The production line of the invention corresponds to the production flow setting of novel duck neck instant food, so as to realize the production flow: thawing, cutting, cleaning, vacuum rolling and pickling, baking, marinating, air-drying, marinating again, cooling, packaging, sterilizing, quick-cooling, air-drying and refrigerating. The production process of the novel duck neck instant food can be automated so as to produce the novel duck neck instant food meeting the requirements.
The invention provides a production line special for duck neck instant food, which is particularly provided with a low-temperature high-humidity thawing device, a baking device and a duck neck cutting device in order to adapt to special requirements of thawing, cutting and baking steps. Other devices are prior art devices, for example the refrigeration device may be a freezer.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the low-temperature and high-humidity thawing apparatus of the present invention includes a thawing tank body 1, a duck neck tray 6, and a beating mechanism.
