The dyeing and finishing processing technology of the corn fiber cotton blended fabric is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following specific steps:
step one, dehydrating and degreasing milk, dissolving the milk to form linear macromolecules of milk casein, performing graft copolymerization with polyacrylonitrile, and performing spinning and drying to obtain corn fibers;

and step four, putting the corn fiber cotton blended fabric, neutral dye with the relative fabric mass fraction of 1% (o.w.f), and sodium chloride into a constant-temperature water bath pot filled with water, keeping the bath ratio at 1:45, keeping the temperature at 55 ℃ for 30min for dyeing, heating to 70 ℃ at 1.5 ℃ per minute, adding sodium carbonate, keeping the temperature for 45min for fixation, cleaning the dyed corn fiber cotton blended fabric with hot water, cooling to 55 ℃, adding a soaping agent, quickly heating to 80 ℃, keeping the temperature for 10min, washing with water at 70 ℃, and drying to obtain the dyed corn fiber cotton blended fabric.

the weaving process mainly comprises the following steps: opening picking, cotton carding, drawing, roving, spinning, spooling, warping, slashing and weaving;
wherein the sizing adopts foam sizing, and the composition of the sizing foaming agent is as follows: 20-38 wt% of dodecyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether, 10-20 wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 5-8 wt% of sodium lauryl sulfate, 2-5 wt% of alkyl tertiary amine and 5-10 wt% of amine stearate, wherein the sizing slurry is PVA-1799 slurry, mechanical foaming is carried out, and the foaming rate is 17: 1, controlling the sizing rate to be 10-15%; and scouring the woven corn fiber and cotton fiber blended fabric.

The dyeing and finishing process of the corn fiber and cotton blended fabric according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: bleaching the boiled corn fiber and cotton fiber blended fabric, wherein the process comprises the following steps: 15g/L of 40% hydrogen peroxide and 10g/L of tetraacetylethylenediamine.

The dyeing and finishing process of the corn fiber and cotton blended fabric according to claim 2, characterized in that: wherein the dyeing is carried out by adopting reactive dyes and disperse dyes in a water bath, and a color matching formula of four dyes of 10g/L disperse red, 20g/L disperse yellow brown, 15g/L reactive yellow and 5g/L reactive red is selected.
