Background
In the measurement work, a large number of wood piles are required to be fixed on the ground, one end of each wood pile is required to be made into a cone shape, and the wood piles are conveniently and rapidly driven to the ground. The sharpening machine adopted in the past is completely fixed and cut by manpower, has high labor intensity, low efficiency and poor quality, and is easy to hurt people by wood fragments during processing, thereby having unsafe factors.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical defects and provide the wood pile sharpening machine which is high in processing quality, high in efficiency and safe and consists of the sharpening mechanism, the longitudinal and transverse pressing mechanism auxiliary workbench and the positioning mechanism.

The sharpening mechanism comprises a first sliding block which is arranged on a first left sliding rail in a sliding manner, two second sliding rails which are parallel to each other are fixed on the first sliding rail, a first T-shaped groove which is arranged below the sliding block is in sliding connection with a first T-shaped boss which is arranged on the first sliding rail, and the first sliding rail and the first sliding block are fixed by a first fixing bolt; an upper connecting plate is fixed between the upper ends of two sliding rails, a lower connecting plate is fixed between the lower ends of the sliding rails, a bearing is arranged on the upper connecting plate, a thrust bearing is arranged on the lower connecting plate, screws are arranged in the two bearings, a hand wheel is fixed at the upper end of each screw, the middle of each screw is in threaded connection with a first nut, the first nut is fixed in the middle of a second sliding block, T-shaped grooves are formed in four corners of one side surface of the second sliding block, the second T-shaped grooves are in sliding connection with a T-shaped boss on the second sliding rail, the second sliding rail and the second sliding block are fixed through a plurality of fixing bolts, a mounting hole is formed in the second sliding block, an angle adjusting disc is fixed on the inner side of the second sliding block through a hexagon head bolt and the third nut, four T-shaped circular arc grooves are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the angle adjusting disc, T-shaped circular holes are formed between the two T-shaped circular arc grooves, a motor support angle is internally fixed with reinforcing ribs, an inner hexagon screw for the motor support is fixed on the second sliding block through the mounting hole, a motor is fixed on the motor support, a saw blade is fixed at the shaft end of the motor, a third sliding rail is also arranged on the right sliding block, the motor is identical to the left side of the motor and the left side of the motor is identical to the left side of the saw blade, and the saw blade is identical to the saw blade.

The pressing mechanism comprises a frame of a wood pile sharpening machine, a workbench is arranged above the frame, an auxiliary working table plate of an auxiliary working table mechanism is arranged above the workbench, the pressing mechanism is characterized in that a longitudinal pressing mechanism is arranged on the left side and the right side of the auxiliary working table plate, a transverse pressing mechanism is arranged on the two sides of the upper side of the auxiliary working table plate, the longitudinal pressing mechanism comprises a first side vertical plate fixed at two ends of the auxiliary working table plate, a first upper supporting plate is fixed at the upper end of the first side vertical plate, two first air cylinders are fixed on the first upper supporting plate, piston rods of the first air cylinders penetrate through holes formed in the first upper supporting plate, the ends of the piston rods of the first air cylinders are fixed with bolts to form a connecting block, pressing plates are fixed below the connecting block, the transverse pressing mechanism comprises right side supporting seats fixed on the two sides of the workbench through bolts, a second air cylinder piston rod penetrates through holes formed in the vertical surface, and a pressing block is fixed at the end.
The included angle of the T-shaped arc groove is alpha 1, alpha 1 = 40-50 degrees, and the angle between the bottom edge of the motor support and the horizontal plane is alpha 2, alpha 2 = 20-25 degrees.
The invention has the advantages that a plurality of workpieces can be processed at one time, the production efficiency is high, the quality is good, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, and the invention is safe.

