Technical Field
The invention relates to a foaming clamp, in particular to a vacuum foaming clamp.
Background
The foaming fixture is a polyurethane foaming molding foaming device and is widely used in the foaming production field of hard bubbles and soft bubbles of civil and military products such as household appliances, automobiles, home furnishings and the like. At present, 99 percent of foaming forming equipment used in the field of domestic and overseas foaming forming belongs to foaming under normal pressure. The traditional foaming process and the traditional foaming forming equipment not only have low production efficiency, but also have poor flowability of foaming materials, so that the phenomena of uneven product density, empty shells, shelling and the like occur occasionally, and the product quality is seriously influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a vacuum foaming clamp which can solve the quality defects of the existing equipment and the product quality defects produced by the equipment, ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment, improve the product quality and reduce the manufacturing cost.
The purpose of the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:
a vacuum foaming clamp comprises a top frame, a stand column, a lifting bracket device, a bottom frame and a vacuumizing device outside the foaming clamp; the lifting support device is characterized by also comprising a left template mechanism, a right template device and a bottom template mechanism which are positioned above the lifting support device, a rear template mechanism, a rear adjusting template mechanism and a front template mechanism which are positioned behind and below the top frame, and a front template mechanism which is positioned in front of and below the top frame;
the top frame is positioned at the top of the vacuum foaming clamp and used for mounting and fixing a foaming mould, and a vacuumizing port is arranged above the top frame; the upper ends of the upright columns are connected with four corners of the top frame, and the lower ends of the upright columns are respectively fixedly connected to the four corners of the bottom frame; the lifting bracket device is arranged on the inner side of the upright post, and the bottom frame is positioned at the bottom of the foaming clamp; the vacuumizing device is arranged outside the vacuum foaming clamps and is connected with the plurality of foaming clamps, and suction ports of the vacuumizing device are respectively connected with vacuumizing ports arranged on top frames of the foaming clamps through pipelines; the left template mechanism and the right template device are respectively arranged above the lifting bracket device and are respectively positioned at two sides of the bottom template mechanism; the bottom template mechanism is positioned between the lifting bracket device and the left and right template mechanisms; the rear template mechanism is fixedly arranged behind the foaming clamp; the rear adjusting template mechanism is arranged below the top frame of the foaming fixture, and the front template mechanism is fixed at the front end of the foaming fixture.
Preferably, the two groups of vacuum-pumping ports are arranged at the upper end of the top frame, and the two groups of vacuum-pumping ports are respectively arranged at the middle part and the front end close to the top frame in the length direction and are close to the middle part of the top frame in the width direction.
Preferably, the lifting bracket device comprises a driving motor, a driving chain wheel, a driving chain, a lower fixed seat, a lifting screw rod, an upper fixed seat, a screw rod chain wheel, a nut and a lifting bracket; the driving motor is installed on the bottom frame, the driving chain wheel is installed at the output shaft end of the driving motor, and the driving chain is connected with the driving chain wheel and the screw rod chain wheel to form a closed loop; the lower end of the lifting screw rod is provided with a lower fixed seat, the upper end of the lifting screw rod is provided with an upper fixed seat, and the lower fixed seat and the upper fixed seat are respectively and fixedly connected to the inner sides of the stand columns; the lifting bracket is arranged on the lifting screw rod through four nuts on the four corners and supports the lifting screw rod to move up and down.
Preferably, the left template mechanism comprises a left template, an upper limiting support arm, a lower rotating support and a sealing strip; the upper limiting support arms are arranged above the outer side surface of the left side template, and three groups of the upper limiting support arms are arranged and are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the left side template; the lower rotating supports are arranged below the outer side surface of the left side template, and two groups of the lower rotating supports are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the left side template; the sealing strip is adhered to the periphery of the left side template through glue.
Preferably, the right side template device has the same structure and function as the left side template mechanism.
