Abstract
本发明涉及减速机领域,提供了一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱。将齿轮箱上下体设置为斜面,通过斜面将甩油盘或者大齿轮甩出的有导向至支撑高速轴的竖直箱壁处,并在箱壁上安装集油槽收集润滑油,在集油槽对应高速轴轴承座的位置开设漏油孔,将润滑油精准地滴入轴承室进行润滑。本技术方案能够对高速轴的轴承充分润滑,提高减速机的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及减速机领域,具体涉及一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱。
背景技术
减速机在机械领域广泛应用,将高速的电机输入转化为低速高扭矩输出。减速机的输入轴为高速轴,在工作工程中输入轴对应的轴承高速转动并产生大量的热量,如果不能及时润滑,轴承容易因高温而失效,降低减速机的寿命。现有技术中通过甩油盘以及油槽的方式对减速机轴承润滑,但是对于锥齿轮传动减速机而言,锥齿轮啮合过程中飞贱润滑不充分,高速轴轴承无法润滑,容易因高温而失效,降低减速机的寿命。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中锥齿轮减速机高速轴轴承润滑不充分的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱。
为达到以上目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱,包括箱体,箱体由上箱体和下箱体组成,上、下箱体间由轴承支承有输入轴、多级中间轴以及输出轴,输入轴由锥齿轮副驱动多级中间轴,多级中间轴有传动齿轮副驱动输出轴,输入轴安装于箱体的一侧并与多级中间轴及输出轴垂直,其特征在于,所述上箱体的顶部为斜面,斜面自输出轴上方倾斜至输入轴上方,所述输入轴上方的箱壁上安装有集油槽,所述集油槽上设有漏油孔,所述漏油孔位于输入轴正上方。
进一步地,所述输入轴由轴承座支撑于箱体的一侧,所述漏油孔位于轴承座的正上方。
进一步地,所述轴承座上加工有进油孔,所述进油孔联通轴承座内的轴承以及轴承座的外部。
再进一步地,输出轴的伸出端安装有端盖,所述端盖与输出轴间安装有密封圈,所述端盖与箱体外壁固定连接。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:将齿轮箱上下体设置为斜面,通过斜面将甩油盘或者大齿轮甩出的有导向至支撑高速轴的竖直箱壁处,并在箱壁上安装集油槽收集润滑油,在集油槽对应高速轴轴承座的位置开设漏油孔,将润滑油精准地滴入轴承室进行润滑。本技术方案能够对高速轴的轴承充分润滑,提高减速机的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图所示,一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱,包括箱体1、输入轴2、多级中间轴以及输出轴,箱体1由上箱体和下箱体组成,输入轴2、多级中间轴以及输出轴由轴承支承于上、下箱体间。输入轴2由锥齿轮副驱动多级中间轴,多级中间轴有传动齿轮副驱动输出轴,输入轴2由轴承座3安装于箱体1的一侧的侧壁上,输入轴2与多级中间轴及输出轴垂直。箱体的顶面自输出轴的正上方向两侧倾斜至箱体1的左右侧壁。支承输入轴2的侧壁4与箱体顶面连接处固定安装有集油槽5,在集油槽5的底面上加工有漏油孔6,漏油孔6位于输入轴轴承座3的正上方。在输入轴2的轴承座3上加工有进油孔7,自集油槽5的漏油孔6内滴落的润滑油自进油孔7进入轴承座3内,多轴承座3内的轴承进行润滑。
为了防止润滑油的泄露,在轴承座3的外端面上安装有端盖8,端盖8套于输入轴2,端盖8与输入轴2间安装密封圈,端盖8通过螺钉与箱体1固定。

1.一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱,包括箱体,箱体由上箱体和下箱体组成,上、下箱体间由轴承支承有输入轴、多级中间轴以及输出轴,输入轴由锥齿轮副驱动多级中间轴,多级中间轴有传动齿轮副驱动输出轴,输入轴安装于箱体的一侧并与多级中间轴及输出轴垂直,其特征在于,所述上箱体的顶部为斜面,斜面自输出轴上方倾斜至输入轴上方,所述输入轴上方的箱壁上安装有集油槽,所述集油槽上设有漏油孔,所述漏油孔位于输入轴正上方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述输入轴由轴承座支撑于箱体的一侧,所述漏油孔位于轴承座的正上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱,其特征在于,所述轴承座上加工有进油孔,所述进油孔联通轴承座内的轴承以及轴承座的外部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种自润滑锥滑齿轮箱,其特征在于,输出轴的伸出端安装有端盖,所述端盖与输出轴间安装有密封圈,所述端盖与箱体外壁固定连接。
