Therefore, when the test questions are pushed to the user, the pushing accuracy can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes in detail an information pushing method, an information pushing apparatus, an information pushing device, and a readable medium provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 shows a flow diagram of an information pushing method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure, which is applicable to a situation of how to improve accuracy of information pushing. The information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure may be executed by the information pushing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus may be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner, and is integrated in a device for executing the method, and the device for executing the method in this embodiment may be any device having a data processing function, for example, an intelligent terminal such as a mobile phone, a tablet, or a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).
As shown in fig. 1, the information push method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure may include the following steps:
and executing the information pushing step based on the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions recorded in the test question information.
In this embodiment, the test question information may include question information, a current difficulty coefficient, and correct answers corresponding to the question information.
Optionally, the current difficulty coefficient of the test question is usually set by an expert or a teacher when setting the test question, and the difficulty coefficient is recorded in the corresponding test question information, so that the difficulty coefficient corresponds to the test question information one to one. Therefore, when information pushing is executed subsequently, the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions can be obtained from the information recorded by the test question information so as to execute the information pushing step.
The present embodiment may include the following steps S110 to S150 when executing the information pushing step based on the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions recorded in the test question information. S110 to S150 are explained in detail below.
And S110, determining a target user group according to the current difficulty coefficient, and sending the test questions to the target user group, wherein different user groups correspond to different difficulty coefficient ranges.
In this embodiment, the types of the test questions include, but are not limited to: discussion questions, short-ended questions, solution questions, and the like, which are not specifically limited herein.
Optionally, before executing S110, the present embodiment may guide the user to register the basic personal information when the user uses the application with the test question set, so that the device ranks the users according to the basic personal information registered by the user to obtain user groups of different levels.
When the users are classified, a corresponding difficulty coefficient range can be set for each level of user group so as to establish the mapping relation between the user level and the difficulty coefficient range. Thereby providing conditions for subsequent determination of a target user population.
Wherein the basic information of the user comprises at least one of the following information: age, grade, current location, and learning experience.
For example, suppose that the current difficulty factor of the test questions is defined as a continuous real number between [0,1], and the current difficulty factor of the test questions is divided into 4 grades, respectively: hard, medium, easy, then set a difficulty factor range for each grade. For example, the difficulty factor ranges for the difficult grades are: 0-0.25, the difficult coefficient range of grades is: 0.25-0.50, moderate degree difficulty coefficient range: 0.50-0.75 and a difficulty factor range of easy grade of 0.75-1.00.
Then, when the number of registered users is 100, of which 20 users have learned experiences of learning oxter and are aged 14 to 15 years, it can be determined that the 20 users can deal with the test questions whose difficulty level is difficult. The 20-bit user rating may be set to a rating of 1 at this time, and a difficulty factor range may be set for the rating of 1: 0 to 0.25; if the grade of 30 users is seven years, it can be determined that the 30 users can process the test questions whose difficulty grade is difficult. The 30-bit user rating may be set to level 2 at this time, and a difficulty factor range may be set for the 30-bit user: 0.25 to 0.50; with 15 users between 10 and 12 years of age, it can be determined that the 15 users can deal with test questions with a moderate difficulty rating. The 15-user rating may be set to level 3 at this time, and a difficulty factor range may be set for the 15-user: 0.50 to 0.75; if 35 users are 8-9 years old and second grade, it can be determined that the 35 users can deal with the test questions with easy difficulty grade. The 35-bit user rating may be set to level 4 at this time, and a difficulty factor range may be set for the 45-bit user: 0.75 to 1.00. Thereby, a mapping relationship between the user level and the difficulty coefficient range is established, as shown in table 1 below:
table 1:
difficulty rating Difficulty in Is difficult to Is moderate Easy
User level Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Level 4
Range of difficulty factors 0~0.25 0.25~0.50 0.50~0.75 0.75~1.00
Further, after the mapping relationship between the user level and the difficulty coefficient range is established, the embodiment of the present disclosure may search the user level corresponding to the difficulty coefficient range in the mapping relationship according to the current difficulty coefficient of the test question, and determine the user group corresponding to the user level as the target user group. Then, the test questions are sent to the determined target user group, so that each target user in the target user group answers the test questions.
For example, if the current difficulty coefficient of the test question is 1, the current difficulty coefficient can be determined, the difficulty coefficient range (0.75,1.00) in the mapping relationship is located, the user group corresponding to level 4 in the difficulty coefficient range (0.75,1.00) is determined as the target user group, and then the test question is sent to the determined target user group.
And S120, determining answer coefficients of the target user group according to answer data returned by each target user in the target user group, wherein the answer coefficients are used for quantitatively representing the feedback condition of the target users to the test question difficulty.
For example, after the test question is sent to the target user group, the embodiment of the present disclosure may further receive answer data returned by each target user in the target user group, so as to determine the answer coefficient of the target user group by processing the answer data returned by each target user.
In this embodiment, the answer data may include: answering time length, answering times and answering steps. That is to say, the answer coefficient of the target user group is determined by processing the answer duration, the answer times and the answer steps returned by each target user in the target user group.
In practical application, the answer score can be usually calculated according to the answer step, so the embodiment can also calculate the answer score according to the answer step, and then determine the answer coefficient of the target user group according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer score.
For example, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, different weights may be further set for the answer duration, the answer number, and the answer score, so as to determine the answer coefficient of the target user group according to the answer duration, the answer number, the answer score, and the respective corresponding weights.
In this embodiment, the answer coefficient is used to quantitatively represent a feedback condition of the target user on the difficulty of the test question, for example, the answer coefficient may include an answer duration coefficient, an answer frequency coefficient, and an answer score coefficient. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, besides the feedback condition of the target user on the test question difficulty coefficient is quantitatively represented by the user answer coefficient, the feedback condition of the target user on the test question difficulty coefficient may also be quantitatively represented by other coefficients, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
It should be noted that, for determining the answer coefficient of the target user group in this embodiment, details of the following embodiments are described, and redundant description thereof is not repeated here.
S130, determining whether the answer coefficient of the target user group is consistent with the current difficulty coefficient and is in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group.
Illustratively, after the answer coefficient of the target user group is determined according to the answer data returned by each target user of the target user group, the embodiment can compare the answer coefficient with the current difficulty coefficient to determine whether the current difficulty coefficient is set reasonably, adjust the difficulty coefficient which is set unreasonably if not, otherwise, not adjust, and end the information pushing step.
And S140, if the answer coefficient of the target user group is consistent with the current difficulty coefficient or the answer coefficient is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions but is in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, not adjusting the current difficulty coefficient, and finishing the information pushing step.
If the answer coefficient is consistent with the current difficulty coefficient, the difficulty coefficient of the test question is set reasonably, adjustment is not needed, and the information pushing step can be finished; and if the answer coefficient is not consistent with the current difficulty coefficient but is within the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, indicating that the difficulty coefficient of the test question is floating up and down within the allowable range without adjustment, and ending the information pushing step.
S150, if the answer coefficient of the target user group is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient and is not in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, adjusting the current difficulty coefficient according to the answer coefficient of the target user group, taking the adjusted difficulty coefficient as the current difficulty coefficient, and executing the information pushing step again.
If the answer coefficient is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient and is not within the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, the difficulty coefficient of the test question is set unreasonably, and the difficulty coefficient of the test question needs to be adjusted, so that the test question with the adjusted difficulty coefficient has a test value.
Illustratively, when the difficulty coefficient of the test question is adjusted, the current difficulty coefficient of the test question can be replaced by the answer coefficient of the target user group, so as to obtain the adjusted difficulty coefficient.
Further, after obtaining the adjusted difficulty coefficient, the present disclosure may further use the adjusted difficulty coefficient as the current difficulty coefficient, and execute the information pushing step again, that is, return to S110 until the current difficulty coefficient is within the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group.
