The invention provides a drop-out fuse with an action alarm device, aiming at overcoming the defects in the prior art, the drop-out fuse is improved on the basis of the drop-out fuse, and a remote alarm device is added, so that when the fuse acts, the fault location information is immediately fed back to a worker through the remote alarm device, the difficulty of patrol is avoided, the operation and maintenance worker can quickly determine the fault point, the working efficiency of maintenance is greatly improved, and the power failure time and the loss of electricity selling quantity are reduced.
The technical solution of the invention is as follows:
a drop-out fuse with an action alarm device structurally comprises a drop-out fuse 1 and a fault uploading device.
The drop-out fuse 1 comprises a fixed conductive part, an insulator and a fuse carrier; the fuse carrying piece comprises a fuse wire, a fuse tube, a pressure releasing cap, an operating ring and an upper moving contact and a lower moving contact; the fuse wire penetrates through the fuse tube, and a moving contact on the fuse tube is reliably contacted with an upper fixed contact of the fixed conductive part by means of the tension of the fuse wire; the upper end of the fuse tube is provided with a pressure releasing cap, and the tube wall is provided with an operating ring.
The fault uploading device comprises a permanent magnetic block 2, a magnetic switch 3 and an alarm device 4; the permanent magnetic block 2 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of the fuse carrier of the drop-out fuse 1; the magnetic switch 3 is fixedly arranged on the alarm device 4, the alarm device 4 is arranged on the outer side of the insulator of the drop-out fuse 1, the magnetic switch 3 is arranged between the permanent magnetic block 2 and the alarm device 4, and keeps a relative distance with the permanent magnetic block 2, so that a good magnetic field effect is ensured.
Preferably, the permanent magnetic block 2 is fixedly installed on the outer side of the fuse tube of the drop-out fuse 1.
Preferably, the alarm device 4 includes a housing, a rechargeable battery, a communication module, and an antenna. The signal output end of the magnetic switch 3 is connected with the signal input end of the communication module, and a control action signal is fed back to a worker.
As a preferred scheme, the communication module adopts a GSM/GPRS communication module, the coverage of a base station is wide, and signals are stable; the GSM/GPRS communication module is preferably an SIM800C type GSM/GPRS communication module, and the order action signal is fed back to the staff through a GSM network.
Preferably, a solar panel is arranged at the top of the alarm device 4, and a solar power supply circuit module is connected with a charging circuit module to supply power to the rechargeable battery.
Preferably, the rechargeable battery adopts a lithium battery, and the battery capacity is 1000 mAh.
A method for installing a drop-out fuse with an action alarm device comprises the following steps:
1) assembly of alarm device 4 and magnetic switch 3: assembling a shell of the alarm device, a solar cell panel, a rechargeable battery, a communication module integrated board and an antenna, writing a program into the communication module integrated board, inserting a mobile data card, structurally combining a shell and a magnetic switch, and performing waterproof treatment;
2) the permanent magnetic block 2 is arranged outside the fuse tube and is opposite to the position of the magnetic switch 3, and then a power supply is plugged for testing;
3) and (3) bracket mounting operation: the bracket is made of hot-dip galvanized material and is subjected to anti-corrosion treatment; the support is firmly and smoothly installed, and the inclination of the horizontal plane is not more than 1%;
4) when the drop-out fuse 1 is assembled, the axis of the fuse tube forms an included angle of 15-30 degrees with the vertical line of the ground, the distance between the upper moving contact and the lower moving contact is properly adjusted, and the tightness of the fuse is properly installed;
5) mounting the drop-out fuse 1 assembled in the step 4) on the bracket in the step 3), and fixing the drop-out fuse with hot galvanizing or stainless steel bolts, wherein the horizontal spacing distance is more than or equal to 500 mm; when the permanent magnet switch is installed, whether the permanent magnet is displaced and loosened or not and whether the position of the magnetic switch deviates greatly or not need to be observed.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1) the position information of the falling token can be fed back to the working personnel in time, so that the timely maintenance is ensured, and the maintenance personnel can conveniently, quickly and accurately find and process the single-column all-insulated token acting on the line;
2) certain economic loss caused by the fact that the line card cannot be processed in time after the line card acts is avoided, power failure time is reduced, working efficiency is improved, economic loss is reduced, and electricity utilization quality of people is improved;
3) the drop-out fuse is modified on the traditional drop-out fuse, the external material of the drop-out fuse is not damaged, the electrical performance of the drop-out fuse is not influenced, the replacement cost is saved, and the drop-out fuse can be popularized and used on a large scale.

Referring to the attached drawing 1, the drop-out fuse with the action alarm device structurally comprises a drop-out fuse 1 and a fault uploading device.
The drop-out fuse 1 comprises a fixed conductive part, an insulator and a fuse carrier; the fuse carrying piece comprises a fuse wire, a fuse tube, a pressure releasing cap, an operating ring and an upper moving contact and a lower moving contact; the fuse wire penetrates through the fuse tube, and a moving contact on the fuse tube is reliably contacted with an upper fixed contact of the fixed conductive part by means of the tension of the fuse wire; the upper end of the fuse tube is provided with a pressure releasing cap, and the tube wall is provided with an operating ring. The fault uploading device comprises a permanent magnetic block 2, a magnetic switch 3 and an alarm device 4; the permanent magnetic block 2 is fixedly arranged on the outer side of a fuse tube of the drop-out fuse 1; the magnetic switch 3 is fixedly arranged on the alarm device 4, the alarm device 4 is arranged on the outer side of the insulator of the drop-out fuse 1, the magnetic switch 3 is arranged between the permanent magnetic block 2 and the alarm device 4, and keeps a relative distance with the permanent magnetic block 2, so that a good magnetic field effect is ensured.
Referring to fig. 2, the alarm device 4 includes a housing, a solar panel, a rechargeable battery, a GSM/GPRS communication module, and an antenna. The solar cell panel is connected with the rechargeable battery to provide power for the GSM/GPRS communication module, and the signal output end of the magnetic switch 3 is connected with the signal input end of the GSM/GPRS communication module to feed back a command action signal to a worker; the GSM/GPRS communication module is preferably an SIM800C type GSM/GPRS communication module; the rechargeable battery adopts a lithium battery, and the battery capacity is 1000 mAh.
A method for installing a drop-out fuse with an action alarm device comprises the following steps:
