As shown in figure 1, the bamboo shoot baking room comprises a material chamber, a hot air chamber, a baking frame and a dust collecting box.
The material chamber is connected with the hot air chamber side by side, and the material chamber and the hot air chamber are assembled through the heat-insulating wall board. The material chamber is communicated with the hot air chamber through a hot air port in the middle and an air return port at the top. The hot air port is positioned in the center of a partition wall between the material chamber and the hot air chamber, and the air return port is positioned at the top of the partition wall between the material chamber and the hot air chamber. And one end of the hot air port facing the material chamber is provided with an air swinging plate, and the air swinging plate is driven to swing by a motor. The air swing plate can swing up and down and left and right, so that hot air is blown to the material chamber to enable the material chamber to swing up, down, left and right. And a moisture exhaust window is arranged at the top of the material chamber. The moisture exhaust window may adjust the size of the opening as needed for exhausting moisture. The tail gas of the heating furnace is exhausted outdoors through the radiating pipe. The heat in the tail gas enters the hot air chamber through the radiating pipe, and enters the material chamber along with the air flow to heat and dry the bamboo shoots.

As shown in figure 1, the top end of the arc-shaped air deflector extends out of the opening of the dust collection box, the middle of the arc-shaped air deflector is connected through a connecting plate, and the bottom end of the arc-shaped air deflector is supported on the bottom wall of the dust collection box. The arc-shaped air deflector can be integrally taken out of the dust collecting box, so that bamboo shoot membranes and scraps in the dust collecting box can be conveniently cleaned, and the dust collecting box is more convenient to use.
As shown in figure 1, the lifting lugs are arranged at the top of the dust collection box in pairs, and the dust collection box can be lifted by two hands, so that the bamboo shoots can be conveniently moved out of a material chamber after being baked, and the dust collection box is prevented from slipping off from the hands.
As shown in fig. 1, a return air pipe is arranged at the top of the inner cavity of the material chamber. The return air pipe is arranged in the material chamber, so that heat loss can be avoided. The two ends of the return air pipe are connected with the two ends of the material chamber. One end of the return air pipe is sleeved in the return air inlet, the other end of the return air pipe is sleeved in the wall body of the material chamber at the other end of the return air pipe, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the return air pipe, the air inlet faces downwards, and the number of the air inlets can be multiple. The top of the hot air chamber is communicated with the material chamber through an air return pipe.
