is of an inverted "J" shape, the top of the angle blocking rod 3024, i.e., the bottom of the "J" shaped hook, is a horizontal contact portion 3024a, which is horizontally disposed, and the head end of the horizontal contact portion 3024a is bent downward to form an arc shape with a small radius, so that the contact portion between the angle blocking rod 3024 and the paper piece is smooth, and the paper piece can be prevented from being damaged. The angle α between the vertical projection of the horizontal contact part 3024a and the vertical projection of the back flap 3023 and the side flaps 3022 is less than 90 °, which ensures that the horizontal contact part 3024a has a sufficiently long contact surface with the ear 102 of the flat sheet 1 to ensure that the ear 102 is bent. In order to make the carton more smoothly enter when folded, the top edges of the front flap 3021, the rear flap 3023, and the side flaps 3022 are folded back to the outside of the rectangle to form a flared shape. In order to make the relative positions of the paper sheets conveyed by the feeding mechanism, the pressing inner punch 301 and the folding box outer die 302 more accurate, guide plates 3027 are further arranged above the folding box outer die 302 and positioned at two sides of the pressing inner punch 301, and the guide plates 3027 are connected with the frame 5 through a third horizontal air cylinder 3028. When the flat sheet 1 is fed by the feed mechanism, the guide plates 3027 are driven by the third horizontal cylinder 3028 to move toward the center by a small distance so that the distance between the two guide plates 3027 corresponds to the width of the flat sheet 1, and when the inner punch 301 is pushed down, the guide plates 3027 are driven by the third horizontal cylinder 3028 to move to the both sides and return to the original positions.
A pushing mechanism 303 is arranged below the box folding outer die 302, and the paper boxes which are bonded are pushed to the next station by the pushing mechanism 303. The pushing mechanism 303 includes a support base 3031, a pushing chain (not directly shown in the figure) and a pushing plate 3032, wherein the pushing chain is driven by a chain wheel 3033 and is disposed on two sides of the support base 3031 and lower than the table top of the support base 3031. The push plate 3032 is vertically connected to the push chain, and the top edge of the push plate 3032 is higher than the table top of the support table 3031. In order to avoid deviation from the support base 3031 when the paper box falls, lateral guide plates 305 are arranged between the outer box folding die 302 and the pushing mechanism 303 at two sides of the support base 3031. After the paper box is folded and bonded, a first horizontal air cylinder action 3026 of the outer box folding mold 302 expands the rectangular space, the paper box can fall from the outer box folding mold 302 to the table top of the support table 3031, then the pushing chain drives the pushing plate 3032 to advance, and the paper box is pushed by the pushing plate 3032 to advance to the next station along the table top of the support table 3031.
Referring to fig. 9 and 10, the cover closing mechanism 4 of the carton package forming apparatus includes a supporting base 401 and a pressing and attaching mechanism 402, and the supporting base 401 and the pressing and attaching mechanism 402 are connected to the frame 5. The surface of the carrier 401 is provided with a row of rollers 4011 to drive the paper cassette 6 to move on the surface of the carrier 401 so that the paper cassette 6 comes under the lower press-fit mechanism 402. Be equipped with on the plummer 401 and target in place baffle 4012, plummer 401 below is equipped with lift cylinder 4013, and lift cylinder 4013 is used for the drive baffle 4012 that targets in place to go up and down. When the paper box 6 moves on the bearing table 401, the lifting cylinder 4013 drives the position-locating baffle 4012 to rise, the paper box 6 can be blocked and cannot move forward continuously, the position-locating baffle 4012 is arranged at a position below the pressing and attaching mechanism 402, and the paper box 6 can be arranged below the pressing and attaching mechanism 402 at the moment so as to carry out capping action.
The pressing-down attaching mechanism 402 is arranged above the bearing table 401, the pressing-down attaching mechanism 402 comprises a pressing-down driving mechanism 4021, a top pressing plate 4022, a side pressing plate 4023 and an overturning cylinder 4024, the top pressing plate 4022 is connected with the frame 5 through the pressing-down driving mechanism 4021, and the pressing-down driving mechanism 4021 can be a linear servo mechanism or a cylinder. The top pressing plate 4022 is arranged in a rectangular shape, a second pressing plate 4026 is suspended on the bottom surface of the top pressing plate 4022 through a spring 4025, and the projection of the second pressing plate 4026 in the vertical direction is located within the projection range of the top pressing plate 4022 in the vertical direction. The side edges around the top pressure plate 4022 are hinged with a side pressure plate 4023, the top pressure plate 4022 is fixedly connected with a turnover cylinder 4024, and the turnover cylinder 4024 drives the side pressure plate 4023 to turn down. The side edge of the top pressure plate 4022 is provided with a lower hanging bracket 4027, a rolling wheel 4028 is arranged on the lower hanging bracket 4027, and the side pressure plate 4023 is provided with a notch 4023a for avoiding the rolling wheel 4028.
When the paper box 6 is located below the pressing and attaching mechanism 402, the pressing and driving mechanism 4021 drives the top pressing plate 4022 to descend, the second pressing plate 4026 is in contact with the box cover and compresses the spring 4025, the descending distance of the top pressing plate 4022 is fixed when the heights of the paper box 6 are different, and the degree of the second pressing plate 4026 compressing the spring 4025 is different, so that the box cover can be attached to the bottom box of the paper box 6. In the process of descending the top pressing plate 4022, the rolling wheel 4028 firstly bonds the edge part of the box cover with the side wall part of the bottom box of the paper box 6, after the top pressing plate 4022 is in place, the turning cylinder 4024 drives the side pressing plate 4023 to turn downwards, the side pressing plate 4023 is turned into a vertical state from an initial horizontal or slightly inclined state, and the edge part of the box cover is bonded with the side wall of the bottom box of the paper box 6.
It should be noted that before the box folding mechanism 3 and the cover sealing mechanism 4 operate, gluing should be performed on the part of the bottom box of the paper box that needs to be pasted and the part of the box cover 106 that needs to be pasted respectively, and accordingly, gluing nozzles can be arranged in front of the box folding mechanism 3 and the cover sealing mechanism 4 for gluing, and the specific positions can be set according to the specific spraying positions.

