本发明公开了一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物及其制备方法,涉及祛疤药物技术领域,用于解决目前疤痕药物疗效都不明显,且复发率高的问题,提出如下方案,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草32‑36份、纳米二氧化硅29‑31份、益母草28‑32份、三七18‑22份、白茯苓18‑22份、天花粉11‑15份、山药10‑12份、冬青子10‑12份、芦荟提取物9‑14份、洋葱提取物9‑14份、白醋5‑9份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2‑6份,余量为纯净水。本发明制备工艺简单,且成本低,能抑制皮肤软组织增生,促进皮肤纤维细胞生长、以及皮肤胶原合成,有效缓解疤痕增生的问题,在各原料的科学配伍下,祛疤效果明显,保质期长。

技术领域
本发明涉及祛疤药物技术领域,尤其涉及一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物及其制备方法。
背景技术
锶90在药物方面有重要功用,在医疗上可应用于放射线疗法,控制剂量的锶90可用于血管瘤的治疗及其它血管瘤疾病。锶90能释放出0.53兆电子伏的β光线为带有负电,质量很少的电子流,其电子与浅层(1-4 毫米)物质碰撞,可产生最大的电离作用,β光线作用于血管瘤内皮细胞产生电离从而使血管瘤吸收,血管瘤组织微血管逐渐乳化、凝固,收缩,增生组织细胞分裂速度减低、停止,最后消失。锶90疗法在欧美、日本早已普及。我国经典名著《实用儿科学》(最新版)、《皮肤病手册》均对锶90治疗血管瘤相关内容作了叙述。然而国内仅少数大城市中极少医院开展此疗法,为造福患儿,急待推广该疗法。
另外,皮肤瘢痕疙瘩是常见的一种皮肤病,见于全身各部位,在瘢痕组织增生时出现疼痛、瘙痒等,给患者带来很大的痛苦和精神压力。临床上有多种治疗方法,但疗效都不明显,且复发率高,因此我们提出了一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物及其制备方法来解决这些问题。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
本发明的第一方面,提出了一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草32-36份、纳米二氧化硅29-31份、益母草28-32份、三七18-22份、白茯苓18-22份、天花粉11-15份、山药10-12份、冬青子10-12份、芦荟提取物9-14份、洋葱提取物9-14份、白醋5-9份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2-6份,余量为纯净水。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草33-35份、纳米二氧化硅29.5-30.5份、益母草29-31份、三七19-21份、白茯苓19-21份、天花粉12-14份、山药10.5-11.5份、冬青子10.5-11.5份、芦荟提取物10-13份、洋葱提取物10-13份、白醋6-8份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯3-5份,余量为纯净水。
优选地,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草34份、纳米二氧化硅30份、益母草30份、三七20份、白茯苓20份、天花粉13份、山药11份、冬青子11份、芦荟提取物12份、洋葱提取物12份、白醋7份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯4份,余量为纯净水。
优先地,所述山药、冬青子、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的质量比为(2-5):(2-5):1。
本发明的第二方面,提出了一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为600-1000r/min,搅拌20-40min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至40-52℃,以120-160r/min的速度搅拌30-50min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1200-1400r/min的速度下搅拌15-20min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至60-80℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌20-40min,得到混合物B;