For example, if the adjusted difficulty coefficient is 0.6, then in the established mapping relationship between the user level and the difficulty coefficient range, it is determined that the adjusted difficulty coefficient is (0.50,0.75 ], the difficulty coefficient range (0.50,0.75) is determined as the target user group corresponding to the user group of level 3, then the test question is sent to the target user group, and the answer coefficient of the target user group is determined according to the received answer data returned by the target user group, if the answer coefficient is 0.65, it is determined that the answer coefficient 0.65 is not consistent with 0.6, but is within the difficulty coefficient range (0.50,0.75), it is determined that the adjusted difficulty coefficient tends to be stable, and adjustment is stopped, and 0.6 is taken as the final difficulty coefficient of the test question.
Furthermore, after the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions is adjusted, the final difficulty coefficient is recorded into the test question information of the test questions, so that the final difficulty coefficient is used as the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions. Then, determining the user level to which the current difficulty coefficient corresponds to the target user group, and storing the corresponding relation between the user level and the current difficulty coefficient. Therefore, when the user obtains the test questions from the test question set for self detection or the knowledge point is consolidated, the corresponding difficulty coefficient range can be determined according to the user level, the test questions with the difficulty coefficient within the difficulty coefficient range can be obtained from the test question set, the obtained test questions are provided for the user, the test questions which accord with the self condition of the user can be provided for the user, and the user can obtain the test questions to accurately detect the learned knowledge.
That is, the present embodiment further includes: receiving a test question acquisition request, wherein the acquisition request carries basic information of a user; determining the user level according to the basic information; determining a corresponding difficulty coefficient range from a pre-established mapping relation between the user level and the difficulty coefficient range based on the user level; and obtaining the test questions in the difficulty coefficient range from the test question set according to the difficulty coefficient range.
Continuing with the example in S110, if the user XX triggers the test question acquiring function in the application display interface, the device may determine that the user level is level 3 according to the registration information of the user XX in the application, determine that the difficulty coefficient range of the test questions that the user XX can answer is 0.50 to 0.75 according to the mapping relationship between the user level and the difficulty coefficient range, acquire the test questions with the difficulty coefficient of 0.50 to 0.75 from the test question set, and send the acquired test questions to the user XX, so that the user XX answers according to the sent test questions, to detect the knowledge point grasping condition.
In addition, the embodiment can also actively push test questions to the user based on the difficulty coefficient range determined by the user level, so that the user can detect knowledge point mastering conditions according to the pushed test questions, and the use experience of the user is improved.
When the test questions are pushed to the user, the same type of test questions can be pushed to the user according to the test question types obtained by the user history; other types of test questions may also be pushed to the user, which are not specifically limited herein.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the test questions are sent to the target user group, so that the answer coefficients of the target user group are determined according to answer data returned by each target user in the target user group, whether the answer coefficients of the target user group are consistent with the current difficulty coefficient and are in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group or not is determined, if the answer coefficients of the target user group are consistent with the current difficulty coefficient or the answer coefficients are not consistent with the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions and are in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, the current difficulty coefficient is not adjusted, and the information pushing step is ended; and if the answer coefficient of the target user group is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions and is not in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, adjusting the current difficulty coefficient according to the answer coefficient of the target user group, taking the adjusted difficulty coefficient as the current difficulty coefficient, and executing the information pushing step again. Therefore, whether the difficulty coefficient of the test question is set reasonably or not is detected according to the answer coefficient of the user group, and when the difficulty coefficient of the test question is set unreasonably, the difficulty coefficient of the test question is adjusted in a self-adaptive mode, so that the test question with the adjusted difficulty coefficient has a test value, and conditions are provided for setting a proper difficulty coefficient for the test question. Therefore, when the test questions are pushed to the user, the pushing accuracy can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
As can be seen from the above analysis, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the answer coefficient is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient of the test question and is not within the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, the current difficulty coefficient is adjusted according to the answer coefficient, and the adjusted difficulty coefficient is used as a new current difficulty coefficient, and the information pushing step is executed again.
