The invention provides an air conditioner indoor unit, which can be a floor type air conditioner indoor unit, a mobile air conditioner, a wall-mounted air conditioner indoor unit, a window unit and the like.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 8, the air conditioner indoor unit includes a housing 1, a fan assembly 2, a vortex ring air supply part 3 and a vortex ring generating part 4,
The shell 1 is provided with a main air inlet 11, a main air outlet 12 and a heat exchange air duct 13 which communicates the main air inlet 11 with the main air outlet 12;
The fan assembly 2 is arranged in the heat exchange air duct 13, and the fan assembly 2 drives air flow to flow from the main air inlet 11 to the main air outlet 12;
The vortex ring air supply part 3 is arranged at the main air outlet 12, the vortex ring air supply part 3 is provided with a secondary air outlet 312 and an air supply outlet 321, the air supply area of the air supply outlet 321 is smaller than that of the secondary air outlet 312, the secondary air outlet 312 is communicated with the heat exchange air duct 13, the air supply outlet 321 is arranged corresponding to the main air outlet 12, and
The vortex ring generating part 4 is installed in the heat exchange air duct 13 and used for opening or blocking the heat exchange air duct 13, and the vortex ring generating part 4 has a periodical open state and a normally open state.
In this embodiment, the housing 1 may be an integral structure or may be formed by splicing several plates. The shape of the main air inlet 11, the main air outlet 12, the secondary air outlet 312, and the air outlet 321 may be circular, elliptical, rectangular, polygonal, or irregular, or may be a plurality of micropores, and the size and shape thereof are not particularly limited herein. The heat exchange air duct 13 refers to an air flow entering from the main air inlet 11, can exchange heat in the channel, and is blown out from the main air outlet 12. The cross section of the heat exchange air duct 13 can be circular, elliptic, arc-shaped and other structures, and the extension shape of the heat exchange air duct can be straight cylinder, bent and the like. The heat exchange air duct 13 can be directly formed by enclosing the shell 1, and can also be formed by enclosing the inner wall of the air duct in the shell 1. The vortex ring air supply part 3 may be mounted on the outer wall surface of the housing 1, may be mounted in the housing 1, or may be embedded in the housing 1. The vortex ring air supply part 3 and the shell 1 can be integrally formed and formed or can be formed separately.
Fig. 8 shows a two-dimensional simulation of the formation of the vortex ring at the air supply port 321 of the vortex ring air supply section 2. The simulation is only directed to two-dimensional simulation of a radius section of the air supply port 321, in other words, the two-dimensional simulation of the radius section obtains a vortex, the two-dimensional simulation of the diameter section obtains a vortex pair, and the three-dimensional simulation obtains a vortex ring. By making the air passing area of the air supply port 321 smaller than the air passing area of the secondary air outlet 312, some of the air flowing from the secondary air outlet 312 to the air supply port 321 flows along the inner wall surface of the vortex ring air supply portion 3, and then flows out from the periphery of the air supply port 321, and the other air flows out from the middle of the air supply port 321. The part of the air flow flowing out from the edge of the air supply port 321 is defined as an edge air flow, and the air flow flowing out from the middle of the air supply port 321 is positioned as a middle air flow. Then, the edge air flow is subjected to resistance by the inner wall surface of the vortex ring blower 3. The flow rate is lower compared to the middle air flow. This difference in flow rates will result in the generation of vortex ring air flow as it exits the air supply 321.
The vortex ring generating part 4 is installed in the heat exchanging air duct 13, that is, the vortex ring generating part 4 may be installed in the housing 1 or the vortex ring air supplying part 3. The vortex ring generating part 4 can be detachably arranged in the heat exchange air duct 13, and can also be integrally formed with the shell 1 or the vortex ring air supply part 3. The vortex ring generating part 4 can be a door 42 opening and closing structure, a fan structure and the like, and can only block and open the heat exchange air duct 13 and have a periodical open state and a normally open state. By arranging the air supply port 321 corresponding to the main air outlet 12, the air conditioner indoor unit uses one air outlet in the periodically opened state and the normally opened state of the vortex ring generating part 4. The air supply port 321 is shared by the conventional air supply mode and the vortex ring air supply mode in the air conditioner, and the air is subjected to heat exchange, so that the structure of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is simplified, different user demands can be met, user experience is improved, and the trend of consumption upgrading is met.
