Abstract
The invention provides a formula of a puffed biological straw feed, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 55-65 parts of puffed and fermented straw, 25-30 parts of corn flour, 15-25 parts of bean pulp, 5-10 parts of fruit residues and 1-3 parts of a granulation auxiliary agent. The feed provided by the invention contains more fermented straw puffed feed and soybean cakes with protein content enough to meet the growth requirements of cattle and sheep, the main component of the feed provided by the invention is corn straw, the corn straw is large in quantity and low in price, so that the cost of the feed is reduced, and no chemical additive is added, so that high-quality meat can be obtained by using the feed, and meanwhile, the feed is rich in nutrition and high in economic value.

Background

s3: feeding the enzymolysis straw into a fermentation tank, then feeding mixed yeast with yeast and lactobacillus plantarum in a weight ratio of 2: 1, fermenting at 30-37 deg.C for 15-25min, and taking out after fermentation;
s4: feeding the fermented straws into a bulking machine for bulking treatment at 135 deg.C under 10-12Mpa for 9s to obtain puffed fermented straws.

s4: feeding the fermented straws into a bulking machine for bulking treatment at 135 ℃, under the pressure of 11Mpa and for 9s to obtain the bulked fermented straws.
