Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of scaffolds, and particularly relates to a building scaffold with good stability.
Background
The scaffold is a working platform which is erected for ensuring that each construction process is smoothly carried out, is divided into an outer scaffold and an inner scaffold according to the erected position, can be divided into a wood scaffold, a bamboo scaffold and a steel pipe scaffold according to different materials, and is widely used on the building site.
The existing building scaffold has the advantages that after a user climbs the scaffold in the using process, the height of a guardrail can not be adjusted, so that the user with the high height is easy to have danger when leaning against the guardrail, and the building scaffold is unsafe to use and poor in stability.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides a building scaffold to solve the problem of instability of building scaffolds in the prior art.
The application provides a construction scaffolding, include:
a rack;
the supporting legs are connected below the rack and used for supporting the rack;
the stabilizing device is arranged on the supporting leg, can be vertically adjusted and props against a construction surface, and assists in positioning and supporting the supporting leg;
and the guardrail device is arranged on the rack, and the height of the guardrail device on the rack is adjustable.
Further, each landing leg bottom is provided with the gyro wheel, and each gyro wheel all can be spacing fixed.
Further, the stabilizing device comprises:
the first end of the supporting rod is connected to the supporting leg through a horizontal rod, and the straight rod is arranged in parallel with the supporting leg;
the mounting frame is connected to the second end of the straight rod and is of a frame structure;
the threaded rod penetrates through and is in threaded connection with the mounting frame;
and the stabilizing seat is arranged on the threaded rod and used for propping against a construction surface.
Further, the threaded rod is connected with the stabilizing seat through a connecting piece;
the connector includes:
the threaded sleeve is connected to the threaded rod in a threaded mode;
the first ends of the cross rods are connected to the threaded sleeves;
the vertical rod is arranged in the mounting rack and is parallel to the threaded rod;
the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the vertical rod in a sliding manner and is connected with the second end of the cross rod;
wherein, the steady seat sets up vertically downwards, and be connected in the middle part of horizontal pole.
Furthermore, an annular pipe is arranged at the end part of the horizontal rod, is sleeved on the supporting leg and can rotate around the supporting leg;
and fastening screws are arranged on the ring pipe and used for fixing the ring pipe on the supporting legs.
Further, the barrier device includes:
the stand column is vertically arranged on the rack;
the sleeve is vertically arranged on the upright post and is parallel to the upright post;
a piston rod slidably disposed within the sleeve;
a guardrail body connected to the upper end of the piston rod
And the first end of the sliding rod assembly is connected with the piston rod, the second end of the sliding rod assembly is connected to the upright post in a sliding mode, and the second end of the sliding rod assembly can be fixed on the upright post.
Furthermore, the stand, the sleeve, the piston rod and the sliding component are correspondingly provided with at least two, and the two piston rods are connected through a connecting rod.
Further, the slide bar assembly includes:
a sliding rod, the first end of which is connected to the piston rod;
and the sliding block is connected with the second end of the sliding rod, and the sliding block is connected to the upright post in a sliding mode.

The application has the following beneficial effects:
the building scaffold can adjust the height of the guardrail device, is convenient for operators with different heights to use, and avoids safety accidents easily caused when the operator with higher height leans against the guardrail device; and each landing leg is provided with a stabilizing device, so that better stability can be provided for the building scaffold, and the safety is improved.

Detailed Description
Various embodiments of the present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Like elements in the various figures are denoted by the same or similar reference numerals. For purposes of clarity, the various features in the drawings are not necessarily drawn to scale.
With reference to fig. 1 to 3, the present application provides a construction scaffold comprising: a gantry 1; a leg 2 connected below the stand 1 for supporting the stand 1; the stabilizing device 5 is arranged on the supporting leg 2, and the stabilizing device 5 can be vertically adjusted and propped on a construction surface to assist in positioning and supporting the supporting leg 2; and the guardrail device 3 is arranged on the rack 1, and the height of the guardrail device 3 on the rack 1 is adjustable.
In the embodiment, the support legs 2 and the building scaffold can be stably supported by adjusting the stabilizing devices 5; through adjusting guardrail device 3, can heighten or turn down guardrail device 3, satisfy the operator of different heights and construct, provide fine safety guarantee.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, only one side of the building scaffold is shown in fig. 1, and on the other side, at least one set of barrier devices 3 as shown in fig. 1 may be provided.
In this embodiment, the bottom end of each of the legs 2 is provided with a roller, and each of the rollers is fixed in a limited manner. The gyro wheel that sets up can be convenient for building scaffold's removal, and is laborsaving convenient more.
Referring to fig. 3, the stabilization device 5 comprises: a strut 4, the first end of which is connected to the supporting leg 2 through a horizontal rod, the straight rod being arranged in parallel with the supporting leg 2; the mounting frame 501 is connected to the second end of the straight rod, and the mounting frame 501 is a frame structure; a threaded rod 502 penetrating and threadedly connected to the mounting bracket 501; and the stabilizing seat 506 is arranged on the threaded rod 502, and the stabilizing seat 506 is used for propping against a construction surface.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the mounting frame 501 is arranged to be connected to the leg 2 via the strut 4 and the horizontal bar, the stabilizer 506 is arranged within the mounting frame 501 and is capable of moving the stabilizer 506 up or down via rotation of the threaded bar 502, and the stabilizer 506 is supported against the construction surface by moving the stabilizer 506 down, thereby providing a stable support for the leg 2.
