Abstract
The invention discloses a processing device for fixing an embossing clamping strip on an automobile seat cover and a using method of the processing device. The clamping plates and the limiting plates can limit the tops and two sides of the clamping strips, the connecting blocks are beneficial to connection and use of the fixing blocks, the clamping strips can be polished by the reciprocating motion of the polishing blocks, and burrs inside the clamping strips are reduced; the first driving block and the first drill bit are beneficial to drilling holes on two sides of the clamping strip, and the lead screw and the second guide rod are beneficial to moving and resetting the position of the first driving block; the position of the second drill bit can be adjusted by the electric push rod and the adjusting box, and the second drill bit is used for drilling the side wall of the clamping strip, so that the machining efficiency of the clamping strip is improved.

Technical Field

The processing device comprises a bottom plate, a limiting mechanism and a processing mechanism, wherein the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a fixing plate through a supporting rod, and a first motor and a hydraulic push rod are embedded in the fixing plate;
