The fitness center server 100 includes: a member information registration unit 110 for storing personal information of members registered in the fitness center and physical ability information measured through the basic physical ability test in a database; a customized exercise program generating unit 120 for generating an exercise program composed of exercise equipment and exercise conditions suitable for sex, age, purpose of exercise, physical performance status, and the like of the members, which are derived by the analysis of the big data server, and providing the exercise program to each member; the exercise information summarizing unit 130 is used for storing the exercise information finished by various exercise equipment after each member signs in the fitness center in a database; and a physical ability variation storage unit 140 for cumulatively storing physical ability information of each member measured through the physical ability test performed in the fitness center in a database, so that a variation tendency of the physical ability information of each member brought about during the completion of the exercise program can be monitored.
In this case, the member information registration unit 110 is preferably configured to input personal information such as sex, age, and exercise purpose of the member registered in the fitness center for exercise, to assign a unique code to each member so as to be used for checking a member identification device for checking a sign-in or providing an exercise program, and to store the physical ability information measured through the basic physical ability test performed in the fitness center in the database. The member information registration unit 110 simultaneously stores body comprehensive measurement results such as body composition and blood pressure measured by an InBody body measuring instrument, a sphygmomanometer, and the like.
As described above, when the personal information of the members is stored, the sex, age, purpose of exercise, and the like are stored at the same time, so that when the exercise program suitable for each member is generated on the fitness center server 100, the exercise program composed of the exercise equipment and the exercise conditions having excellent exercise effect and excellent continuation degree verified by a large number of existing members having similar personal information and physical ability information can be generated, and thus, the customized exercise program suitable for the member sex, age, purpose of exercise, and current physical ability situation can be provided.
The member information registration unit 110 is a member that is assigned with a unique code for each member and then matched with the member terminal 200 for storage, so that an exercise program is activated in the exercise center server 100, and the exercise program can be executed only by reading a bar code or the like provided in the member terminal 200 through a card reader provided in a check-in system or exercise equipment before.
And, the customized exercise program generating unit 120 generates an exercise program composed of exercise equipments suitable for the sex, age, exercise purpose and physical condition of the members and exercise conditions such as load bearing and repetition number when each exercise equipment is used, and provides the exercise program to each member.
In this case, the customized exercise program generating unit 120 preferably provides names of exercise equipments to be performed in sequence, such as a treadmill, a weight lifting device (hoost), and a sports bike, and also provides exercise conditions, such as a speed, a duration, a weight bearing, and a number of repetitions, to be set when performing exercise using each exercise equipment.
Also, the customized exercise program generating unit 120 preferably generates an exercise program in such a manner that a course or a training program selected by each member is appropriately combined with an exercise program configured by the execution contents of the exercise equipment if the member wants to simultaneously accept a private training or group exercise (GX) course or various training programs using small equipment.
The customized exercise program generation unit 120 provides not only an exercise program when a member checks in to the fitness center, but also a recipe suitable for the health condition and physical fitness condition of each member, so that customized member management can be realized in daily life.
That is, the customized exercise program generation unit 120 provides various customized health recipes such as a diet recipe and a teenager recipe based on the physical ability information of the member obtained through the body fat analysis, the blood pressure measurement, the basic physical ability measurement, and the like, and the age and the exercise purpose input by the member.
Meanwhile, the customized sports program generating unit 120 provides an online sports program that can be easily learned by a bare hand or a small device at home or in a workplace in a video content form, so as to be easily played on various terminals such as a smart phone carried by a member, an interactive network television (IPTV), a personal computer, and the like.
As described above, in order for each member to obtain the recipes and the online sports program provided by the customized sports program generating unit 120, a programmed exercise application is installed on a terminal of a smart phone or a personal computer, etc. held by the member to connect to the exercise center server 100, so that the recipes and the online sports program can be received and played.

Therefore, not only beginners who start exercising at the exercise center but also experienced persons who are familiar with exercising can obtain exercise programs suitable for themselves from the customized exercise program generation unit and can understand changes before and after their exercise, thereby improving in a manner suitable for themselves.
In this way, when the training program provided by the customized exercise program generating unit 120 is executed, a part of the content may be modified according to the physical ability status thereof and then exercise may be performed and stored in the database, so that not only an exercise program most suitable for the user may be created, but also an exercise program provided to members may be derived in an optimized form by the big data analysis server 400 based on the exercise program directly modified and stored by a plurality of members and the change of physical ability information obtained therefrom, and big data of members who pay attention to health may be accumulated, thereby contributing to the development of the health care and medical prevention industry.
Also, the big data analysis server 400 is a system capable of providing information and improving health-related social problems such as obesity in teenagers because it can update the exercise program provided to members based on the exercise program executed by the members having body types or physical abilities close to themselves and the result of the change in body types or physical abilities.
