s2, sleeving a polishing roller (9) matched with the aluminum veneer on a screw rod I (6), rotating a nut (5) in the forward direction to enable the nut (5) and a clamping ring (27) to approach a fixing ring (24), clamping and fixing the polishing roller (9) through the fixing ring (24) and the clamping ring (27), controlling the shrinkage of an electric push rod (13) through a control box (30), driving a rectangular frame (19), a movable plate (28) and the polishing roller (9) to move downwards through the shrinkage of four electric push rods (13), and adjusting the height of the polishing roller (9), so that the polishing roller (9) can be in contact with the upper surface of the aluminum veneer, and the aluminum veneer can be polished conveniently;
s3, finally, the rotation of a double-shaft motor II (26) and a driving motor (17) is controlled through a control box (30), the rotation of the driving motor (17) drives a screw rod I (6) and a grinding roller (9) to rotate, the grinding roller (9) grinds the surface of the aluminum single plate in the rotation process, meanwhile, the rotation of the double-shaft motor II (26) drives two rotating shafts (32) and two gears (21) to rotate, the gears (21) are meshed with a transmission rack (20), then, under the action of a T-shaped sliding plate (18), a moving plate (28), a sliding groove (29) and a rectangular frame (19), the moving plate (28) and the grinding roller (9) move back and forth, then, the grinding roller (9) grinds the surface of the aluminum single plate in the front and back movement process, the grinding range of the grinding roller is expanded, and the grinding efficiency is improved;
