In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the main seat 1 further includes a driving member 15, where the driving member 15 is mounted on the top of the mounting plate 11, an output shaft of the driving member 15 is connected to the support plate 21, and the driving member 15 is used to drive the movable end of the main seat 1 to reciprocally rotate around the rotation shaft 3. When nailing, the driving piece 15 drives the movable end of the main seat 1 to rotate and descend around the rotating shaft 3 to aim at the nailing position on the nailing plate 5, after nailing is finished, the driving piece 15 drives the movable end of the main seat 1 to rotate and ascend around the rotating shaft 3, the nailing plate 5 moves to the next nailing position, the driving piece 15 drives the movable end of the main seat 1 to rotate and descend around the rotating shaft 3 to aim at the nailing position on the nailing plate 5 for nailing, and the like, the effective rotation of the main seat 1 is guaranteed, so that the effective nailing is guaranteed, and meanwhile damage caused by movement of the nailing plate after nailing is avoided.

Further, the adjusting seat 2 further includes a restoring member 24, where the restoring member 24 is mounted on the movable end of the supporting plate 21, and one end of the restoring member 24 abuts against the upper surface of the supporting plate 21, and the other end of the restoring member 24 abuts against the lower surface of the mounting plate 11.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the adjusting seat 2 further includes a restoring member 24, where the restoring member 24 is mounted on the movable end of the supporting plate 21, and one end of the restoring member 24 abuts against the upper surface of the supporting plate 21, and the other end of the restoring member 24 abuts against the lower surface of the mounting plate 11.

In the technical scheme, the rotation of the main seat 1 is completed through the cooperation of the driving piece 15 and the resetting piece 24, so that energy sources can be effectively saved, and the production cost can be saved.

When the main seat 1 is rotated and lifted, the top of the piston rod is propped against the upper surface of the mounting plate 11, and the piston rod is slidably mounted on the piston barrel 252, so that the cooperation of the piston rod and the piston barrel 252 can slow down the shaking generated by the instant lifting of the driving piece 15 or the shaking generated by the elastic force of the reset piece 24 when the main seat 1 is rotated and lifted, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the automatic nailing device.
Preferably, the buffer assembly 25 includes the buffer seat 251 and a hydraulic buffer including the piston barrel 252 and a piston rod, the hydraulic buffer is mounted to the buffer seat 251, and a top of the hydraulic buffer acts on an upper surface of the mounting plate 11.
To illustrate further, the main seat 1 further comprises a feeding assembly 12 and a stapling assembly 13, wherein the feeding assembly 12 and the stapling assembly 13 are both mounted on top of the mounting plate 11, the feeding assembly 12 is used for storing and conveying the shaped staples 4, and the stapling assembly 13 is used for conveying the shaped staples 4 to the stapling assembly 14.
Further, the main seat 1 in the technical scheme further comprises a nail feeding assembly 12 and a nail loading assembly 13, the nail feeding assembly 12 and the nail loading assembly 13 are both arranged at the top of the mounting plate 11, the special-shaped nails 4 enter the automatic nailing device through the nail feeding assembly 12, and then the special-shaped nails 4 are conveyed to the nailing assembly 14 from the nail feeding assembly 12 through the nail loading assembly 13, so that nailing actions are realized, and the automatic nailing machine is simple in structure and reliable in performance.
Further, the nail feeding assembly 12 comprises a nail storage box 121 and a nail feeding groove 122, wherein the nail storage box 121 is used for conveying the special-shaped nails 4 to the nail feeding groove 122, the nail feeding groove 122 is connected to the nail outlet end of the nail storage box 121, and the horizontal height of the nail inlet end of the nail feeding groove 122 is higher than that of the nail outlet end of the nail feeding groove 122.

According to the technical scheme, the full-automatic screw machine is used as the nail storage box 121, a plurality of special-shaped nails can be stored simultaneously, the function of automatic nail supplementing and feeding is realized, and the work efficiency of an automatic nailing device is improved.
To further illustrate, the stapling assembly 13 includes a stapling support 131 and a pushing plate 132, wherein the stapling support 131 has a stapling slot 130 formed therein, the stapling slot 130 is in communication with the stapling slot 122, the pushing plate 132 is mounted in the stapling slot 130, and the pushing plate 132 is movable left and right along the stapling slot 130.

Specifically, as shown in fig. 7-8, when the nail pushing plate 132 moves towards the nailing assembly 14, the special-shaped nails 4 are pushed to fall into the nail dropping groove 1411 for nailing, the nail pushing plate 132 fills the gap of the nail containing groove 130, so that a plurality of special-shaped nails 4 are prevented from entering the nail containing groove 130 at the same time, the nailing assembly 14 is ensured to fire only one nail once, the normal nailing by the automatic nailing device is effectively ensured, when the nail pushing plate 132 moves away from the nailing assembly 14, the nail containing groove 130 leaves the gap, and the special-shaped nails 4 positioned in the nail feeding groove 122 fall into the nail containing groove 130 under the action of gravity and/or external force vibration to complete the nail supplementing action, and the reciprocating is performed.
Preferably, the stapling assembly 13 further comprises a driving seat 133, and the driving seat 133 is used for driving the staple pushing plate 132 to move left and right along the staple slot 130. More preferably, the driving seat 133 is a driving cylinder.

Preferably, the nailing assembly 14 further comprises a firing member 146, wherein the firing member 146 is used for driving the firing pin 142 to move up and down along the staple drop slot 1411 and the nailing slot 1441. More preferably, the firing member 146 is a firing cylinder.
In one embodiment of the present technical solution, the working process of the automatic nailing device for the profiled nails is as follows:
The original state is that the main seat 1 is lifted, the nail loading plate 5 is arranged on the mounting support 22, and the nailing position on the nail loading plate 5 is checked;

The main seat 1 is lifted, and the original state is repeated.
Further, the nailing head comprises a nailing shell 143, a guide piece 144 and a fastening ring 145, wherein at least two guide pieces are arranged on the guide piece 144, the nailing shell 143 is sleeved outside the guide piece 144, a mounting groove is formed in the outer side wall of the guide piece 144, the mounting groove is used for mounting the fastening ring 145, and the fastening ring 145 is propped between the nailing shell 143 and the guide piece 144.
