Abstract
The invention relates to a system for automatically polishing a new energy battery copper bar, which comprises a grinding wheel polisher, a pair of grinding wheels and a pair of rails, wherein the grinding wheel polisher is provided with a moving table in a sliding manner, and one end, close to the grinding wheels, of the moving table is hinged with a mounting plate; the copper bar polishing device is characterized in that the mounting plates are rotatably provided with clamping copper bar clamping devices, the moving platforms are provided with adjusting mechanisms for driving the corresponding mounting plates to swing and adjust polishing angles, and the tracks are internally provided with driving devices for driving the moving platforms to move and simultaneously enabling the clamping devices to rotate so as to change polishing positions of the copper bars. With the continuous innovative development of new energy technology, the performance of the new energy automobile is also continuously optimized. As an important connecting piece-copper bar on the new energy battery, polishing is needed after welding to recover the original size of the copper bar, and meanwhile, impurities on the surface of the welded copper bar are removed to keep the surface of the copper bar smooth; at present, polishing is mainly carried out by virtue of a belt polishing grade and a grinder, copper bars after being welded by hands of workers are polished, and as dust splashes during polishing, the working environment is bad, and the labor intensity of the workers is high; workers cannot easily control polishing force when polishing, the sizes of polished copper bars are easy to match, waste parts are increased, yield is reduced, and production cost is increased, so that the system for automatically polishing and processing the copper bars of the new energy battery is designed to solve the problems.

The clamping device 6 comprises a clamping table 61 rotatably arranged on the mounting plate 5, two groups of clamping blocks 62 capable of respectively clamping two ends of the copper bar are slidably arranged on the clamping table 61, and double-headed screws 63 matched with the corresponding clamping blocks 62 are arranged on the clamping table 61; the double-headed screws 63 are fixedly connected with inner hexagonal ends so as to be convenient for a worker to adjust; the spacing between the clamping blocks 62 is adjusted by rotating the inner hexagonal ends to accommodate copper bars of different thicknesses and numbers.
The adjusting mechanism 7 comprises a cam 71 arranged on the mobile station 4, a pair of swing rods 72 are hinged on the mounting plate 5, one ends of the swing rods 72, far away from the clamping device 6, are connected with the cam 71, and a first motor 73 connected with the cam 71 is arranged on the mobile station 4; the motor 73 drives the cam 71 to rotate, so that the swing rod 72 drives the mounting plate 5 to swing, the angle of the copper bar on the clamping table 61 is adjusted, the copper bar is polished in the direction, and the uneven polishing condition is prevented.
The driving device 8 comprises a gear 81 connected with the clamping device 6, a rack 82 with a height higher than that of the gear 81 in the vertical direction is arranged on the track 3, and a power mechanism 83 which pulls the moving table 4 and drives the moving table 4 to lift so as to enable the gear 81 to be matched with the rack 82 is arranged in the track 3; the length of the rack 82 is half of the circumference of the gear 81, the rack 82 drives the gear 81 to rotate, drives the clamping table 61 to rotate 180 degrees, and polishes the other end of the copper bar on the clamping table 61.

then, the hydraulic cylinder 834 continues to pull the moving table 4 to move the pulley 831 in the horizontal segment 832b, so that the rack 82 drives the gear 81 to rotate;
the gear 81 rotates to stop rotating, the pulley 831 moves to the descending section 832c, and after moving from the descending section 832c to the resetting section 832d, the hydraulic cylinder 834 pushes the mobile station 4 instead, and meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder 834 provides thrust for the pulley 831 to drive the supporting rod 833 to swing, so that the pulley 831 enters the ascending section 832a again.
A linear guide rail 835 is arranged at the tail end of a piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder 834, and a guide rail groove 836 matched with the linear guide rail 835 is arranged on the moving table 4; the track 3 is provided with a through slot 838 for preventing the guide rail slot 836 from interfering with the movement; since the pulley 831 and the trapezoidal chute 832 can perform a lifting movement, in order to prevent movement interference during lifting, a stable engagement with the hydraulic cylinder 834 during lifting of the moving table 4 is achieved by the engagement of the linear guide 835 and the guide rail groove 836.
The track 3 is matched with a double-end screw rod 31, and the double-end screw rod 31 is connected with a second motor 32; the bottom plate 9 is provided with a plurality of grooves; the second motor 32 drives the double-end screw rod 31 to rotate so as to drive the track 3 to slide relatively along the horizontal direction, so that the grinding wheel grinding machine 1 at different positions of the copper bar on the clamping table 61 is fully contacted, and the copper bar is prevented from being uneven in size due to grinding at only one position; the grinding wheel polisher 1 is fixed on a bottom plate 9, a bracket 10 is arranged on the bottom plate 9, the double-head screw rod 31 and a second motor 32 are both arranged on the bottom plate 9, and a guide rail 11 for guiding the track 3 is also arranged on the bottom plate 9; a belt transmission mechanism 33 is arranged between the second motor 32 and the double-head screw 31.

and a second step of: starting the grinding wheel polisher 1 to polish the copper bars, in the polishing process, driving the cam 71 to rotate by the motor 73, enabling the swing rod 72 to drive the mounting plate 5 to swing, adjusting the angle of the copper bars on the clamping table 61, polishing the copper bars in the direction, and preventing uneven polishing from occurring, and simultaneously driving the double-ended screw rod 31 to rotate by the motor 32 to drive the rail 3 to slide relatively along the horizontal direction, so that the grinding wheel polisher 1 at different positions of the copper bars on the clamping table 61 is fully contacted;
third, when polishing one end of the copper bar is completed, the hydraulic cylinder 834 pulls the movable table 4 to enable the pulley 831 to be matched with the trapezoid chute 832, so as to drive the movable table 4 to lift and enable the rack 82 to be meshed with the gear 81, and drive the clamping table 61 to rotate;
