The rubber ring opening and feeding mechanism 5 only opens the rubber ring and conveys the rubber ring to the bundling station, so that the rubber ring opening and feeding mechanism 5 is required to convey the rubber ring. In order to automatically convey the rubber ring to the rubber ring opening and feeding mechanism 5, a rubber ring conveying device 6 is arranged on one side of the rubber ring opening and feeding mechanism 5.
