Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑砂浆的改进,具体涉及一种抗压保湿的湿拌砂浆配方及其制备方法的改进。
背景技术
湿拌砂浆是在搅拌站内将水泥、水、砂、矿物掺合料和各种功能性外加剂按照一定的比例混合而成的砂浆,目前主要以湿拌抹面砂浆、湿拌砌筑砂浆、湿拌地坪砂浆和湿拌防水砂浆为主。由于湿拌砂浆需要在规定时间内使用完毕,而在运输和储存时,受时间、天气条件等的影响,砂浆的稠度可能会发生损失,最终砂浆的性能也可能发生变化,不利于施工。因此湿拌砂浆需要具有良好的塑性稳定性,即砂浆具有较高的保水性和较长的凝结时间,可以保证在使用之前不凝结、不离析、不泌水,且具有良好的施工性能。此外,对湿拌砂浆凝固后的粘接强度和抗压强度也有一定的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种抗压保湿性的湿拌砂浆及其制备方法,它具有良好的抗压保湿性能。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:按照质量百分比计,它由以下重量份数的原料组成:水泥18-22份、氟石膏2.0-3.5份、石英砂30-34份、碎石粉15-20份、改性催化剂1.1-1.3份、粉煤灰4-7份、蓖麻油0.03-0.04份、聚乙烯醇0.024-0.027份、水适量;
所述的改性催化剂为改性悬铃木树皮,具体制备步骤如下:1.收集脱落的或即将脱落的悬铃木树皮,将悬铃木树皮烘干,将树皮超微粉碎成15-18μm的树皮粉,备用;2.将悬铃木树皮粉浸泡在氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡处理2-3h;3.接着加入悬铃木树皮粉质量的1.6倍量的硅酸,用微波处理3-5min,得到混合液;4.往混合液中充入氮气以充分除氧,再加入九水硝酸铁和柠檬酸三甲酯反应1-2h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣用乙醇洗涤,烘干,得到改性悬铃木树皮。
湿拌砂浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1.将改性悬铃木树皮与聚丙烯酸钠混合,加入适量的水,搅拌均匀呈糊状;接着加入、氟石膏、石英砂,搅拌均匀,得到混合物一;2.将水泥和粉煤灰混合均匀,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物二;3.将混合物一和混合物二混合均匀,加入蓖麻油和聚乙烯醇,搅拌均匀即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明在各组份的协同作用下,具有优异的保湿性,同时,还具有较好的粘接强度、抗收缩性能以及工作性能,能够满足大部分施工要求。

本发明实施例中,一种抗压保湿的湿拌砂浆,按照质量百分比计,它由以下原料组成:水泥20份、氟石膏2.8份、石英砂33份、改性悬铃木树皮1.21份、粉煤灰6份、蓖麻油0.036份、聚乙烯醇0.026份、聚丙烯酸钠0.052份、水适量。
其中,改性悬铃木树皮的制备步骤为:1.收集脱落的或即将脱落的悬铃木树皮,将悬铃木树皮烘干,将树皮超微粉碎成15-18μm的树皮粉,备用;2.将悬铃木树皮粉浸泡在氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡处理2-3h;3.接着加入悬铃木树皮粉质量的1.6倍量的硅酸,用微波处理3-5min,得到混合液;4.往混合液中充入氮气以充分除氧,再加入九水硝酸铁和柠檬酸三甲酯反应1-2h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣用乙醇洗涤,烘干,得到改性悬铃木树皮。

其中,改性悬铃木树皮的制备步骤为:1.将悬铃木树皮烘干,超微粉碎成18μm的悬铃木树皮粉,备用;2.将悬铃木树皮粉浸没在其质量的5倍量的质量浓度为32份的氢氧化钠溶液中浸泡处理3h;3.接着加入悬铃木树皮粉质量的1.8倍量的硅酸,用功率为160W的微波处理5min,得到混合液;4.往混合液中充入氮气以充分除氧,再加入九水硝酸铁和柠檬酸三甲酯反应2h,过滤得滤渣,将滤渣用乙醇洗涤,烘干,得到改性悬铃木树皮。
所述的抗压保湿的湿拌砂浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1.将改性悬铃木树皮与聚丙烯酸钠混合,加入配方量一半的水,搅拌均匀,接着加入、氟石膏、石英砂,搅拌均匀,得到混合物一;2.将水泥和粉煤灰混合均匀,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀,得到混合物二;3.将混合物一和混合物二混合均匀,加入蓖麻油和聚乙烯醇,搅拌均匀,得到。