Preferably, the bottom template mechanism comprises a bottom template, a driving motor reducer, a motor chain wheel, a conveying chain and a conveying roller; the bottom template is positioned above the conveying rollers, and the conveying rollers rotate to drive the bottom template to enter and exit the foaming fixture; the driving motor reducer is installed below the lifting bracket device, the motor chain wheel is installed at the output shaft end of the driving motor reducer, and the conveying chain is connected between the motor chain wheel and the conveying roller wheel to form a closed loop.
Preferably, the rear template mechanism comprises a rear template frame, a rear template hinge mechanism, a rear template and a rear template sealing strip; the rear template frame is fixed at the rear end of the top frame, the rear template is connected with the rear template frame through a rear template hinge mechanism, and the rear template sealing strips are provided with two groups and are respectively adhered to the top and the inner side lower part of the rear template through glue.
Preferably, the rear adjusting template mechanism comprises an adjusting screw rod, a screw rod mounting seat, an adjusting nut, a rear adjusting template frame, a limiting column, a rear adjusting template hinge mechanism and a rear adjusting template; the adjusting screw rod is fixedly connected below the top frame through a screw rod mounting seat, the adjusting nut is mounted on the adjusting screw rod, and the rear adjusting template frame is connected with the adjusting screw rod through the adjusting nut; the limiting column is fixedly connected to the outer side of the rear adjusting template frame, and the rear adjusting template is connected with the rear adjusting template frame through a rear adjusting template hinge mechanism.
Preferably, the front template mechanism comprises a front template frame, a front template hinge mechanism, a front template and a front template sealing strip; the front template frame is fixed at the front end of the top frame, the front template is connected with the front template frame through a front template hinge mechanism, and the front template sealing strips are provided with two groups and are respectively adhered to the top and the inner side lower part of the front template through glue.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the foaming fixture is matched during foaming, the left side template and the right side template are respectively attached and sealed to the top frame, the bottom template, the rear template and the front template through the sealing strips on the four peripheries of the left side template and the right side template, the sealing strips above the rear template and the front template are attached and sealed to the top frame, and the sealing strips below the inner side are attached and sealed to the two ends of the bottom template. Like this, top frame, left side template, right side template, die block board, back template, preceding template and notes material rifle head just enclose into a confined sealed cabin, evacuating device carries out the evacuation to the inside and outside of centre form respectively through two evacuation mouth on the top frame, and the cavity between box inner bag and the shell forms the negative pressure, is favorable to quick even flow of foaming material and milky white, is favorable to foaming layer density even unanimity, to promoting foaming box quality, improve production efficiency, reduction in production cost has apparent effect.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-11, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vacuum foaming jig, which includes a top frame 1, a pillar 2, a lifting bracket device 3, a bottom frame 4, and a vacuum pumping device outside the foaming jig; the device also comprises a left template mechanism 5, a right template mechanism 6 and a bottom template mechanism 7 which are positioned above the lifting bracket device 3, a rear template mechanism 8, a rear adjusting template mechanism 9 and a front template mechanism 10 which are positioned at the rear lower part of the top frame 1 and the front lower part of the top frame 1;
the top frame 1 is positioned at the top of the vacuum foaming fixture and used for mounting and fixing a foaming mold, and a vacuumizing port 11 is arranged above the top frame 1; the upper ends of the upright columns 2 are connected with four corners of the top frame 1, and the lower ends of the upright columns 2 are respectively fixedly connected to four corners of a bottom frame 4; the lifting bracket device 3 is arranged on the inner side of the upright post 2, and the bottom frame 4 is positioned at the bottom of the foaming clamp; the vacuumizing device is arranged outside the vacuum foaming clamps and is connected with a plurality of foaming clamps, and suction ports of the vacuumizing device are respectively connected with vacuumizing ports 11 arranged on the top frames 1 of the foaming clamps through pipelines; the left template mechanism 5 and the right template device 6 are respectively arranged above the lifting bracket device 3 and are respectively positioned at two sides of the bottom template mechanism 7; the bottom template mechanism 7 is positioned between the lifting bracket device 3 and the left template mechanism 5 and the right template mechanism 6; the rear template mechanism 8 is fixedly arranged behind the foaming clamp; the rear adjusting template mechanism 9 is arranged below the top frame 1 of the foaming fixture, and the front template mechanism 10 is fixed at the front end of the foaming fixture.
