As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, a front guide slope is arranged in front of the front turning plate, and the telescopic turning assembly further comprises a telescopic hydraulic cylinder which is positioned on the front turning plate and is connected with the front guide slope.
As a preferable technical scheme, the telescopic overturning assembly further comprises an oil pump oil supply system inside the maintenance cabin.
As a preferable technical scheme, the left side and the right side behind the maintenance cabin body are respectively and symmetrically provided with a jacking mechanism, and the jacking mechanisms are connected with the bottom of the maintenance cabin body and a jacking plate.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking hydraulic cylinder and a jacking guide positioning rod.
As a preferred technical scheme, the monitoring and identifying component comprises a monitoring camera, a maintenance cabin intelligent screen and a warning lamp.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the maintenance cabin further comprises a lifting mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism comprises a lifter, a lifting pressure sensor and an infrared sensor; the lifting mechanism is positioned above the bottom of the maintenance cabin main body.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, auxiliary parking radars are symmetrically arranged in the maintenance cabin main body.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the maintenance cabin further comprises a maintenance cabin positioning system.
The invention provides a use method of the multifunctional maintenance cabin, which comprises the following steps:
positioning and reserving a maintenance cabin: the maintenance cabin positioning system determines the position of a maintenance cabin, and a customer makes an appointment by checking the position of the maintenance cabin and selects the maintenance cabin and a technician;
unfolding a maintenance cabin and driving in an automobile: the movable plate of the cabin body is unfolded through the telescopic overturning assembly, and the automobile drives in from the front overturning plate;
positioning the automobile: controlling the driving position of the automobile through the monitoring and identifying component;
automobile maintenance: the technician realizes identity authentication by monitoring the identification component and maintains the automobile;
the automobile leaves and the maintenance cabin is retracted: after the maintenance of the automobile is finished, the automobile leaves from the front turning plate, and the movable plate of the cabin body is folded through the telescopic turning assembly.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the multifunctional maintenance cabin provided by the invention can realize the functions of overturning, expanding, retracting and the like of the cabin body of the maintenance cabin through the telescopic overturning component, the jacking component and the like, realize the driving-in and driving-out of the automobile chassis and realize the function of wireless automatic control of expanding (retracting).
(2) According to the maintenance cabin provided by the invention, the position of the automobile entering the station can be monitored through the monitoring identification component, such as the monitoring camera and the auxiliary parking radar, and is displayed on the intelligent screen of the maintenance cabin, so that a driver can directly observe the intelligent screen to know the vehicle entering situation, and if the vehicle entering deviation is too large, the intelligent vehicle maintenance entering can be realized through the alarm prompt of the warning lamp.
(3) According to the intelligent lifting recognition system, the lifting mechanism is arranged, when a maintenance vehicle is lifted, the actual weight and the lifting position of the lifting vehicle can be recognized, the lifting mechanism is connected to the intelligent maintenance cabin screen and the warning lamp, when a special vehicle is overweight or lifted to be ultrahigh, an alarm is given out, and the intelligent lifting recognition function is achieved.
(4) According to the invention, the monitoring identification component and the maintenance cabin positioning system are arranged, and the monitoring information is transmitted and transmitted to the server, so that 360-degree dead-corner-free intelligent remote monitoring is realized, and the intelligent remote monitoring function is realized.
(5) According to the invention, the maintenance cabin positioning system transmits a positioning signal to the server, and the positioning signal is displayed on a server database map in real time, so that a client can check the maintenance cabin in real time through a mobile phone terminal and the like, select a proper maintenance cabin to reserve maintenance for a specified time, develop vehicle maintenance service, and realize an intelligent positioning function.
(6) Before the maintenance work is started, a maintenance technician can realize face recognition and start operation by monitoring the intelligent screen and the monitoring camera of the maintenance cabin in the recognition component, so that the consistency of the actual operation technician and the technician selected by a client is ensured, and the intelligent face recognition function is realized.

The invention provides a multifunctional maintenance cabin which comprises a cabin body, a telescopic overturning assembly, a jacking assembly and a monitoring identification assembly, wherein the telescopic overturning assembly, the jacking mechanism and the monitoring identification assembly are positioned in the cabin body.