Thus, even if the user does not participate in a training program centrally managed by the personal trainer through the customized exercise program generating unit 120, the user can perform exercise according to the exercise program suitable for the user while being managed by the exercise center server only when the user wants to perform exercise alone after registering in the exercise center, so that the user can maintain interest in exercise, and the user can perform exercise suitable for the physical performance and the exercise purpose while minimizing errors due to wrong exercise methods by the beginners who first use the exercise center.
The exercise information aggregating unit 130 is configured to receive exercise information that is completed when each member exercises using the exercise equipment or the like provided by the exercise program, and store the exercise information in the database.
At this time, the unique code such as the bar code provided to the member terminal 200 is read by each sports equipment to perform the exercise, and the exercise information performed by recognizing the unique code is transmitted to the exercise center server 400 by the control unit 320 provided to each sports equipment, so that the exercise information of the member is automatically stored in the database of the exercise center server.
In addition, in addition to the sports equipment prompted on the sports program, when the member directly selects the sports equipment and sets the sports conditions such as speed or weight bearing to perform sports, the sports information can also be transmitted to the training center server, so that the member can actively experience other sports equipment of the fitness center, and can also apply for adding the information to the sports program.

Therefore, the member can check the individual exercise information for executing the exercise program accumulated by the exercise information accumulation unit 130 and the degree of change of the individual physical ability information accumulated by the physical ability change storage unit 140 at any time, and can grasp the change of the muscle mass and the trend of the change of the body shape.
As described above, the exercise information of each member accumulated by the exercise information aggregating unit 130 and the physical ability information of each member accumulated by the physical ability change storage unit 140 may be transmitted to the big data analysis server 400, and used as data for deriving an appropriate exercise program according to the member's sex, age, exercise purpose, and physical ability status.
Taking a common fitness center as an example, each center has only hundreds of registered members, and the training program provided for the registered members is only based on the personal experience of a part of coaches and research thereof, or is based on the popularized content, so that most members actually confirm the exercise program through self experience, and the former exercise program is mostly compiled by abstract content which is not verified by actual data.
On the contrary, since members registered in the fitness center and starting exercise can be managed in a unified manner, when the exercise programs provided to tens or hundreds of thousands of people and the verified data such as physical fitness change information and physical fitness change information by executing the exercise programs are accumulated, it is possible to prompt beginners who are not familiar with exercise to participate in exercise with more interest in exercise, to extract the relevant actual data changed by the exercise programs, to quickly extend the exercise management programs previously managed by only the personal training experience of a part of coaches to exercise programs applicable to a large number of members, and to provide more professional guidance to the members, thereby constructing a systematized fitness training system.

The member terminal 200 is a terminal that is portable even when a member who performs exercise in the fitness center is exercising, and is matched with an inherent code given to the member, and thus the member terminal is configured by a bar code or the like that obtains personal authentication through a card reader provided in a check-in system or an exercise equipment.
The member terminal 200, which is formed in a ring with a bar code or in a code form transmitted to a card, a mobile phone application, and thus is conveniently carried while exercising, is further provided with a display device, which can be connected to the exercise center server through a wireless communication network, so as to download an exercise program. As described above, the member terminal provided with the wireless communication device and the display device may be configured as a smart phone or the like provided with a programmed fitness application so as to be connected to the fitness center server.
The sporting goods 300 includes: a member identification unit 310 for identifying a member to be moved by reading a bar code or the like provided in the member terminal; a control unit 320 for transmitting the member inherent code acquired by the member recognition unit to the health center server and receiving the exercise condition displayed in the exercise program provided to the corresponding member; and a display device 330 for displaying the motion data and the number data on the exercise condition received by the control unit for the member to read, and displaying calories consumed by the member during the exercise and the accumulated amount of exercise.
The exercise device 300 is a device installed in a fitness center for members to exercise, and may include not only a treadmill, a bicycle, and other devices suitable for aerobic exercise, but also various weight lifting devices capable of adjusting a load to increase muscular strength of each part of a body.
In this case, the member identification unit 310 is configured with a card reader capable of reading a bar code or the like provided on a member terminal carried by a member, so that when the member reads the bar code of the corresponding member terminal 200 through a specific portion of the sports equipment, the member can grasp the unique code given to the member.
The control unit 320 may adjust exercise conditions such as a speed or a weight of the exercise equipment, calculate and display a calorie consumption amount and an exercise amount expected when the exercise is performed under the exercise conditions, and connect to the fitness center server 100 through a communication network, so as to transmit the unique code acquired through the member recognition unit 310 to the fitness center server 100, and then receive the exercise conditions such as the speed, the weight or the number of times of the exercise equipment provided to the member exercise program provided with the corresponding unique code, which is transmitted from the fitness center server 100.
