Abstract
The invention discloses a transparent packaging machine which comprises a rack, two conveying chains and a jacking plate, wherein the two conveying chains are arranged on the rack and are oppositely arranged, the jacking plate is arranged between the two conveying chains, inlet ends of the two conveying chains are respectively provided with a gluing device, the outer sides of the two conveying chains are respectively provided with a glue pressing mechanism, the glue pressing mechanism is connected with a moving mechanism which is horizontally arranged and is vertical to the conveying direction, and the moving mechanism drives the glue pressing mechanism to move towards the jacking plate side, so that a packaging bag is folded and pasted at the bottom of a product to be packaged; the transparent packaging machine disclosed by the invention realizes back sealing by a glue coating mode, and has strong adaptability and good back sealing effect.

Background
In the production process of the refrigerator, packaging is one of the essential important links for sale, transportation and storage. The refrigerator packing is to avoid on the one hand to bump, collide with or wear and tear in the transportation, influence the refrigerator outward appearance and even damage the refrigerator, and on the other hand is for preventing dust.
In the prior art, the refrigerator is packaged by the corrugated case, and the packaging mode has the problems of easy damping and large environmental influence on performance in performance, and the performance is attenuated continuously along with the lengthening of storage time to influence the packaging effect of the packaged corrugated paper. In order to solve the problems, the prior art has proposed that the refrigerator is packaged by transparent materials such as transparent plastic films and the like, the refrigerator can be displayed with films, on one hand, the normal appearance observation of the refrigerator is not influenced, on the other hand, the appearance of the refrigerator is not abraded, the refrigerator serving as a display can be sold according to the original price, and the cost of manufacturers is reduced.
In the prior art, the transparent package adopts the ironing plate to heat and fold the bottom when the bottom is folded, but for some products without the hollow plate, the bottom folding effect is poor due to the heating and ironing plate, and the packaging quality and performance are affected.

The technical scheme includes that the transparent packaging machine comprises a rack, two conveying chains and a jacking plate, wherein the two conveying chains are arranged on the rack and are oppositely arranged, the jacking plate is arranged between the two conveying chains, inlet ends of the two conveying chains are respectively provided with a gluing device, glue pressing mechanisms are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two conveying chains, the glue pressing mechanisms are connected with moving mechanisms which are horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the conveying direction, the moving mechanisms drive the glue pressing mechanisms to move towards the jacking plate side, and therefore packaging bags are folded and pasted to the bottoms of products to be packaged.
Preferably, the distance between the two conveyor belts is smaller than the width of the bottom surface of the product to be packaged in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction.
Preferably, the glue pressing mechanism comprises a glue pressing roller shaft, and the top position of the outer circumferential surface of the glue pressing roller shaft is matched with the height position of the bottom surface of the product to be packaged, which is jacked up by the jacking plate; the glue pressing roller shaft is connected with a movable support through a connecting shaft, the movable support is far away from the side of the conveying chain and is connected with a first horizontal cylinder which is horizontally arranged and has an axis perpendicular to the conveying direction, the first horizontal cylinder drives the glue pressing roller shaft to enter and exit the bottom of a product to be packaged, and the first horizontal cylinder and the rack are fixedly installed.
Preferably, the outer surface of the glue pressing roll shaft is uniformly provided with anti-skidding grooves, the axes of the anti-skidding grooves are parallel to the axis of the glue pressing roll shaft, and the glue pressing roll shaft is made of rubber.
Preferably, the gluing device comprises glue spraying guns respectively arranged at the inlet ends of the two conveying chains, and the glue spraying guns spray glue on the bottom surfaces of the products to be packaged, which are conveyed on the conveying chains; the glue spraying gun is connected with a position adjusting device, and the rear part of the glue spraying gun is connected with a hot melt glue machine.
Preferably, the position adjusting device comprises a gun seat connected to the glue spraying gun, a sliding plate with an axis vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying chain is arranged at the bottom of the gun seat, the sliding plate is fixed to the rack, and a fastening assembly is arranged on the gun seat and fixes the gun seat on the sliding plate.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. As shown in fig. 1, the transparent packaging machine according to the present invention includes a frame 1, two opposite conveying chains 2 disposed on the frame 1, and a lifting plate 3 disposed between the two conveying chains 2. The inlet ends 100 of the two conveying chains 2 are respectively provided with a gluing device. And the outer sides of the two conveying chains 2 are respectively provided with a rubber pressing mechanism. The glue pressing mechanism is connected with a moving mechanism which is horizontally arranged and perpendicular to the conveying direction, the moving mechanism drives the glue pressing mechanism 4 to move towards the lifting plate 3, and the packaging bag is folded and stuck to the bottom of a product to be packaged.