Furthermore, two groups of vacuum-pumping ports 11 are arranged at the upper end of the top frame 1, the two groups of vacuum-pumping ports 11 are respectively positioned at the middle part and the front end close to the top frame 1 in the length direction and are both close to the middle part of the top frame 1 in the width direction; because the material injection and the milk white of the foaming box body of the conventional foaming clamp are finished under normal pressure, the foaming curing time is long, and the phenomena of material leakage, empty shell, uneven density and the like are inevitably generated to cause poor quality of the box body, two vacuumizing ports are arranged above the top frame of the foaming clamp and are butted with a vacuumizing system; sealing strips are bonded around the left side template and the right side template of the foaming clamp; and sealing strips are bonded at the top of the rear template, the top of the front template and the lower part of the inner side of the foaming fixture.
Further, the lifting bracket device 3 comprises a driving motor 31, a driving chain wheel 32, a driving chain 33, a lower fixed seat 34, a lifting screw 35, an upper fixed seat 36, a screw chain wheel 37, a nut 38 and a lifting bracket 39; the driving motor 31 is installed on the bottom frame 4, the driving chain wheel 32 is installed at the output shaft end of the driving motor 31, and the driving chain 33 is connected with the driving chain wheel 32 and the screw rod chain wheel 37 to form a closed loop; a lower fixed seat 34 is mounted at the lower end of the lifting screw rod 35, an upper fixed seat 36 is mounted at the upper end of the lifting screw rod, and the lower fixed seat 34 and the upper fixed seat 36 are respectively and fixedly connected to the inner side of the upright post 2; the nuts 38 are respectively fixedly connected to four corners of the lifting bracket 39, the lifting bracket 39 is mounted on the lifting screw rod 35 through the four nuts 38 on the four corners, and the lifting screw rod 35 supports the lifting bracket to move up and down; during operation, the driving chain wheel 32, the driving chain 33 and the screw rod chain wheel 37 are driven by the driving motor 31 to rotate, so that the lifting screw rod 35 is driven to rotate, the lifting bracket 39 rotates forwards and backwards along with the lifting screw rod 35 to lift, and the mold closing and opening of the foaming clamp are realized.
Further, the left template mechanism 5 comprises a left template 51, an upper limiting support arm 52, a lower rotating bracket 53 and a sealing strip 54; the upper limiting support arms 52 are arranged above the outer side surface of the left side template 51, and three groups of the upper limiting support arms 52 are arranged and are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the left side template 51; the lower rotating supports 53 are arranged below the outer side surface of the left side template 51, and two groups of the lower rotating supports 53 are uniformly distributed in the length direction of the left side template 51; the sealing strip 54 is adhered to the periphery of the left template 51 through glue; when the mold is opened, the left template mechanism 5 descends along with the lifting bracket device 3, and the upper end of the sealing strip 54 is separated from the top frame. When the sealing strip descends to the right position, the lower end of the lower rotating bracket 53 rotates under the action of the bottom frame 4, so that the left template 51 is driven to rotate leftwards and the mold is opened, and meanwhile, the lower part of the sealing strip 54 is separated from the bottom template mechanism 7.
Further, the right side template device 6 has the same structure and function as the left side template mechanism 5.
Further, the bottom template mechanism 7 comprises a bottom template 71, a driving motor reducer 72, a motor sprocket 73, a conveying chain 74 and a conveying roller 75; the bottom template 71 is positioned above the conveying roller 75, and the conveying roller 75 rotates to drive the bottom template 71 to enter and exit the foaming fixture; the driving motor reducer 72 is installed below the lifting bracket device 3, the motor chain wheel 73 is installed at the output shaft end of the driving motor reducer 72, and the conveying chain 74 is connected between the motor chain wheel 73 and the conveying roller 75 to form a closed loop; after the foaming fixture is opened, the motor chain wheel 73, the conveying chain 74 and the conveying roller 75 operate under the action of the driving motor reducer 72, and the bottom template 71 drives the foamed box body to output the foaming fixture along with the rotation of the conveying roller 75. On the contrary, the bottom mold plate 71 carries the pre-assembled box body into the foaming jig to foam.
