Abstract
The invention discloses a novel underground water pollution prevention filtering building material which comprises a base and an external frame, wherein the external frame is arranged on the upper surface of the base, a water collecting tank is formed between the base and the external frame, a water outlet tank is arranged on the outer side of the external frame on the base, the water collecting tank is communicated with the water outlet tank through a water outlet pipe, a first pore plate and a second pore plate are welded inside the external frame, and a heavy metal purifying layer and a bottom filtering layer are sequentially filled between the first pore plate and the second pore plate from top to bottom. According to the novel filtering building material for preventing the underground water pollution, the surface layer, the primary filtering layer, the heavy metal adsorption layer and the bottom filtering layer are sequentially arranged in the external frame, so that water can be filtered, purified and adsorbed, impurities, foreign matters and peculiar smell in the water are removed, heavy metal elements such as iron, manganese and the like are welded in the purified water, the problem of the underground water environment pollution caused by runoff water is solved, and the underground water pollution caused by the runoff water is effectively prevented.

The invention relates to the technical field of pollution prevention of underground water, in particular to a novel filtering building material for preventing underground water pollution.
Background
Ground water (ground water) is water present in the gaps between rocks below the ground, and in a narrow sense is water in a saturated aquifer below the surface of the ground water. In the national standard hydrogeological terminology (GB/T14157-93), groundwater refers to various forms of gravity water buried below the surface of the earth, and foreign scholars consider that groundwater has three definitions: the first is all water buried in underground water which is obviously different from surface water, and particularly refers to the water of a saturated zone in a water-bearing layer; secondly, the water flows or permeates downwards to saturate soil and rocks and supply water to springs and wells; and thirdly, water is stored in underground rock cavities and in gaps forming crust substances, underground water is an important component of water resources, and the underground water is one of important water sources for agricultural irrigation, industrial and mining and cities due to stable water quantity and good water quality. However, under certain conditions, changes in groundwater can also cause adverse natural phenomena such as swampiness, salinization, landslide, and ground subsidence.
The existing filtering building materials for preventing underground water pollution can only filter large impurities in a water body singly, and have no good purification and adsorption structure for heavy metals and peculiar smell in the water body, so that the water body enters underground water and can be polluted.

The invention aims to solve the defects in the prior art, and provides a novel filtering building material for preventing underground water from polluting.

According to the novel filtering building material for preventing underground water from polluting, a certain gap is reserved between the second pore plate and the base to form a water collecting tank, water in the water collecting tank can be discharged through the water discharging pipe, the efficiency of filtering water by the surface layer, the primary filtering layer, the heavy metal adsorption layer and the bottom filtering layer is guaranteed, the water is prevented from being stored in an external frame and influencing the efficiency of water purification, and the filtering effect of the surface layer, the primary filtering layer, the heavy metal adsorption layer and the bottom filtering layer can be prevented from being influenced by the fact that underground water rises, permeates water and is stored due to capillary phenomenon through the arrangement of the base.

the inside welding of exterior frame 5 has first orifice plate 6 and second orifice plate 7, has heavy metal purification layer 11 and bottom filter layer 8 from top to bottom to pack in proper order between first orifice plate 6 and the second orifice plate 7, and the top of second orifice plate 7 is packed in proper order has primary filter layer 10 and surface course 9.
The surface layer 9 is made of permeable bricks made of permeable materials, the upper surface of the surface layer 9 is provided with a water collecting ditch 91, and the inner bottom plate of the water collecting ditch 91 is provided with a water inlet hole 92 penetrating through the surface layer 9.
The primary filter layer 10 comprises a clay medium layer 101, a gravel filter layer 102 and a gravel layer 103, and the clay medium layer 101, the gravel filter layer 102 and the gravel layer 103 are sequentially laid from top to bottom.
The thickness of the primary filter layer 10 is 30 to 50mm, and the average particle diameter of the gravels in the gravel layer 103 is 6 to 8 mm.
The heavy metal purification layer 11 comprises a first manganese sand layer 111, a ceramsite layer 112 and a second manganese sand layer 113, wherein the ceramsite layer 112 is arranged between the first manganese sand layer 111 and the second manganese sand layer 113;
the grain diameters of the manganese sand and the ceramsite of the first manganese sand layer 111, the ceramsite layer 112 and the second manganese sand layer 113 are all 1.25-1.6 mm.
The bottom filter layer 8 includes an anthracite filter layer 81 and an activated carbon layer 82, and the anthracite filter layer 81 is laid on the upper surface of the activated carbon layer 82.
The thickness of the surface layer 9 is 60-70mm, the thickness of the primary filtering layer 10 is 30-50mm, the thickness of the heavy metal purifying layer 11 is 30-40mm, and the thickness of the bottom filtering layer 8 is 50-60 mm.
The working principle is as follows: when in use, firstly, surface runoff enters the primary filter layer 10 through the water collecting ditch 91 and the water inlet 92 which are arranged on the surface layer 9, water sequentially passes through the clay medium layer 101, the gravel filter layer 102 and the gravel layer 103 which are arranged in the primary filter layer 10, filtering, adsorbing and removing larger impurities in the water body, allowing the purified water body to enter the heavy metal purification layer 11, sequentially passing through a first manganese sand layer 111, a ceramsite layer 112 and a second manganese sand layer 113 arranged in the heavy metal purification layer 11, purifying organic impurities such as iron, manganese, ammonia nitrogen and the like in the water body, enabling the purified water body to enter the bottom filtering layer 8 and to pass through an anthracite filtering material layer 81 and an activated carbon layer 82 which are arranged in the bottom filtering layer 8 in sequence, the water purification device is used for adsorbing and purifying fine impurities and peculiar smell in the water body, the purified water body enters the water collecting tank 2 and then is discharged into the water outlet tank 3 through the water discharging pipe 4 to be discharged.