When the vortex ring generating portion 4 is closed, that is, the airflow in the heat exchange air duct 13 is blocked from flowing to the air supply outlet 321, the vortex ring generating portion 4 may completely block the heat exchange air duct 13, or may partially close the heat exchange air duct 13, for example, only close 2/3,4/5,5/6,9/10 of the channel section of the heat exchange air duct 13. It can be understood that when the vortex ring generating part 4 is in a periodic open state, that is, the vortex ring generating part 4 works, and at this time, the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in the vortex ring air supply mode, and when the heat exchange air duct 13 is blocked, a certain volume of air can be accumulated in the heat exchange air duct 13 due to the fact that the fan assembly 2 is continuously supplying air. When the heat exchange air duct 13 is opened, due to the pressure difference, a driving force is formed to drive the airflow to flow to the air supply port 321, and the air passing area of the air supply port 321 of the vortex ring air supply part 3 is smaller than the air passing area of the secondary air outlet 312, so that the air supply port 321 can blow out the vortex ring airflow. The vortex ring generating section 4 is in a periodically opened state and can stably output the vortex ring air flow from the air supply port 321. Under the same air quantity, the mode of vortex ring air supply can realize directional, fixed point and long-distance air supply. And the vortex ring exchanges heat with ambient air in the conveying process, the temperature difference between the temperature of the vortex ring and the temperature of the ambient air is not large, so that obvious supercooling or overheat feeling can not be generated when the vortex ring blows on a person, and the comfort is improved. When the vortex ring generating part 4 is in a normally open state, the air conditioner indoor unit is in a normal air supply mode at this time, namely when the vortex ring generating part 4 is in a power-off state, namely when the vortex ring generating part 4 does not work, the vortex ring generating part 4 is in a normally open state, so that the air flow of the main air inlet 11 can be continuously and smoothly blown out from the air supply outlet 321.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 to 7, the fan assembly 2 may be an axial fan, a centrifugal fan, a cross-flow wind wheel, a mixed flow fan, or the like. It is only necessary to be able to drive sufficient air flow from the main air inlet 11 to the main air outlet 12. And the vortex ring air supply mode and the conventional air supply mode of the air conditioner indoor unit do not need to use two fan assemblies 2, and the whole air conditioner indoor unit can drive enough air flow by using one fan assembly 2, so that the whole structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced. When the fan assembly 2 is an axial flow fan, the fan assembly can be a single-shaft flow fan, a counter-rotating fan or a multi-stage fan. Thus, the power of the fan assembly 2 can be increased, and the air quantity can be greatly increased. The fan assembly 2 can be arranged below the heat exchanger 5 in the heat exchange air duct 13 or above the heat exchanger 5. When the fan assembly 2 is a fan of different types, the opening positions of the main air outlet 12 and the main air inlet 11 can be adjusted correspondingly, so that the whole indoor unit of the air conditioner shares one air outlet, and the air conditioner has a vortex ring air supply mode and a conventional air supply mode.
According to the indoor unit of the air conditioner, the vortex ring air supply part 3 is arranged at the main air outlet 12, the air supply opening 321 is arranged corresponding to the main air outlet 12, so that the air passing area of the air supply opening 321 is smaller than the air passing area of the secondary air outlet 312, the vortex ring generating part 4 is used for opening or blocking the heat exchange air duct 13 and has a periodical opening state and a normally open state, when the vortex ring generating part 4 is in the periodical opening state, vortex ring air flow is blown out of the air supply opening 321, directional, fixed-point and long-distance air supply is realized, and when the vortex ring generating part 4 is in the normally open state, the air supply opening 321 blows out normal air subjected to heat exchange, so that the indoor unit of the air conditioner has multiple air supply modes. Meanwhile, by installing the fan assembly 2 in the heat exchange air duct 13 and enabling the fan assembly 2 to drive air flow to flow from the main air inlet 11 to the main air outlet 12, the air conditioner indoor unit is driven by one fan assembly 2 in the vortex ring air supply mode and the conventional air supply mode, so that the structure of the air conditioner indoor unit is simplified, the occupied space of the machine is small, and the production and manufacturing cost is low.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the vortex ring air supply part 3 includes an air duct 31 and a current collecting piece 32, the air duct 31 is provided with a secondary air inlet 311 and a secondary air outlet 312, the secondary air inlet 311 is communicated with the heat exchange air duct 13, the current collecting piece 32 is installed at the secondary air outlet 312, and the current collecting piece 32 is provided with an air supply outlet 321.