In the specific implementation process, when the answer coefficient of the target user group is determined according to the answer data returned by each target user in the target user group in the embodiment of the disclosure, the answer score of each target user can be determined according to the answer step of each target user in the target user group and the maximum answer path in the correct answer paths of the test questions, and then the answer coefficient of the target user group is determined according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer score of each target user. The above-mentioned situation of the information pushing method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is specifically described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic flow chart of another information pushing method provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure, and the embodiment performs optimization based on the alternatives provided in the above embodiments. Specifically, the present embodiment mainly introduces the detailed adjustment process of the difficulty coefficient of the test question. Optionally, as shown in fig. 2, the information pushing method in this embodiment may include the following steps:
s210, determining a target user group according to the current difficulty coefficient, and sending the test questions to the target user group, wherein different user groups correspond to different difficulty coefficient ranges.
S220, determining the answer scores of the target users according to the answer steps of the target users in the target user group and the maximum answer path in the correct answer paths of the test questions.
In the practical application process, after the test questions are sent to the target user group, all target users in the target user group answer the test questions and return answer data. Wherein, answer data includes: answering time length, answering times and answering steps.
In this embodiment, the answer duration may be timed according to a timer in the device. For example, when the test question opening signal is monitored, the timer starts timing, and when the test question closing signal or the test question switching signal is monitored, the timer ends timing. Then, the answering time length is obtained according to the ending time and the starting time.
Illustratively, the answering time can be obtained by the following formula (1):
answer duration = end time-start time … … … … … … … … … … … … … (1)
The number of answering times can be counted according to the number of listeners in the equipment. For example, the number of times of answering the questions of the user is determined by monitoring the number of times of triggering a mouse or a keyboard at the position of answering the questions.
Furthermore, since the answer step may be returned when each target user in the target user group answers the test question, at this time, the device needs to determine the answer score of each target user according to the answer step of each target user and the maximum answer path in the correct answer path of the test question.
Illustratively, the answer score of each target user is determined by the following formula (2):
Figure BDA0002171738970000141
for example, if there are 3 correct answers to the test question a, which are A1, A2 and A3, respectively, wherein the answer path of A2 is the largest, specifically 6, then when there are 10 target users in the target user group, the answer steps of each target user are: 3. 4, 2, 4, 5, 3, 5, 6, 0, 5, are based on
Figure BDA0002171738970000142
The answer scores of the 10 target users can be calculated as follows: 50 minutes, 66.7 minutes, 33.3 minutes, 66.7 minutes, 83.3 minutes, 50 minutes, 83.3 minutes, 100 minutes, 0 minutes, 83.3 minutes.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the types of the test questions are objective questions, such as blank filling questions and choice questions, the embodiment of the present disclosure may compare the correct answers of the test questions with the response results fed back by each target user, and determine the answer scores of each target user according to the comparison results.
And S230, determining the answer coefficient of the target user group according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer scores of each target user.
In this embodiment, the answer coefficient includes an answer duration coefficient, an answer number coefficient, and an answer score coefficient.
Optionally, the determining the answer coefficient of the target user group according to the answer duration, the answer times, and the answer score of each target user in this embodiment includes: according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer scores of the target users, respectively determining the answer duration coefficient, the answer times coefficient and the answer score coefficient of the target user group; and calculating the answer coefficient according to the answer duration coefficient, the answer time coefficient, the answer score coefficient and the corresponding preset parameter weights.
Determining the answer duration coefficient, the answer frequency coefficient and the answer score coefficient of the target user group according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer scores of each target user respectively, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
respectively determining the average answer duration, the average answer times and the average answer scores of the target user group according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer scores of each target user;
calculating the answer duration coefficient according to the number of users exceeding the average answer duration and the number of users not exceeding the average answer duration in the target user group;

and calculating the answer score coefficient according to the number of the users exceeding the average answer score and the number of the users not exceeding the average answer score in the target user group.
Further, according to the answer duration coefficient, the answer frequency coefficient, the answer score coefficient, and the corresponding preset parameter weights, calculating the answer coefficient, including:
and carrying out weighted summation on the answer duration coefficient, the answer time coefficient, the answer score coefficient and the corresponding preset parameter weights to obtain the answer coefficient.