Cabin body
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment, the cabin body comprises a maintenance cabin body and a movable plate, the movable plate comprises a lifting plate, a front turning plate, a left turning plate and a right turning plate, and the lifting plate, the front turning plate, the left turning plate and the right turning plate are respectively positioned above, in front of, on the left of and on the right of the maintenance cabin body.
In one embodiment, the left turning plate comprises a left upper turning plate and a left lower turning plate, the left upper turning plate is located above the left lower turning plate, the right turning plate comprises a right upper turning plate and a right lower turning plate, and the right upper turning plate is located above the right lower turning plate.
In one embodiment, the maintenance capsule main body is provided with a maintenance capsule main body back plate, a maintenance capsule main body bottom plate, a maintenance capsule main body left plate and a maintenance capsule main body right plate, and the maintenance capsule main body back plate, the maintenance capsule main body bottom plate, the maintenance capsule main body left plate and the maintenance capsule main body right plate are respectively arranged at the rear, the bottom, the left side and the right side of the maintenance capsule main body.
In one embodiment, a maintenance capsule body front upright and a maintenance capsule body rear upright are respectively arranged in front of and behind the maintenance capsule body left plate and the maintenance capsule body right plate.
Telescopic turnover assembly
In one embodiment, the telescopic turnover assembly comprises a turnover hydraulic cylinder, a front support leg hydraulic cylinder, a rear support leg hydraulic cylinder and a jacking mechanism.
In one embodiment, the left turning plate and the right turning plate are respectively provided with a turning hydraulic cylinder; furthermore, the left lower turning plate, the left upper turning plate, the right lower turning plate and the right upper turning plate are respectively and symmetrically provided with a turning hydraulic cylinder. The left lower turning plate, the left upper turning plate, the right lower turning plate and the right upper turning plate can be respectively unfolded upwards and downwards, symmetrical turning plate hydraulic cylinders are arranged in each turning plate, and the unfolding and the closing of the left and the right turning plates are controlled through hydraulic pressure, electricity and the like. Further, the widths of the left lower turning plate, the left upper turning plate, the right lower turning plate and the right upper turning plate are the same, and the widths of the left plate of the maintenance cabin body and the right plate of the maintenance cabin body are the same; further, the width of the lower left turning plate is 1.5-2.5 times of that of the left plate of the maintenance cabin body.
In one embodiment, a front support leg hydraulic cylinder and a rear support leg hydraulic cylinder are symmetrically arranged in front of and behind the bottom of the maintenance cabin body. In one embodiment, a sensor is disposed on the telescoping roll-over assembly. The maintenance cabin is provided with the related sensor devices at the positions of the hydraulic cylinders and the like, and the related sensor devices are connected to the warning lamp, so that the maintenance cabin can give an audible and visual alarm when the expansion or retraction action of the maintenance cabin is abnormal.
In one embodiment, a front guide slope is arranged in front of the front turning plate, and the telescopic turning assembly further comprises a telescopic hydraulic cylinder which is located on the front turning plate and connected with the front guide slope. The front turning plate is parallel to the ground after being unfolded through the turning plate hydraulic cylinder and is controlled by the telescopic hydraulic cylinder on the front turning plate, so that the front guide slope is parallel to the ground, and the maintenance vehicle can smoothly drive into a station.
In one embodiment, the left side and the right side behind the maintenance cabin main body are respectively and symmetrically provided with a jacking mechanism, and the jacking mechanisms are connected with the bottom of the maintenance cabin main body and a jacking plate; further, the jacking mechanism comprises a jacking hydraulic cylinder and a jacking guiding and positioning rod. The jacking mechanism consists of two groups of diagonal jacking hydraulic cylinders and jacking guide positioning rods, and the stable lifting of the jacking plate is realized through the hydraulic cylinders, the synchronous mechanism and the electric control.