In this embodiment, the vortex ring air supply part 3 includes the air duct 31 and the collecting piece 32, so that the air supply space of the vortex ring air supply part 3 can be increased, which is more beneficial to the formation of the vortex ring. The current collector 32 and the air duct 31 can be integrally formed and formed or can be formed separately. It will be appreciated that when the manifold 32 is formed separately from the barrel 31, the manifold 32 is sealingly connected to the barrel 31. When the current collector 32 and the wind tunnel 31 are integrally formed, a virtual boundary line is defined by the junction of the wind tunnel 31 and the current collector 32, one side of the boundary line is the wind tunnel 31, the other side is the current collector 32, and a secondary air outlet 312 of the wind tunnel 31 is formed at the boundary line. Clearly, the secondary air outlet 312 has a larger air passing area than the air outlet 321 of the collector 32. The extending direction of the collecting piece 32 and the outer wall surface of the air duct 31 can be the same, that is, the length extending line of the outer wall surfaces of the collecting piece and the air duct is a straight line, and at this time, the vortex ring air supply part 3 is in a complete shape without an adapter line. The extending directions of the current collector 32 and the outer wall surface of the air duct 31 may not be consistent, i.e. the length extending lines of the outer wall surfaces of the current collector 32 and the air duct 31 are arranged in an included angle, and at this time, a connecting line is formed at the connecting position of the current collector 32 and the air duct 31.
In one embodiment, an air duct inner wall is disposed in the housing 1, the air duct inner wall encloses the heat exchange air duct 13, and the air duct inner wall is connected with the current collector 32. The heat exchange air duct 13 is formed through the inner wall of the air duct, so that the tightness and stability of the heat exchange air duct 13 are easier to ensure than the air duct formed by the inner cavity of the shell 1. The collector 32 and the inner wall of the air duct can be integrally formed or can be separately formed. The collector 32 and the inner wall of the air duct can be detachably connected by means of screws, clamping and the like.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 7, the housing 1 extends up and down, the main air inlet 11 is formed at the lower end of the housing 1, the main air outlet 12 is formed at the upper end of the housing 1, and the fan assembly 2 is disposed near the main air inlet 11. Thus, air flows from the air inlet at the lower end of the housing 1 to the main air outlet 12 at the upper end of the housing 1, i.e., to the air outlet 321. When the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in the vortex ring air supply mode, the vortex ring air flow blown out from the air supply port 321 at the upper end of the shell 1 has enough air supply space due to a certain distance from the ground, is not easy to be blocked by the ground, and can be supplied farther, so that the directional, fixed-point and long-distance air supply can be realized more easily. When the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in the normal air supply mode, the air supply opening 321 at the upper end of the casing 1 has a large air supply radiation range, and the air supply radiation range meets the air supply requirement of users. So that the fan assembly 2 is arranged close to the main air inlet 11, a sufficient air intake is ensured, thereby driving a sufficient air flow into the housing 1.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 7, the indoor unit of the air conditioner further includes a heat exchanger 5, the heat exchanger 5 is installed in the heat exchange air duct 13, and the heat exchanger 5 is disposed in an inclined manner. The heat exchanger 5 may be a fin tube evaporator, a plate evaporator, or the like. By making the heat exchanger 5 obliquely arranged in the heat exchanging air duct 13, a sufficient air intake space is formed while ensuring that the heat exchanger 5 can exchange heat. It will be appreciated that the windward side of the heat exchanger 5 is disposed towards the air inlet.