Therefore, it is preferable that the exercise program of the member received by the control unit 320 and the exercise condition using the exercise equipment are displayed through the display device 330 so as to be grasped by the member. In this case, the control unit 320 may automatically set the exercise equipment to be executed by the member according to the speed, the weight, or the like of the exercise condition received from the exercise center server 100, and may set the exercise condition by directly operating the operation panel by the member according to the exercise condition displayed on the display device.
Also, the control unit 320 preferably simultaneously displays the use method of exercising using the sporting goods in the form of video contents, so that it is possible for not only experienced persons skilled in using the sporting goods but also beginners to exercise using the sporting goods in the correct posture.
The control unit 320 preferably transmits exercise information, which is completed by the exercise machine according to the set exercise condition, to the exercise center server 100. Therefore, the fitness center server 100 can automatically grasp the execution of the exercise program provided to the members through the exercise information transmitted from the control unit provided to each exercise equipment, and calculate and store all calories and the accumulated amount of exercise consumed thereby.
In this way, it is preferable that the accumulated calories consumed by the exercise program and the accumulated amount of exercise are displayed on the display device after being received by the control unit, so that the member who executes the exercise program can grasp the current exercise status of the member at any time.
And if the sports equipment selected by the member for sports and read the inherent code is not included in the sports program, the fitness center server stores the newly selected sports equipment and the sports conditions as supplementary sports information except the sports program, so that the member can experience various sports equipment except the sports equipment provided by the sports program, and simultaneously, the information can be used for generating a new sports program listed in the member's favorite sports equipment.
The big data analysis server 400 includes: a big data collecting unit 410 for collecting the exercise program of each member stored in the fitness center server and exercise information reflecting the completion degree thereof; a physical ability change tracking unit 420 for receiving physical ability change information of each member who has completed the exercise program provided to its person, thereby judging the degree of contribution of the exercise program to the physical ability change according to the member's sex, age, exercise purpose, and physical ability status; and an exercise program updating unit 430 which matches completion of the exercise program with physical ability changes of the members by classification, and modifies the exercise program accordingly so as to reflect exercise equipment and exercise conditions having a good effect on the physical ability changes of the members in the exercise program, thereby deriving an exercise program suitable for the sex, age, exercise purpose, and physical ability status of the members.
The big data collecting unit 410 is configured to collect the exercise program provided by the fitness center server to each member and exercise information about the member performing exercise using actual exercise equipment, and collect and store sex, age, exercise purpose, and physical ability information of each member in a database.
At this time, the big data collecting unit 410 preferably collects and stores the sex, age, exercise purpose and physical ability information of each member, and also collects and stores exercise programs provided by the fitness center server 100 and exercise information actually performed by each member such as direct supplementary modification by the members, so that the big data collecting unit stores the exercise equipment preferred by the members according to the sex, age, exercise purpose or physical ability condition of the members together with the information thereof.
Therefore, the big data collecting unit 410 may simultaneously collect member information and exercise programs provided to members in order to grasp for what purpose male members or female members in which age group received recommended exercise programs in what degree of physical ability condition.
That is, for example, in the case of exercise for the purpose of reducing weight and losing weight, in the case of exercise for the purpose of exercising large muscles to enhance physical constitution, and in the case of exercise for the purpose of exercising small muscles to enhance physical ability, the specific purpose of exercise may be different, so that the exercise program provided to each member by the exercise center is also different, and since the big data collecting means collects and stores the sex, age, exercise purpose, and physical ability information of each member together with the exercise program, it is possible to derive the exercise program suitable for the situation of each member.
Also, the physical ability change tracking unit 420 accumulatively stores the change trend of the physical ability information measured by the member who moves according to the exercise program in the fitness center, so that it is possible to track and analyze the influence of the exercise program on the physical ability change of each member, for example, whether the exercise program actually contributes to the physical ability change of the member, to what degree the exercise program actually contributes, how long it takes to realize the change in physical ability, and the like, which are provided according to different situations of the member.
As described above, the physical ability change tracking unit tracks and monitors physical ability changes actually occurring in the process of executing the exercise program suitable for most members under various conditions, and determines the appropriateness of the exercise program according to the physical ability changes, thereby improving the effectiveness of the exercise program provided for members with similar conditions.
The exercise program update unit 430 updates the exercise program provided to the members having similar member information by adopting and reserving an exercise program having a high degree of execution for the members and analyzed as a high degree of contribution to physical ability change, and minimizing the use of exercise equipment having a low degree of execution for members having similar member information, and transmits the exercise program to the fitness center server 100, thereby increasing the utilization rate of exercise equipment having a high degree of execution and a high degree of contribution to physical ability change even if members are individually added.
