Technical Field

Background
The cooling tower is a device which uses water as circulating coolant, absorbs heat from a system and discharges the heat to the atmosphere so as to reduce the water temperature; the cold is an evaporation and heat dissipation device which utilizes the principle that water is in flowing contact with air and then carries out heat exchange to generate steam, the steam volatilizes and takes away heat to achieve evaporation and heat dissipation, convection heat transfer, radiation heat transfer and the like to dissipate waste heat generated in industry or refrigeration air conditioners to reduce the water temperature, so as to ensure the normal operation of the system.
However, the existing cooling tower cleaning device mostly drives a large cleaning brush to clean through a rotating motor, corners cannot be taken into consideration, the cleaning is not thorough, meanwhile, in the cleaning process, the selectivity of cleaning liquid is less, the cleaning effect is poor, most of the cleaned liquid is directly discharged to the outside, a purification and filtration device is lacked, and the environment is polluted.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a cleaning device and a cleaning method for an industrial circulating water cooling tower.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
a cleaning device for an industrial circulating water cooling tower comprises a portal frame and a cleaning assembly, wherein sliding sleeves are connected on two sides above the portal frame in an interference fit manner, a sliding rod is connected in the sliding sleeve in a sliding manner, the lower end of the sliding rod is fixedly connected with a fixed disc, a lifting push rod is fixedly connected between the upper part of the fixed disc and the middle part below the portal frame, a cleaning manipulator is fixedly connected below the fixed disc, the cleaning component is connected below the cleaning manipulator through a screw, the cleaning assembly comprises a visual camera, a high-pressure spray pipe arranged on one side of the visual camera, a cleaning valve arranged above the high-pressure spray pipe, a high-pressure flushing head arranged at the lower end of the high-pressure spray pipe, a motor support arranged on the other side of the visual camera, a cleaning motor arranged below the motor support and a cleaning head arranged at the output end of the cleaning motor.
By adopting the technical scheme, when cleaning operation is carried out, the visual camera on the cleaning assembly is used for detecting the obstacles and the parts needing cleaning in the cooling tower, then the cleaning manipulator acts to drive the high-pressure flushing head and the cleaning head to reasonably avoid the obstacles, then high-pressure liquid is sprayed out by the high-pressure flushing head to carry out high-pressure flushing on the inside of the cooling tower, meanwhile, in the areas which are not flushed completely, the cleaning motor can drive the cleaning head to rotate at high speed to clean all the areas in the cooling tower, so that the corner areas can be cleaned more completely, and the cooling tower can be cleaned more completely.
Furthermore, the cleaning motor is connected with the motor support through screws, the cleaning motor is connected with the cleaning head key, and the high-pressure spray pipe is in threaded connection with the high-pressure flushing head.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cleaning motor provides power for the rotation of the cleaning head, and corners which are not cleaned thoroughly inside the cooling tower can be cleaned thoroughly through the cleaning head rotating at high speed.
Further, the equal fixedly connected with bed plate in portal frame below both sides, the equal fixedly connected with universal wheel in bed plate below both sides, there is operation controller through bolted connection on a portal frame lateral wall.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, the universal wheel can make things convenient for the removal of this device, is convenient for remove the effect, is convenient for wash the cooling tower in different regions.
Furthermore, the portal frame is provided with a filter box fixedly connected with the upper part of the operation controller, a guide pipe is connected with the upper part of the filter box, the other end of the guide pipe penetrates through the top end of the portal frame and is sealed with a sewage pumping pipe in an inserting manner, and the middle part of the guide pipe is positioned above the portal frame and is connected with a sewage pump through threads.
By adopting the technical scheme, the cleaning liquid cleaned in the cooling tower can be pumped to the interior of the filtering box body through the sewage pump, and then the cleaning liquid is concentrated, filtered and purified, so that the cleaning sewage is prevented from being directly discharged to the outside to pollute the environment.
Furthermore, the inside top of filtering box is connected with filtering screen through the draw-in groove, filtering screen below is provided with the active carbon filter layer, the active carbon filter layer with filtering box passes through the draw-in groove and is connected.
Through adopting above-mentioned technical scheme, filter screen can filter the impurity in the sewage, the active carbon filter layer can carry out purification treatment to sewage.
Furthermore, there is a drain pipe in the middle of the lower part of the filtering box body through a threaded connection, and there is a drain valve on the drain pipe through a threaded connection.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, by arranging the cleaning motor and the cleaning head, the cleaning motor can drive the cleaning head to rotate at a high speed to clean each area in the cooling tower, so that the corner area can be cleaned, and the cooling tower can be cleaned more thoroughly;
2. the cleaning solution in the cooling tower after being cleaned can be pumped into the filtering box body through the sewage pump, and then the concentrated filtering and purifying treatment is carried out, so that the cleaning sewage is prevented from being directly discharged to the outside to pollute the environment;
3. according to the invention, by switching the opening and closing states of the liquid pumping branch pipe, alkali liquor, acid liquor and clean water accumulated in the first liquid storage cavity, the second liquid storage cavity and the third liquid storage cavity can be switched in real time, the inner wall of the cooling tower can be washed at high pressure by the acid liquor, the alkali liquor or the clean water, and the washing quality can be improved.

In this embodiment, the cleaning motor 1406 is connected to the motor support 1405 by screws, the cleaning motor 1406 is connected to the cleaning head 1407 by keys, the high pressure nozzle 1403 is connected to the high pressure flushing head 1402 by threads, the cleaning motor 1406 provides power for the rotation of the cleaning head 1407, and the corners of the cooling tower that are not completely cleaned can be completely cleaned by the cleaning head 1407 rotating at high speed.