Further, on the basis of the above embodiment, the fan assembly 2 is disposed below the heat exchanger 5 and is located at the lower end of the heat exchange air duct 13. Install fan assembly 2 in the below of heat exchanger 5, then can make full use of the space between heat exchanger 5 and shell 1 to make overall structure compacter. And can guarantee that enough air current flows through heat exchanger 5 and exchanges heat to make the heat transfer effect of air conditioner indoor set better.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the air supply port 321 is circular. When the air supply outlet 321 is square or polygonal, the stress at the corner joint of the air supply outlet 321 is more concentrated, and the wind resistance of the peripheral edge of the air supply outlet 321 is uneven, so that larger noise can be generated. Through making supply-air outlet 321 be circular setting, the windage that receives is little and even to the noise is littleer when supply-air outlet 321 supplies air.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 2 to 5, the vortex ring generating portion 4 includes a driving device 41 and a switch door 42, the switch door 42 is installed in the heat exchange air duct 13 to block the airflow of the main air inlet 11 from flowing to the air supply outlet 321, and the driving device 41 is connected to the switch door 42 to drive the switch door 42 to open or close.
In this embodiment, the driving device 41 may include a control board and a driving member, where the control board controls the driving member to drive the switch door 42 to periodically open or close the heat exchange air duct 13, and may also drive the switch door 42 to be in a normally open state. The driving device 41 may be disposed in the heat exchange air duct 13 or may be disposed outside the heat exchange air duct 13, and in order to prevent the driving device 41 from blocking the airflow in the heat exchange air duct 13, it is preferable to dispose a control member outside the heat exchange air duct 13. The switch door 42 is disposed in the heat exchange air duct 13 to divide the heat exchange air duct 13 into two, and the switch door 42 can be used for blocking air flow from the main air inlet 11 to the air supply outlet 321. When the switch door 42 is in a normally open state, the vortex ring generating part 4 does not work, the indoor unit of the air conditioner is in a normal air supply mode, and at the moment, the air flow in the heat exchange air duct 13 directly flows out of the air supply port 321. When the switch door 42 is closed, that is, the airflow in the heat exchange air duct 13 is blocked from flowing to the air supply outlet 321, the main air inlet 11 continuously supplies air, and at the moment, a certain amount of airflow can be accumulated in the heat exchange air duct 13 to form a certain pressure, so that when the switch door 42 is opened, the airflow in the heat exchange air duct 13 can form a driving force, and the driving force is blown out from the air supply outlet 321 to form a vortex ring. Thus, the periodic opening or closing of the opening and closing door 42 causes the airflow to flow out in a pulsed manner, so that the air conditioner indoor unit has a vortex ring air supply mode, and long-distance and directional air supply of the vortex ring can be realized. The switch door 42 may be a shutter structure, a fan structure, a door plate structure, etc., and only needs to periodically block the airflow in the heat exchange air duct 13 from flowing to the current collector 32 to form a vortex ring shape for blowing. The structure of opening and closing the door 42 by the driving device 41 has simple and stable structure and is convenient to control, thereby being more beneficial to the smooth generation of the vortex ring airflow.
In combination with the above embodiment having the current collector 32, further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the current collector 32 is a current collector cover, and the current collector cover is tapered from the secondary air outlet 312 to the air outlet 321. The cross-sectional shape of the manifold cover may be circular, oval, rectangular, etc. In order to reduce wind resistance, the collector hood is substantially cylindrical. By enabling the collecting cover to be gradually reduced from the secondary air outlet 312 to the air supply outlet 321, the collecting cover can collect air sent out from the secondary air outlet 312, and the vortex ring can be smoothly generated and blown out.
In another embodiment, the collecting piece 32 is a collecting plate, which is installed at the air outlet and provided with an air outlet 321. The collecting plate may be a plate covered at the secondary air outlet 312, and by providing the collecting plate with the air outlet 321 smaller than the secondary air outlet 312, when the air flow is blown out from the secondary air outlet 312 to the air outlet 321, the air flow blown out from the air outlet 321 can be in a vortex shape due to the partial blocking effect of the collecting plate. And the current collecting plate has simple structure and is easy to manufacture and process. In other embodiments, the collector 32 may be formed by enclosing several plates, and forming the vortex ring may be achieved by providing the air supply port 321 in one of the plates.
The invention also provides an air conditioner, which comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and an air conditioner indoor unit, wherein the air conditioner outdoor unit and the air conditioner indoor unit are connected through a refrigerant pipe, the specific structure of the air conditioner indoor unit refers to the embodiment, and the air conditioner at least has all beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the embodiment because the air conditioner adopts all the technical schemes of the embodiment.
The foregoing description is only of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