As described above, the exercise program updating unit 430 analyzes exercise equipment, exercise conditions, and the like constituting an exercise program by matching with exercise information actually performed by a plurality of members and physical ability variation generated thereby, and updates and perfects the exercise program accordingly so as to list exercise equipment of which member's performance is high and physical ability variation is efficient, thereby being able to provide new members having different physical ability conditions, who prepare exercises for various reasons and purposes, with an optimal exercise program suitable for them so as to enable the members to persist in exercise and improve exercise efficiency.
Therefore, not only some members who receive centralized management by a special personal trainer but also many general members such as beginners who visit the fitness center by exercising alone can be systematically exercised as if they obtain centralized management by a trainer.
Further, since the operator or the coach operating the fitness center can easily check and manage the exercise status and the physical ability status of a large number of members by the accumulated data stored in the fitness center server, it is possible to improve the convenience of management of the members even when the number of members registered for exercise increases.
The technical idea of the present invention is described above with reference to the drawings, but this is merely to illustrate a preferred embodiment of the present invention by way of example, and the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, it is to be understood that various modifications and simulations may be made therein by those having ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope of the technical idea of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. A big-data-based fitness member customized management system, comprising:
a fitness center server for storing personal information and physical ability information of the members registered in the fitness center, generating and providing an exercise program for displaying an exercise purpose and a physical ability status suitable for each member, and accumulatively storing the completion of the exercise program and the change of the physical ability information caused by the completion of the exercise program, thereby managing the current use situation of the members to the fitness center;
a member terminal having an inherent code for identifying each member, the exercise program displayed for each member by the exercise center server being activated on the exercise center server upon checking the sign-on, thereby waiting for access to the exercise equipment;
sports equipment, which receives the sports conditions on the sports program of the fitness center server and displays or activates the sports conditions after identifying each member through the inherent code arranged in the member terminal, and transmits the sports information completed by the member to the fitness center server; and
and the big data analysis server is used for collecting the motion information of each member and the accumulated data of the physical ability information of each member, which are stored on the fitness center server, so as to judge the effectiveness of the motion program, and transmitting the modified content in the motion program to the fitness center server after exporting the modified content.
2. The big-data based fitness member custom management system according to claim 1, wherein the fitness center server comprises:
a member information registration unit for storing personal information of the members registered in the fitness center and physical ability information measured through the basic physical ability test in a database;
a customized exercise program generating unit for generating an exercise program composed of exercise equipment and exercise conditions suitable for sex, age, purpose of exercise, physical ability status, and the like of the member, which are derived by the analysis of the big data server, and providing the exercise program to each member;
the exercise information gathering unit is used for storing the exercise information finished by various exercise equipment after each member signs in the fitness center in the database; and
and the physical ability change storage unit is used for accumulating and storing the physical ability information of each member measured through the physical ability test in the fitness center in a database, so that the change trend of the physical ability information of each member brought in the process of completing the exercise program can be monitored.
3. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 2,
the customized exercise program generation unit provides a recipe suitable for the health condition and physical ability condition of each member together with the exercise program.
4. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 2,
the customized exercise program generating unit provides an online exercise program which is simple and easy to learn by using hands or small equipment in a family or a workplace in a video content form so as to play the online exercise program on a smart phone or a personal computer carried by a member.
5. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 2,
the customized exercise program generation unit modifies exercise equipment, exercise time and exercise conditions on the exercise program in a strengthening or relaxing manner according to direct operation of members.
6. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 2, wherein the athletic equipment comprises:
a member identification unit for identifying a member to be moved by reading a bar code provided in a member terminal;
a control unit for transmitting the member inherent code acquired by the member recognition unit to the fitness center server and receiving a movement condition displayed in a movement program provided to the corresponding member; and
and the display device is used for displaying the action data and the times data on the exercise conditions received by the control unit so as to be read by the member, and displaying calories consumed by the member in the exercise process and the accumulated exercise amount.
7. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 6,
and the control unit automatically sets the sports equipment according to the sports conditions on the sports conditions received from the fitness center server.
8. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 6,
the control unit displays the using method of the sports equipment on the display device in the form of video content.
9. The big-data based fitness member custom management system of claim 6,
the control unit transmits the exercise information completed by the person by using the exercise equipment to the body-building center server.
10. The big-data based fitness member custom management system according to claim 6, wherein the big-data analysis server comprises:
a big data collecting unit for collecting the exercise program of each member stored in the fitness center server and exercise information reflecting the completion degree thereof;
a physical ability change tracking unit for receiving physical ability change information of each member having completed the exercise program provided to itself, thereby judging the degree of contribution of the exercise program to the physical ability change according to the member's sex, age, exercise purpose and physical ability status; and
and an exercise program updating unit which matches the completion of the exercise program with the physical ability change of the member according to the classification, modifies the exercise program according to the matching, and reflects the exercise equipment and the exercise conditions having a good effect on the physical ability change of the member in the exercise program, thereby deriving an exercise program suitable for the sex, age, exercise purpose and physical ability status of the member.