Based on the technical scheme, in the process that the product to be packaged enters the conveying chain 2 and is conveyed inwards, the gluing device synchronously glues the bottom of the product to be packaged. The distance between the two conveyor belts 2 is smaller than the width of the bottom surface of the product to be packaged in the direction perpendicular to the conveying direction (the conveying direction is the direction indicated by the arrow a in fig. 1). The problem of glue spreading on the conveying chain or insufficient glue spreading width in the glue spreading device is facilitated. After the products to be packaged are conveyed, the glue pressing mechanism pushes the packaging bags sleeved on the products to be packaged inwards from two sides of the products to be packaged, the opening parts at the bottom ends of the packaging bags are bonded with the products to be packaged, and bottom sealing is achieved. And the mouth parts of the packaging bags on the other two side edges of the bottom of the product to be packaged are heated and folded after the whole body enters the oven.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the glue pressing mechanism includes a glue pressing roller shaft 4, and the top position of the outer circumferential surface of the glue pressing roller shaft 4 is matched with the height position of the bottom surface of the product 200 to be packaged, which is jacked up by the jacking plate 3, so that the mouth of the packaging bag is folded inwards onto the bottom surface of the product to be packaged and is bonded with the coated glue. The glue-pressing roller shaft 4 is connected with a moving bracket 43 through a connecting shaft 41. The side of the movable support 43, which is far away from the conveying chain 2, is connected with a first horizontal cylinder 44 which is horizontally arranged and has an axis perpendicular to the conveying direction, and the first horizontal cylinder 44 drives the glue pressing roller shaft 4 to enter and exit from the bottom of the product 200 to be packaged. The first horizontal cylinder 44 is fixedly mounted with the frame 1. When the glue pressing roller shaft 4 is driven by the first horizontal cylinder 44 to move relative to the product 200 to be packaged, the glue pressing roller shaft 4 rotates around the connecting shaft 41, so that the friction force is reduced, and the problem of abrasion and damage of the packaging bag is avoided.
As shown in fig. 5, the outer surface of the calender roll shaft 4 is uniformly provided with anti-slip grooves 42, the axis of the anti-slip grooves 42 is parallel to the axis of the calender roll shaft 4, and the calender roll shaft 4 is made of rubber. The setting of antiskid groove 42 has effectually avoided pushing away to gluing, avoids appearing gluing not firm problem, ensures that the glue volume is sufficient, ensures to glue the intensity.
As shown in fig. 6, the gluing device comprises glue spraying guns respectively arranged at the inlet ends 100 of the two conveying chains 2, and the glue spraying guns spray glue on the bottom surfaces of the products to be packaged 200 which are being conveyed on the conveying chains 2. The glue spraying gun is connected with a position adjusting device, and the rear part of the glue spraying gun is connected with a hot melt glue machine. The position adjusting device comprises a gun seat 6 connected to the glue spraying gun, and the glue spraying gun is installed on the gun seat 6 and fixed. The bottom of the gun seat 6 is provided with a sliding plate 61 with the axis vertical to the conveying direction of the conveying chain 2, the sliding plate 61 is fixed with the frame 1, the gun seat is provided with a fastening assembly 62, and the gun seat 6 is fixed on the sliding plate 61 by the fastening assembly 62. The arrangement of the position adjusting device on the gluing device enables the position of the glue spraying gun to be adjustable, and the glue spraying gun is suitable for gluing and bottom folding of products to be packaged in different models and sizes.
As shown in fig. 2, positioning wheels 5 for positioning the gluing device are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the two conveying chains 2, a mounting bracket is connected to the positioning wheels 5, a sliding table 51 is arranged at the bottom of the mounting bracket, and a sliding rail 52 parallel to the conveying direction of the conveying chains 2 is arranged on the sliding table 51. The mounting bracket drives the positioning wheel 5 to slide along the slide rail 52. A second horizontal cylinder 53 whose axis is perpendicular to the conveying direction is connected to the bottom of the slide table 51. The positioning wheel 5 moves along the direction of the sliding rail 52 and along the axial direction of the second horizontal cylinder 53, so that the products to be packaged with different types and sizes are glued, and the positioning wheel 5 limits the position of the glue gun.