优选地,所述S1中的纯净水与S2中的纯净水体积比为5:2。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明中,以积雪草和纳米二氧化硅为主要基料,添加了益母草、三七等中药成分,以合理的君臣佐使关系配伍并具有特定的配比,其利于烧伤、烫伤、外伤、手术疤痕、疤痕增生、色素疤、疤痕瘙痒的治疗,且副作用低,配合锶90疤痕治疗法具有消肿解毒,去热利湿的优点,正对应治疗烧烫伤这种易积聚内火热毒的外伤。该治疗疤痕的药物能抑制皮肤软组织增生,有效缓解疤痕增生的问题。同时,利用芦荟提取物和洋葱提取物,主要作用是抗炎、抗过敏,与尿膜素、肝素等共同作用,抑制造成瘢痕的纤维母细胞增生,其能促进皮肤纤维细胞生长、促进皮肤胶原合成、抑制炎症、抑制基质金属蛋白酶活性的作用,对皮肤有损伤修复、减缓皮肤溃烂、祛疤修复、促进衰老肌肤新生、祛除妊娠纹,对人体无副作用。本发明制备工艺简单,且成本低,在各原料的科学配伍下,祛疤效果明显,保质期长。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明具体实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
实施例一
一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草32份、纳米二氧化硅29份、益母草28份、三七18份、白茯苓18份、天花粉11份、山药10份、冬青子10份、芦荟提取物9份、洋葱提取物9份、白醋5份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2份,余量为纯净水;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为600r/min,搅拌20min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至40℃,以120r/min的速度搅拌30min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1200r/min的速度下搅拌15min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至60℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌20min,得到混合物B;
S3、将在混合物B加入捏合机中混炼8min,升温保持高真空-0.065MPa,持续15min后,消泡、灭菌后,自然静置1h,常温冷却后包装,即可制得锶90疤痕治疗的药物。
实施例二
一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草33份、纳米二氧化硅29.5份、益母草29份、三七19份、白茯苓19份、天花粉12份、山药10.5份、冬青子10.5份、芦荟提取物10份、洋葱提取物10份、白醋6份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯3份,余量为纯净水;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为700r/min,搅拌25min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至42℃,以130r/min的速度搅拌35min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1250r/min的速度下搅拌16min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至65℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌25min,得到混合物B;
S3、将在混合物B加入捏合机中混炼9min,升温保持高真空-0.063MPa,持续16min后,消泡、灭菌后,自然静置1.3h,常温冷却后包装,即可制得锶90疤痕治疗的药物。
实施例三
一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草34份、纳米二氧化硅30份、益母草30份、三七20份、白茯苓20份、天花粉13份、山药11份、冬青子11份、芦荟提取物12份、洋葱提取物12份、白醋7份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯4份,余量为纯净水;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为800r/min,搅拌30min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至46℃,以140r/min的速度搅拌40min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1300r/min的速度下搅拌17min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至70℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌30min,得到混合物B;
S3、将在混合物B加入捏合机中混炼10min,升温保持高真空-0.07MPa,持续17min后,消泡、灭菌后,自然静置1.5h,常温冷却后包装,即可制得锶90疤痕治疗的药物。
实施例四
一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草35份、纳米二氧化硅30.5份、益母草31份、三七21份、白茯苓21份、天花粉14份、山药11.5份、冬青子11.5份、芦荟提取物13份、洋葱提取物13份、白醋8份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯5份,余量为纯净水;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为900r/min,搅拌35min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至49℃,以150r/min的速度搅拌45min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1350r/min的速度下搅拌19min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至75℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌35min,得到混合物B;
S3、将在混合物B加入捏合机中混炼11min,升温保持高真空-0.073MPa,持续18min后,消泡、灭菌后,自然静置1.8h,常温冷却后包装,即可制得锶90疤痕治疗的药物。
实施例五
一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草36份、纳米二氧化硅31份、益母草32份、三七22份、白茯苓22份、天花粉15份、山药12份、冬青子12份、芦荟提取物14份、洋葱提取物14份、白醋9份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯6份,余量为纯净水;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为1000r/min,搅拌40min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至52℃,以160r/min的速度搅拌50min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1400r/min的速度下搅拌20min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至80℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌40min,得到混合物B;
S3、将在混合物B加入捏合机中混炼12min,升温保持高真空-0.075MPa,持续19min后,消泡、灭菌后,自然静置2h,常温冷却后包装,即可制得锶90疤痕治疗的药物。

1.一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草32-36份、纳米二氧化硅29-31份、益母草28-32份、三七18-22份、白茯苓18-22份、天花粉11-15份、山药10-12份、冬青子10-12份、芦荟提取物9-14份、洋葱提取物9-14份、白醋5-9份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯2-6份,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草33-35份、纳米二氧化硅29.5-30.5份、益母草29-31份、三七19-21份、白茯苓19-21份、天花粉12-14份、山药10.5-11.5份、冬青子10.5-11.5份、芦荟提取物10-13份、洋葱提取物10-13份、白醋6-8份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯3-5份,余量为纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:积雪草34份、纳米二氧化硅30份、益母草30份、三七20份、白茯苓20份、天花粉13份、山药11份、冬青子11份、芦荟提取物12份、洋葱提取物12份、白醋7份、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯4份,余量为纯净水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物,其特征在于,所述山药、冬青子、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯的质量比为(2-5):(2-5):1。
5.一种根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的锶90疤痕治疗的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下制备步骤:
S1、将以上重量份的纳米二氧化硅和洗净后的积雪草、益母草研磨成粉末后,与一部分纯净水和芦荟提取物加入到混合机中,设置搅拌转速为600-1000r/min,搅拌20-40min后,一边搅拌一边顺序加入白醋、三七、白茯苓、天花粉,升温至40-52℃,以120-160r/min的速度搅拌30-50min,制得混合物A;
S2、将混合物A自然冷却至常温,依次加入山药、洋葱提取物,在1200-1400r/min的速度下搅拌15-20min,加入一部分纯净水,升温至60-80℃,再加入对羟基苯甲酸甲酯,继续搅拌20-40min,得到混合物B;
S3、将在混合物B加入捏合机中混炼8-12min,升温保持高真空-0.07±0.005MPa,持续15-19min后,消泡、灭菌后,自然静置1-2h,常温冷却后包装,即可制得锶90疤痕治疗的药物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种锶90疤痕治疗的药物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中的纯净水与S2中的纯净水体积比为5:2。