Further, the rear template mechanism 8 includes a rear template frame 81, a rear template hinge mechanism 82, a rear template 83 and a rear template sealing strip 84; the rear template frame 81 is fixed at the rear end of the top frame 1, the rear template 83 is connected with the rear template frame 81 through a rear template hinge mechanism 82, and two groups of rear template sealing strips 84 are arranged and are respectively adhered to the top and the lower inner side of the rear template 83 by glue; when the mold is closed, the foaming jig lifting bracket device 3 rises, the lifting bracket 39 drives the rear mold plate 83 to go upward, and the rear mold plate hinge mechanism 82 rotates from a drooping state to a horizontal state in the upward process. At this time, the upper end of the rear template sealing strip 84 is tightly attached to the top frame 1, the lower part of the inner side of the rear template sealing strip is tightly attached to the end part of the bottom template 71, and the inner side surface of the rear template 83 is tightly attached to the end sealing strips 54 of the left and right side templates, so that a sealing cavity is formed.
Further, the rear adjusting template mechanism 9 includes an adjusting screw 91, a screw mounting seat 92, an adjusting nut 93, a rear adjusting template frame 94, a limiting column 95, a rear adjusting template hinge mechanism 96 and a rear adjusting template 97; the adjusting screw 91 is fixedly connected below the top frame 1 through a screw mounting seat 92, the adjusting nut 93 is mounted on the adjusting screw 91, and the rear adjusting template frame 94 is connected with the adjusting screw 91 through the adjusting nut 93; the limiting column 95 is fixedly connected to the outer side of the rear adjusting template frame 94, and the rear adjusting template 97 is connected to the rear adjusting template frame 94 through a rear adjusting template hinge mechanism 96; when the mold is closed, the foaming jig lifting bracket device 3 rises, the lifting bracket 39 drives the rear template 83 to move upwards and also drives the rear adjusting template 97 to move upwards, and the rear adjusting template hinge mechanism 96 rotates from a drooping state to a horizontal state in the ascending process. At this time, the rear end of the stopper 95 abuts against the inner side surface of the rear platen 83, and the rear adjustment platen 97 is in a working state.
Further, the front template mechanism 10 includes a front template frame 101, a front template hinge mechanism 102, a front template 103, and a front template sealing strip 104; the front template frame 101 is fixed at the front end of the top frame 1, the front template 103 is connected with the front template frame 101 through a front template hinge mechanism 102, and two groups of front template sealing strips 104 are arranged and are respectively adhered to the top and the lower inner side of the front template 103 by glue; when the mold is closed, the foaming jig lifting bracket device 3 rises, the lifting bracket 39 drives the front template 103 to move upwards, and the front template hinge mechanism 102 rotates from a drooping state to a horizontal state in the ascending process. At the moment, the upper end of the front template sealing strip 104 is tightly attached to the top frame 1, the lower part of the inner side of the front template is tightly attached to the end part of the bottom template 71, and meanwhile, the inner side surface of the front template 103 is tightly attached to the end sealing strips 54 of the left and right side templates to form a sealing cavity.
According to the vacuum foaming clamp provided by the invention, the foaming clamp is matched during foaming, the left side template and the right side template are respectively attached and sealed to the top frame, the bottom template, the rear template and the front template through the sealing strips on the four peripheries of the left side template and the right side template, the sealing strips above the rear template and the front template are attached and sealed to the top frame, and the sealing strips below the inner side are attached and sealed to the two ends of the bottom template; therefore, a closed sealed cabin is formed, the inner side and the outer side of the inner die are respectively vacuumized by the vacuumizing device through the two vacuumizing ports on the top frame, and the cavity between the inner container and the outer shell of the box body forms negative pressure, so that the foaming material can flow quickly and uniformly and milky white, and the density of a foaming layer can be effectively guaranteed to be uniform. Avoiding the bad phenomena of material leakage, shelling and uneven density.
