As shown in figure 1, the bamboo shoot baking room comprises a material chamber, a hot air chamber, a baking frame and a dust collecting box.
The material chamber is connected with the hot air chamber side by side, and the material chamber and the hot air chamber are assembled through the heat-insulating wall board. The material chamber is communicated with the hot air chamber through a hot air port in the middle and an air return port at the top. The hot air port is positioned in the center of a partition wall between the material chamber and the hot air chamber, and the air return port is positioned at the top of the partition wall between the material chamber and the hot air chamber. And one end of the hot air port facing the material chamber is provided with an air swinging plate, and the air swinging plate is driven to swing by a motor. The air swing plate can swing up and down and left and right, so that hot air is blown to the material chamber to enable the material chamber to swing up, down, left and right. And a moisture exhaust window is arranged at the top of the material chamber. The moisture exhaust window may adjust the size of the opening as needed for exhausting moisture. A circulating fan, a radiating pipe and a heating furnace are sequentially arranged in the hot air chamber from top to bottom. The circulating fan is arranged between the hot air port and the air return port and close to the air return port, and the air direction of the circulating fan faces downwards, so that hot air circularly moves in the material chamber and the hot air chamber. The bottom ends of the radiating pipes are communicated with the top of the heating furnace, and the top ends of the radiating pipes are communicated with the outside of the hot blast chamber. The radiating pipe is arranged between the circulating fan and the heating furnace in an S shape. The heating furnace is lower than the hot air port. The tail gas of the heating furnace is exhausted outdoors through the radiating pipe. The heat in the tail gas enters the hot air chamber through the radiating pipe, and enters the material chamber along with the air flow to heat and dry the bamboo shoots.
The toasting rack has a plurality of, sets up in the material room side by side. The four corners of the bottom of the baking frame are provided with pulleys, so that the baking frame can push the material inlet and outlet chambers. The height of the dust collecting box is half of that of the ventilation space, so that hot air can pass through the dust collecting box and the ventilation space above the dust collecting box conveniently. The floor area of the dust collecting boxes is smaller than that of the baking rack, and the dust collecting boxes are a plurality of cuboids or cubes with the same height. The dust collecting boxes are laid on the ground of the material chamber outside the pulleys side by side and comprise the ground below the baking rack and the ground between the baking rack and the side wall of the material chamber. The box opening of the dust collection box is upward, arc-shaped air deflectors are arranged in the box opening at intervals, and the outer arc surfaces of the arc-shaped air deflectors face the hot air chamber. The dust collecting box is used for collecting the bamboo shoot membranes and the scraps flying off in the baking process. The air guide plate in the box opening is used for reducing hot air from blowing into the dust collection box and reducing bamboo shoot films and scraps in the dust collection box from flying again.
As shown in figure 1, the top end of the arc-shaped air deflector extends out of the opening of the dust collection box, the middle of the arc-shaped air deflector is connected through a connecting plate, and the bottom end of the arc-shaped air deflector is supported on the bottom wall of the dust collection box. The arc-shaped air deflector can be integrally taken out of the dust collecting box, so that bamboo shoot membranes and scraps in the dust collecting box can be conveniently cleaned, and the dust collecting box is more convenient to use.
As shown in figure 1, the lifting lugs are arranged at the top of the dust collection box in pairs, and the dust collection box can be lifted by two hands, so that the bamboo shoots can be conveniently moved out of a material chamber after being baked, and the dust collection box is prevented from slipping off from the hands.
As shown in fig. 1, a return air pipe is arranged at the top of the inner cavity of the material chamber. The return air pipe is arranged in the material chamber, so that heat loss can be avoided. The two ends of the return air pipe are connected with the two ends of the material chamber. One end of the return air pipe is sleeved in the return air inlet, the other end of the return air pipe is sleeved in the wall body of the material chamber at the other end of the return air pipe, an air inlet is formed in the bottom of the return air pipe, the air inlet faces downwards, and the number of the air inlets can be multiple. The top of the hot air chamber is communicated with the material chamber through an air return pipe. Through setting up the hot-blast main for the hot-blast that the hot-blast mouth blew off gets into the return air duct from the material room other end, gets into hot-blast room, can increase hot-blast flow path in the material room, improves and toasts efficiency.