For a clearer explanation, the answer coefficient of the target user group is determined according to the answer duration, the answer number and the answer score of each target user, and the following specific example is explained below.
Assume that there are 10 target users in the target user population. Wherein, if the respective answer durations of the 10 target users are respectively as follows: 5 minutes (min), 6min, 10min, 4min, 7min, 3min, 5min, 8min, 9min and 12min, then determining the average answering time of the target user group as:
Figure BDA0002171738970000161
if the respective answer times of the 10 target users are respectively as follows: 1, 3, 2, 5,1, 3, 1, 2, then the average number of answers for the target user population is determined as:
Figure BDA0002171738970000162
if the answer scores of the 10 target users are respectively as follows: 50 points, 66.7 points, 100 points, 66.7 points, 83.3 points, 50 points, 83.3 points, 100 points, 83.3 points, and 83.3 points, then the average answer score of the target user population is determined to be:
Figure BDA0002171738970000163
then, the number of the 10 target users exceeding the average answering time is counted as: 5 positionThe number of users who do not exceed the average answering time is: 5, the time length coefficient of the answer is:
Figure BDA0002171738970000164
counting the number of the users with 10 target users exceeding the average answering times as follows: 3, if the number of users who do not exceed the average answer times is 7, the coefficient of the number of the obtained answer times is as follows:
Figure BDA0002171738970000165
counting the number of the users with the 10 target users exceeding the average answer score as follows: 6, if the number of users who do not exceed the average answer score is 4, the coefficient of the obtained answer score is:
Figure BDA0002171738970000166
assuming that the preset parameter weights include a duration weight of 0.2, a frequency weight of 0.3, and a score weight of 0.5, the answer coefficient of the target user group is: z = (1 × 0.2) + (2.33 × 0.3) + (0.667 × 0.5) =1.2325.
S240, determining whether the answer coefficient of the target user group is consistent with the current difficulty coefficient and is in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group.
And S250, if the answer coefficient of the target user group is consistent with the current difficulty coefficient or the answer coefficient is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions but is in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, not adjusting the current difficulty coefficient, and finishing the information pushing step.
And S260, if the answer coefficient of the target user group is inconsistent with the current difficulty coefficient and is not in the difficulty coefficient range corresponding to the target user group, adjusting the current difficulty coefficient according to the answer coefficient of the target user group, taking the adjusted difficulty coefficient as the current difficulty coefficient, and executing the information pushing step again.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the average answer duration, the average answer times and the average answer score of a target user group are respectively determined according to the answer duration, the answer times and the answer scores of each target user, so that the number of users is fuzzified, the answer coefficient of the target user group can be accurately calculated without considering the number of users, whether the current difficulty coefficient of the test questions is reasonable or not is detected according to the answer coefficient of the target user group, and when the difficulty coefficient of the test questions is unreasonable in setting, the difficulty coefficient of the test questions is adaptively adjusted, so that the adjusted test questions have higher test value, and conditions are provided for setting the proper difficulty coefficient of the test questions. Therefore, when information is subsequently pushed to a user, the pushing accuracy can be improved, and the user experience is improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, S101 further includes: and according to a preset answer duration threshold, eliminating answer data of which the answer duration of each target user is smaller than the threshold.
The preset answer duration threshold value can be adaptively set according to the test question types. For example, if the test question is a solution question, the preset answer duration threshold is set to 10min or 15min, and the like, which is not specifically limited herein.
For example, if the type of the test question is an answer question and the preset answer duration threshold is 10min, when the answer duration of the target user S is 3min, it indicates that the target user S does not answer carefully, which causes an inaccurate problem in the subsequent calculation of the answer coefficient. At this time, the answer data of the target user S may be culled.
According to the preset answer duration threshold, the answer data of each target user, the answer duration of which is smaller than the threshold, are removed, so that the reliability of the removed answer data is ensured, and the calculated answer coefficient is more accurate.
