本发明公开了一种食品机加工中的圆盘分切装置,包括切刀架、旋转固定轴,切刀架由一个横臂的端部和一个竖臂的端部连接构成,旋转固定轴安装在横臂和竖臂的连接处,切刀架以旋转固定轴转动,在竖臂远离旋转固定轴的一端设置切刀轴,圆切刀通过轴承安装在切刀轴上,切刀轴与输送方向的垂直轴线与旋转固定轴与输送方向的垂直轴线不在一条直线上。本发明流水线作业中能实现完全切断的切割效果,并且不会切割导致输送带损坏,无需外部动力,结构简单。

本发明涉及一种食品机加工中的圆盘分切装置,属于食品生产设备技术领域。
背景技术
食品的加工过程中,很多情况下,需要将面带切割开。食品机加工的切割依赖于切割刀和输送带,然而,现有的切割刀结构多为无动力切割机构,其切割的效果要么切不断,要么会切割到输送皮带,导致输送带损坏。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种食品机加工中的圆盘分切装置。
本发明为达到上述目的,所采取的技术手段是:一种食品机加工中的圆盘分切装置,包括切刀架、旋转固定轴,切刀架由一个横臂的端部和一个竖臂的端部连接构成,旋转固定轴安装在横臂和竖臂的连接处,切刀架以旋转固定轴转动,在竖臂远离旋转固定轴的一端设置切刀轴,圆切刀通过轴承安装在切刀轴上,切刀轴与输送方向的垂直轴线与旋转固定轴与输送方向的垂直轴线不在一条直线上。
进一步的,所述切刀架横臂远离旋转固定轴的一端设置配重。
更进一步的,所述配重与旋转固定轴位于切刀架横臂的两侧。
进一步的,所述切刀通过压盘和螺丝安装在切刀轴上。
更进一步的,所述切刀与配重位于同一侧。
工作原理:面带由输送带输送,在经过切刀处时,由切刀架以自重给予面带一个切割力,由于旋转固定轴和切刀轴不在一条直线上,使得切割力相对旋转固定轴偏心,这样既可以因切刀架的横臂和配重给予一个自然的切割力,又不会因为切割力抱死而切割输送带。
本发明的有益效果是:流水线作业中能实现完全切断的切割效果,并且不会切割导致输送带损坏,无需外部动力,结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示的食品机加工中的圆盘分切装置,包括切刀架1、旋转固定轴2,切刀架1由一个横臂11的端部和一个竖臂12的端部连接构成,旋转固定轴2安装在横臂11和竖臂12的连接处,切刀架1以旋转固定轴2转动,在竖臂12远离旋转固定轴2的一端设置切刀轴3,圆切刀4通过轴承安装在切刀轴3上,切刀轴3与输送方向的垂直轴线与旋转固定轴2与输送方向的垂直轴线不在一条直线上。
作为一种优选设计,所述切刀架横臂11远离旋转固定轴2的一端设置配重5。
作为一种具体设计,所述配重5与旋转固定轴2位于切刀架横臂11的两侧。
作为一种具体设计,所述切刀4通过压盘和螺丝安装在切刀轴3上。
作为一种具体设计,所述切刀4与配重5位于同一侧。
面带由输送带输送,在经过切刀处时,由切刀架以自重给予面带一个切割力,由于旋转固定轴和切刀轴不在一条直线上,使得切割力相对旋转固定轴偏心,这样既可以因切刀架的横臂和配重给予一个自然的切割力,又不会因为切割力抱死而切割输送带。

1.一种食品机加工中的圆盘分切装置,其特征在于:包括切刀架、旋转固定轴,切刀架由一个横臂的端部和一个竖臂的端部连接构成,旋转固定轴安装在横臂和竖臂的连接处,切刀架以旋转固定轴转动,在竖臂远离旋转固定轴的一端设置切刀轴,圆切刀通过轴承安装在切刀轴上,切刀轴与输送方向的垂直轴线与旋转固定轴与输送方向的垂直轴线不在一条直线上。