In this embodiment, the threaded rod 502 and the stabilizing base 506 are preferably connected via a connecting member; the connector includes: a threaded sleeve 503 screwed onto the threaded rod 502; the first ends of the cross bars are connected to the threaded sleeves 503; the vertical rod 505 is arranged in the mounting rack 501, and the vertical rod 505 is arranged in parallel with the threaded rod 502; a sliding sleeve 504 slidably sleeved on the vertical rod 505, wherein the sliding sleeve 504 is connected with the second end of the cross rod; wherein, the stabilizing base 506 is vertically arranged downwards and connected to the middle part of the cross rod.
The vertical rod 505 is fixed in the mounting frame 501, the sliding sleeve 504 on the vertical rod 505 can slide along the axial direction thereof, the sliding sleeve 504 is connected with the threaded sleeve 503 through the cross rod, and the sliding sleeve 504 moves upwards or downwards relative to the vertical rod 505 by rotating the threaded rod 502 to enable the threaded sleeve 503 to move upwards or downwards on the threaded rod 502. Thereby when needing steady rest 506 to support, rotating threaded rod 502 makes steady rest 506 move down, guarantees that steady rest 506 can shore the construction face on to through the stable support to landing leg 2, realized the stable support to building scaffold.
In an optional embodiment, a ring pipe is arranged at the end part of the horizontal rod, and the ring pipe is sleeved on the supporting leg 2 and can rotate around the supporting leg 2; the ring pipe is provided with fastening screws which are used for fixing the ring pipe on the supporting legs 2. When the scaffold is not needed to be used, the fastening screws are loosened to enable the mounting frame 501 to rotate to the positions between the supporting legs 2, and then the fastening screws are fixed, so that the building scaffold is prevented from occupying a large occupied space when not being used. In addition, the adjustable position of the arranged ring pipe on the supporting leg 2 can ensure that the building scaffold is stably supported by adjusting the distance between the stabilizing device 5 and a construction surface under different construction environments, and has strong applicability.
In this embodiment, the barrier device 3 includes: a column 307 vertically disposed on the gantry 1; a sleeve 301 vertically disposed on said column 307, said sleeve 301 being parallel to said column 307; a piston rod 302 slidably disposed within the sleeve 301; a guardrail body 303 connected to an upper end of the piston rod 302; a sliding rod 305 assembly, a first end of which is connected to the piston rod 302, a second end of the sliding rod 305 assembly is slidably connected to the upright 307, and the second end of the sliding rod 305 assembly can be fixed to the upright 307.
It should be understood that piston rod 302 can move up and down in sleeve 301, and the sliding rod 305 assembly connected to piston rod 302 acts as a stable support for piston rod 302 and fixes the position of piston rod 302. And the guardrail body 303 can realize the up-and-down movement adjustment under the action of the piston rod 302.
Referring to fig. 1, at least two of the upright 307, the sleeve 301, the piston rod 302 and the sliding assembly are correspondingly arranged, and the two piston rods 302 are connected through a connecting rod. The connecting rod plays a role in stably supporting the two piston rods 302
In this embodiment, the sliding rod 305 assembly includes: a sliding rod 305 having a first end connected to the piston rod 302; a sliding block 306 connected to a second end of the sliding rod 305, wherein the sliding block 306 is slidably connected to the upright 307.
The column 307 is provided with: a slide rail 308, wherein the slide rail 308 is arranged along the length direction of the upright column 307, and the slide block 306 is slidably arranged on the slide rail 308; a fixing plate 309 disposed along a length direction of the column 307, and having a plurality of through holes formed along the length direction; a bolt 310 penetrating the fixing plate 309 and capable of being coupled to the slider 306.
The sliding rod 305 assembly is slidably arranged on the sliding rail 308 through the sliding block 306, penetrates through the fixing plate 309 through the bolt 310 and is connected to the sliding block 306, so that the sliding block 306 is fixed, and the piston rod 302 is fixed through the fixing of the sliding block 306, namely the guardrail body 303 is fixed.
In this embodiment, a handle 304 is disposed on the guardrail body 303, and the handle 304 is used for pulling the guardrail body 303. It will be appreciated that the fixing of the balustrade body is achieved by first adjusting the bolt 310 away from the slider 306, then by lifting the handle 304 so that the balustrade body moves to the desired position, and then passing the bolt 310 through a matching through hole in the fixing plate 309 and connecting to the slider 306. Thereby satisfying the use of operators with different heights and providing good safety guarantee.
The building scaffold can adjust the height of the guardrail device 3, is convenient for operators with different heights to use, and avoids safety accidents easily caused when the operator with higher height leans against the guardrail device 3; and each landing leg 2 is provided with a stabilizing device 5, so that good stability can be provided for the building scaffold, and the safety is improved.
