根据本发明的系统涉及安装在大多数工业车辆中的工具箱领域,以及旨在用于需要与静态或动态结构稳定连接的任何用途的通用工具箱。更具体地,本发明涉及将上述箱子连接至车辆底盘或通用底盘的连接系统。
背景技术
众所周知,在工业车辆中,而且在卡车、商用车辆、厢式货车、拖拉机、拖车、半拖车、农用拖车、拖车和附带车厢、电动车辆、野营车、大篷车中,或者更一般地,在需要容器来储存各种性质的一系列工具(诸如灭火器、工具及可能对车辆或安装地点有帮助的任何其它物品)的所有动态和静态设备中,安装有各种容量的箱子。
发明内容
上述工具箱或通用箱通常由热塑性材料、金属(钢和铝合金)制成,即由适合于承受因箱子的使用及大部分时间暴露于大气环境而产生的应力的材料制成,并且通常通过可移除连接件结合至牵引车或拖车的底盘上,位于承载床的下方或上方,或者更一般地,结合至所有动态或静态设备,可移除连接件包括至少两个支架,箱子主要通过螺栓接合至所述至少两个支架。
已知的用于工具箱和通用箱的安装系统具有许多缺点和问题,其中最重要的就是在安装期间需要对箱壁钻孔以允许待与支架接合的销通过,所述支架进而在钻孔之后借助于螺栓连接结合至车辆底盘或通用结构,或者以其它方式直接焊接至车辆底盘或通用结构。
这种进行方式使得工具箱和通用箱的安装非常困难,不仅浪费很多时间,而且需要有资质的人员。此外,在箱子上打孔可能会破坏箱子的水密性。
已知安装系统的另一个缺点在于,在工具箱需要拆卸并更换为更大的工具箱,或者因为道路事故而损坏或者只是需要维修的情况下,从底盘上拆卸箱子的操作除了需要很长时间之外,还需要使用适当的工具从箱体上移除在大多数情况下会生锈和/或氧化的螺栓。
本发明的目的在于,通过快速连接安装系统将工具箱和通用箱连接至车辆底盘或通用结构,该快速连接安装系统允许在无需有资质人员的情况下加快安装和拆卸操作。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种将工具箱和通用箱连接至车辆底盘或通用结构的连接系统,该连接系统不对箱壁钻孔,因而可以保证箱子的水密性。