Claims (9)

1. A carton pack forming apparatus comprising:
continuous feedway, stack frame, adsorption apparatus and roll extrusion conveying mechanism including the cardboard, the frame is stacked to the cardboard includes underframe, back of the body frame and side fence, the underframe becomes the right angle with the back of the body frame and is connected, the side fence is connected underframe and back of the body frame, the slope of back of the body frame sets up, the back of the body frame includes well hollow frame and is used for blockking off the pin that the cardboard deviates from the dorsal part, the pin sets up in the upper portion of well hollow frame, adsorption apparatus is located the dorsal part of back of the body frame, adsorption apparatus includes adsorption disc, adjustable shelf and push cylinder, the lower extreme of adjustable shelf is articulated with the lower extreme of back of the body frame, push cylinder is used for promoting the adjustable shelf, the adsorption disc is fixed in with the direction of back of the body frame the upper portion of adjustable shelf and is located the below of pin, roll extrusion conveying mechanism set up in the dorsal part top of back of the body frame, roll extrusion conveying mechanism includes lower conveyer, the upper rolling belt is positioned above the lower conveying belt, a conveying channel of a conveying paper board is formed between the upper rolling belt and the lower conveying belt, the lower conveying belt is longer than the upper rolling belt, and a guiding section for guiding the paper board to enter the conveying channel is formed at a position close to the back frame;
the box folding device comprises a rack, a downward pressing inner punch, a box folding outer mold and a pushing mechanism, wherein the downward pressing inner punch is positioned above the box folding outer mold and connected with the rack through a downward pressing cylinder, the box folding outer mold comprises a front baffle, a side baffle, a rear baffle, a corner baffle rod and a cover support rod, the front baffle, the side baffle and the rear baffle are arranged in a rectangular side edge mode, the top edges of the front baffle and the rear baffle are higher than the top edge of the side baffle, the corner baffle rod is arranged at the opposite vertex angle position of the corner formed by the rear baffle and the side baffle, the height of the corner baffle rod is higher than the height of the rear baffle, the cover support rod is arranged on two sides of the front baffle in parallel and higher than the top edge of the front baffle, and the front baffle, the side baffle and the rear baffle are respectively connected with the rack through a first horizontal cylinder, the pushing mechanism comprises a supporting table, pushing chains and pushing plates, the pushing plates are vertically connected to the pushing chains, the pushing chains are arranged on two sides of the supporting table and are lower than the table top of the supporting table, and the top edges of the pushing plates are higher than the table top of the supporting table;

5. A carton pack forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said corner bar is located within 20 ° to the left and right of a bisector of an angle formed by the back and side flaps.
6. A carton pack forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein said angle bar is provided with a horizontal contact portion which, in vertical projection, makes an angle of less than 90 ° with the rear flap and the side flaps in vertical projection.
7. A carton pack forming apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a guide panel is provided above the outer mould of the folded box, the guide panel being connected to the frame by a third horizontal cylinder.