In one embodiment, the telescopic turnover assembly further comprises an oil pump oil supply system inside the maintenance cabin; further, the maintenance cabin also comprises a remote controller. After the maintenance cabin is parked to the designated position, the oil pump oil supply system in the maintenance cabin and the related electric circuit and hydraulic structure are controlled to act by operating the corresponding keys on the special remote controller, so that the following functions can be automatically realized: the support leg hydraulic cylinder is unfolded and descended to support the maintenance cabin main body, and the automobile chassis is driven away; the supporting maintenance cabin body slowly descends to the ground, and the front support leg hydraulic cylinder is horizontally laid; unfolding the maintenance cabin main body; closing the maintenance cabin main body; the front support leg hydraulic cylinder is erected and synchronously acts with the rear support leg hydraulic cylinder to support the maintenance cabin main body, and the automobile chassis drives in; the landing leg hydraulic cylinder action returns the normal position and sets up the mistake and prevents touching the device, avoids the mistake to touch the operation. And an emergency stop button and a false touch prevention device can be arranged on the remote controller, so that false touch operation is avoided, and when abnormal alarm exists, the action of the maintenance cabin can be emergently stopped, and the reason of the problem can be checked.
In one embodiment, the maintenance capsule further comprises a lifting mechanism.
Lifting mechanism
As shown above in fig. 3 and below in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the lifting mechanism includes a lifter, a lifting pressure sensor, an infrared sensor; the lifting mechanism is positioned above the bottom of the maintenance cabin main body. The lifting machine on the maintenance cabin main body bottom plate is provided with a lifting pressure sensor and an infrared sensor, can identify the actual weight and the lifting position of a lifting vehicle when lifting the maintenance vehicle, is connected to an intelligent screen and a warning lamp of the maintenance cabin, and gives an alarm when a special vehicle is overweight or lifted to be ultrahigh.
In one embodiment, auxiliary parking radars are symmetrically arranged inside the maintenance cabin body.
Parking-assisting radar
In one embodiment, as shown above and below fig. 4, the parking assist radar is located below the front pillar of the maintenance module body. Through setting up the surveillance camera head, when the car that needs the maintenance gets into, can monitor and show on the maintenance cabin wisdom screen on maintenance cabin main part backplate. And the applicant sets up the parking aid radar respectively through at maintenance cabin main part front column lower part, when the car in-process of station, the distinguishable entering the position condition of vehicle to the clear demonstration is on maintenance cabin wisdom screen, and navigating mate can direct observation wisdom screen, knows the vehicle and goes into the position condition, if the vehicle deviation of entering the position is too big, can also pass through the warning light of wisdom screen top, alarm prompt.
In one embodiment, the maintenance capsule further comprises a maintenance capsule positioning system.
Maintenance cabin positioning system
As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 5, the monitoring cameras are respectively arranged on the upper parts of the rear upright posts of the maintenance cabin main body, and are combined with the monitoring camera on the upper part of the smart screen of the maintenance cabin, the monitoring camera on the front part of the jacking plate and the maintenance cabin positioning system on the lower part of the smart screen to transmit and transmit monitoring information to the server, so that 360-degree dead-angle-free intelligent remote monitoring is realized;
monitoring and identifying assembly
As shown above in fig. 6 and below in fig. 6, in one embodiment, the monitoring and identification component includes a monitoring camera, a maintenance cabin intelligent screen and a warning light; further, the left side, the right side, the middle part of maintenance cabin main part backplate and jacking board the place ahead are equipped with surveillance camera head respectively, maintenance cabin wisdom screen and warning light are located maintenance cabin main part backplate. Before the maintenance work is started, a maintenance technician realizes face recognition and card punching starting operation through a maintenance cabin intelligent screen and a monitoring camera above the maintenance cabin intelligent screen, and the consistency of an actual operation technician and a technician selected by a client is ensured. The client can select the corresponding technician to carry out the maintenance according to the data introduction, the order completion amount, the client satisfaction degree ranking or the per-order evaluation condition of the maintenance technician checked by the client at the mobile phone client, the client can check all the checking, operation and signature information of the technician of the vehicle after the maintenance is completed, and meanwhile, if the problem occurs in the later period of the maintenance of the client, the client can trace back the maintenance technician at the first time, so that the accuracy and the reliability of the maintenance process are ensured.