具体实施方式
配备有根据本发明的快速连接安装系统且待安装在车辆底盘或动态或静态设备上的箱子的一个示例在下文中用附图标记1表示。
箱子1由设置有门3的棱柱形容器2组成,门3通过简单的铰链11和由手柄控制的机械锁4结合至箱子,并且能够允许箱子1仅由其使用者/所有者打开。
如图3和4所示,根据本发明的快速连接系统包括:至少一个支架5,该至少一个支架5通过其端部中的一个结合在工业车辆底盘上,或者更一般地,结合在动态或静态设备上;以及至少一个管状壳体21,该至少一个管状壳体21具有合适的形状以与至少一个支架5接合,所述壳体21形成在棱柱形容器2的内部。
如图2所示,每个截锥形支架5由管状件51和两个镜面半壳52形成,其特征在于,截锥形支架的长度等于锥形管状壳体21的深度,并且所述镜面半壳52在它们的端部配备有弹性阻挡装置53,该弹性阻挡装置适合于通过弹性变形而机械地接合至锥形管状壳体21的开口端211。
所述镜面半壳52的特征在于,它们可以穿过由靠近未结合至管状件51的底盘T的端部形成的贯穿腔511实现的简单机械互锁而结合至管状件51,其中,棱柱形楔部521接合且形成在每个镜面半壳52内,使得以这种方式,两个镜面半壳52一旦彼此接合在管状件51的对应腔511中,就有助于实现整个截锥形支架5。螺钉7或其它等效装置在穿过形成于所述镜面半壳52的端部处的孔522后再接合至所述楔部521。螺钉7或其它等效保持系统将有助于保持两个镜面半壳52的稳定联合。
螺钉7或其它等效系统还与棱柱形楔部521一起具有结构安全功能,以防止意外负荷撕下所述棱柱形楔部521而导致箱子1意外分离。
管状件51转而又通过公共连接装置连接至底盘T。当镜面半壳52连接至管状件51时,为了形成整个截锥形支架5,可以通过在锥形管状壳体21内滑动截锥形支架5来安装箱子1。
在截锥形支架5的行程期间,在锥形管状壳体21内,支架5端部处的弹性阻挡装置53经历弹性收缩,该弹性收缩仅在截锥形支架5结束其行程时结束。弹性阻挡装置53设置在截锥形支架5的端部,从对应的锥形管状壳体21的开口端211伸出,并且在开口端211上致动其自身,从而允许固定箱子1的位置。
截锥形支架5的弹性阻挡装置53从锥形管状壳体21的开口端211出来之后,由盖6封闭,盖6除了确保水密性之外,还具有通过形成在该盖6内的圆柱形轴环61帮助维持弹性阻挡装置53的静止位置的目的,轴环61接合在弹性阻挡装置53内,以阻挡其弹性变形。
如图5所示,盖6具有滚花611,从而允许盖适配在阻挡装置53中,为此,阻挡装置具有相对的内滚花531。
要使箱子与截锥形支架5分离,通过施加足够的拔出力克服滚花阻力,使弹性阻挡装置53向内变形来移除盖6,并且通过使截锥形支架5与壳体21分离来拔出箱子1就足够了。
在一个优选实施例中,弹性阻挡装置53由至少两个沿直径布置的齿状弹性舌组成,齿状弹性舌适合于每个锥形管状壳体21在开口端211处的机械接合。

Claims (7)

1.用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,所述系统包括:棱柱形容器(2);可锁定门(3),所述可锁定门通过铰链(11)固定至所述棱柱形容器(2);至少两个截锥形支架(5),所述截锥形支架在一个端部处固定至车辆的底盘T,其特征在于,所述棱柱形容器(2)包括至少两个锥形管状壳体(21),所述锥形管状壳体适合于与所述至少两个截锥形支架(5)互相接合,每个所述截锥形支架(5)由管状件(51)和两个镜面半壳(52)形成,所述镜面半壳(52)能够与所述管状件(51)接合,每个镜面半壳(52)在其端部处包括分别位于所述至少两个锥形管状壳体(21)内的所述至少两个截锥形支架(5)的弹性阻挡装置(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,其特征在于,所述镜面半壳(52)为所述截锥形支架(5)提供与所述锥形管状壳体(21)匹配的镜面表面。
3.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,其特征在于,所述两个镜面半壳(52)通过楔部(521)互相接合,所述楔部位于每个镜面半壳(52)的内部端部处,适合于接合在形成于所述管状件(51)一个端部处的贯穿腔(511)内,并且由螺钉(7)或其它等效装置在穿过形成于所述镜面半壳(52)的端部处的孔(522)后再接合至所述楔部(521)。
4.根据前述权利要求1或2所述的用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,其特征在于,所述弹性阻挡装置(53)由至少两个齿状弹性舌组成,所述齿状弹性舌沿直径布置,适合于机械接合每个锥形管状壳体(21)的外缘。
5.根据前述权利要求1或2所述的用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,其特征在于,盖(6)嵌入所述弹性阻挡装置(53)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,其特征在于,所述盖(6)配备有圆柱形轴环(61),所述圆柱形轴环适合于接合在所述弹性阻挡装置(53)内部以防止其变形。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于工具箱或通用箱的快速连接安装系统,其特征在于,所述盖(6)配备有外滚花轴环,所述外滚花轴环适合于接合在所述弹性阻挡装置(53)内部的对应滚花边缘,以将所述盖(6)与所述弹性阻挡装置(53)紧密接合。
