Description

Soft-shelled turtle breeding method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of breeding methods, in particular to a soft-shelled turtle breeding method.
Background
The turtle is a delicious food with rich nutrition and delicious taste in aquatic products, is a high-grade nutritional tonic, has a remarkable medical treatment effect, has the functions of nourishing yin, removing heat, breaking knots and softening hard masses, is a common medicine for folk, is an important aquatic product for earning foreign exchange in our country, and has high economic value and medicinal value.
With the improvement of living and consumption level of people, people have higher and higher requirements on the soft-shelled turtles, and the requirements of increasing consumption and export are far from being met only by the wild soft-shelled turtle resources. Driven by market demands and obvious economic benefits at home and abroad, more and more farmers begin to develop artificial breeding of turtles. However, the specialized households for breeding turtles are often worried about the shortage of the feed, at present, most of the specialized households for breeding turtles use the feed for the young turtles and the adult turtles in the market, and certain ingredients in the feed are not beneficial to the growth of the small turtles and influence the survival rate and the taste of the turtles.
Crayfish is widely distributed in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river of China, including Jiangsu, Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang, Anhui, Shandong provinces and the like. With the increasing demand of people for crayfish and the increasing of the export amount of crayfish, the breeding area of crayfish in the country will increase. After the crayfish is processed and cooked for eating, a large amount of shrimp shell waste is generated in catering consumption, and according to incomplete statistics, the shrimp shell waste generated in catering consumption in China is over 15 million tons. Because the amount of the shrimp shells is large and no good treatment method is available, a large amount of shrimp shell wastes are treated as garbage, so that not only is the resource wasted, but also the environmental pollution is caused.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a turtle breeding method, which aims to solve the technical problem that turtles and lobster shells in the seedling stage and adult stage are not utilized in the prior art in a targeted manner.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is that,
a turtle breeding method comprises the following steps:
firstly, young soft-shelled turtle cultivation: selecting a quiet and safe water area environment, and planting aquatic plants in water;
furthermore, young turtles which are just shelled have many natural enemies, such as snakes, birds and the like, and have poor viability, so a safe breeding environment is needed, and a water tank or a water pool with a net for breeding can be selected to prevent the snakes, the birds and the like from entering the water tank or the water pool.
Furthermore, the aquatic plants can be Arachis hypogaea, water hyacinth, etc.
Furthermore, the water pool can adopt a cement pool, a layer of fine sand is paved at the bottom of the pool, and the shading aquatic plants are planted in the pool.
Further, the wild living environment is simulated. The young turtles are small, and a quiet living environment is preferably selected to prevent the turtles from being frightened.
Further, the preparation method of the young turtle feed comprises the following steps:
firstly, the young turtle feed mainly comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-52% of lobster shells, 10-12% of fresh small fresh fish, 10-12% of fresh river shrimps, 10-12% of fresh spiral shell meat, 4-6% of flour, 5-6% of bean pulp, 2-2.5% of fish oil, 0.15-0.25% of compound vitamin and 0.2-0.4% of salt.
Furthermore, other nutritional ingredients such as trace elements calcium, iron, etc. can also be added into the feed.
Further, the lobster shells are cleaned lobster shells and can comprise shrimp pincers.
Secondly, the raw materials in the first step are pulverized, water is added into the pulverized raw materials, the pulverized raw materials are stirred uniformly to be pasty, and the young turtles are fed until the young turtles are full of eighths.
When the young turtles are excessively fed, enteritis, liver diseases and the like are easily caused.
The turtle mainly comprises animal food, but the high-fat animal food cannot be fed, otherwise intestinal diseases are caused, and the survival rate is reduced.
The feed for the turtles is added with a large amount of waste lobster shells, is rich in nutrition, can meet the daily requirements of the young turtles, is harmless to the young turtles after being crushed, is applied, and achieves the purpose of waste utilization. The turtle feed of the invention can also be suitable for adult turtles.
Secondly, after the young turtles are raised for 10-12 months, the young turtles grow to more than half a kilogram, and the turtles are divided into ponds.
The pond separating time is preferably after winter, and the soft-shelled turtles are separately raised according to male and female.
Thirdly, the turtles are temperature-variable animals, and are put into the mud for hibernation when the temperature is lower than 12 ℃, and ingestion can be started when the water temperature reaches more than 20 ℃ in april of the next year; before the turtle eats, the disease is prevented in advance, and disinfection is carried out by adding iodine, calcium oxide or chlorine dioxide.
The feed of the adult soft-shelled turtles after being divided into ponds can be common feed sold in the market, and also can be the feed of the young soft-shelled turtles in the step one.
Fourthly, in June, increasing the feeding amount of the soft-shelled turtles along with the increase of the temperature; a drying platform convenient for the turtles to climb up is built at one side of the turtle pond for the turtles to dry the backs and rest.
The turtle sun-drying platform is set up, and the turtle sun-drying platform can play the roles of sterilizing, diminishing inflammation, helping digestion and preventing diseases.
Fifthly and seventy months, the temperature is further raised, the water level of the water pool is increased to the highest level, the water plants in the water pool are frequently fertilized to grow, and the soft-shelled turtle is frequently disinfected to prevent diseases of the soft-shelled turtles.
Sixty, August to September, and when the temperature changes greatly and is unstable when the weather changes suddenly, the feeding is reduced.
Seventhly, after September, when the temperature is reduced to below 20 ℃, the soft-shelled turtle enters a hibernation state, and disinfection is performed before hibernation.
And eighthly, the soft-shelled turtles can be taken out of the pond for eating after reaching the edible weight.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention especially prepares the feed suitable for the young turtles, the young turtles have high growth speed and high survival rate after eating the feed, and the finished turtles have delicious taste;
2. the invention utilizes the waste lobster shells and changes waste into valuable. The waste lobster shells contain rich crude protein, crude fat and mineral calcium, the bioavailability of the waste lobster shells for feeding turtles is high, the protein calcium in the lobster shells can obviously improve the weight gain rate, the feed utilization rate, the body calcium storage rate and the bone calcium content of animals, and the effect of the protein calcium is close to that of defatted milk powder calcium; has remarkable economic benefit; and a large amount of shrimp shell waste can be changed into valuable, so that the environmental pollution is reduced, and the cost is reduced.