Detailed Description
Referring to the drawings, the wood pile sharpening machine comprises a frame 1 and is characterized in that two cylindrical slide ways 2 are fixed on the frame 1 through bolts, a sliding table baffle 3 is fixed between two ends of the cylindrical slide ways 2 through bolts, a workbench 18 is slidably arranged on the cylindrical slide ways 2, arc-shaped grooves 20-1 arranged below four sliding blocks 20 fixed at four corners below the workbench 18 are slidably connected with the cylindrical slide ways 2, two sliding rails 4 are fixed at the middle lower end of the frame 1, the rear ends of the sliding rails are parallel, a sharpening mechanism 24 is arranged on the sliding rail 4, an auxiliary workbench mechanism 17 is arranged on the right end of the upper plane of the frame 1, and a pressing mechanism 30 is arranged on the auxiliary workbench mechanism 17.

The compressing mechanism 30 comprises a frame 1 of a wood pile sharpening machine, a workbench 18 is arranged above the frame 1, an auxiliary workbench plate 17-3 of an auxiliary workbench mechanism 17 is arranged above the workbench 18, and is characterized in that a longitudinal compressing mechanism 14 is arranged on the left side and the right side of the workbench auxiliary workbench plate 17-3, transverse compressing mechanisms 16 are arranged on the two sides of the upper side of the workbench plate 17-3, the longitudinal compressing mechanism 14 comprises an auxiliary workbench plate 17-3, two side vertical plates 14-5 are fixed at the two ends of the side vertical plates, an upper supporting plate 14-4 is fixed at the upper end of the side vertical plates 14-5, two air cylinders 14-1 are fixed on the upper supporting plate 14-4, piston rods of the air cylinders 14-1 penetrate through holes formed in the upper supporting plate 14-4, one connecting block 14-2 is fixed at the end of the air cylinders, a pressing plate 14-3 is fixed below the connecting block 14-2, the transverse compressing mechanism 16 comprises a right-angle supporting seat 16-2 which is fixed on the two sides of the workbench 18 through bolts, two air cylinders 16-1 are fixed outside the vertical faces of the supporting seat 16-2, two end heads 16-1 are fixed on the vertical faces of the air cylinders, and the piston rods penetrate through the vertical faces of the upper supporting plate 16-3.
The included angle of the T-shaped arc groove 9-1 is alpha 1, alpha 1 = 45 degrees, the angle between the bottom edge of the motor support 11 and the horizontal plane is alpha 2, alpha 2 = 22.5 degrees, and the angle of the tip of the wood pile 15 can be obtained by adjusting the angle of alpha 1 and alpha 2 during installation. The first cylinder 14-1 is provided with a first upper cavity air inlet and outlet 14-1-1, a lower cavity air inlet and outlet 14-1-2, the second cylinder 16-1 is provided with a second left cavity air inlet and outlet 16-1-1, and a second right cavity air inlet and outlet 16-1-2, and all the air inlets and outlets are communicated with an electromagnetic valve in the air compression control system by a hose and are controlled.
The method comprises the steps of manually placing a wood pile 15 to be processed on the upper planes of an auxiliary workbench plate 17-3 and a workbench 18, arranging the wood pile, controlling an air compressing system to send high-pressure air to an air inlet 14-1-1 of an upper cavity of an air cylinder and an air inlet 16-1-1 of a left cavity of an air cylinder, pushing a pressing plate 14-3 and a pressing block 16-3 to vertically and horizontally fix the wood pile 15 on the auxiliary workbench plate 17-3 and the workbench 18, manually pushing the workbench 18 to move leftwards along a cylindrical slideway 2, simultaneously starting two motors 10 to rotate, driving two disc saw blades 12 inclined at an angle to rotate, cutting upper and lower inclined surfaces of the wood pile 15, after cutting, pulling the workbench 18 back to the original position, feeding air to a lower cavity of the air cylinder 14-1-2 and an air inlet 16-1-1 of a left cavity of the air cylinder, loosening the wood pile 15, overturning the wood pile 15 for 90 degrees to be arranged, pressing by the air cylinder, cutting for the second time, loosening the pressing, and taking out a finished product, so that the processing of fifteen wood piles 15 can be completed once.
