Abstract
The invention provides a universal cone sealing push-pull valve for a combustion furnace, which comprises a cylinder, a valve rod, a valve plate and a radial spherical plain bearing, wherein the cylinder is connected with one end of the valve rod; the valve plate can be adjusted universally relative to the valve rod, and when the air cylinder pushes the valve rod and drives the valve plate to seal the vent, the centripetal joint bearing enables the valve plate to adapt to the verticality error of the vent. Even if the valve rod and the valve port have verticality errors, the valve plate can be perfectly fit with the valve port through the universal radial bearing, the processing cost and the processing difficulty are reduced, and meanwhile, the frequency of valve maintenance is reduced.

As shown in figures 1-2, the universal cone sealing push-pull valve for the combustion furnace mainly comprises a base cylinder 1, a floating joint 2, a cylinder seat 3, a valve rod 4, a graphite copper sleeve 5, a valve rod support 6, a clamping plate 7, a valve plate 8, a graphite self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing 9 and other accessories. The valve plate 8 is fixed on the outer ring of the graphite self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing 9, and the valve rod 4 is fixed on the inner ring of the graphite self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing 9.
In the invention, the valve plate 8 has a universal adjusting function relative to the valve rod 4, the cylinder 1 pushes the valve rod 4 to move, and when the verticality of the valve rod 4 and the valve port is poor, the valve plate 8 self-adapts to the angle of the valve port through the graphite self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing 9, so that the parallelism of the valve plate 8 and the valve port is ensured to avoid air leakage.
Furthermore, the push-pull valve also comprises a floating joint 2, a cylinder seat 3, a graphite copper sleeve 5 and a valve rod support 6. The cylinder 1 is connected with a valve rod 4 through a floating joint 2. The inner side of the cylinder seat is provided with a graphite copper sleeve 5, and the outer side of the cylinder seat is provided with a valve rod support 6 for limiting the axial movement of the valve rod 4.
As a preferred embodiment, the valve plate 8 is made of two thin steel plates, and is elastically deformed under the pushing of the cylinder 1 to be matched with the inner taper of the valve port to form a conical hard seal, so that the sealing performance of the valve is greatly improved. As a specific example, the thin steel plate has the thickness of 1mm and the shape and the size are completely consistent.
Preferably, the two steel sheets of the valve plate 8 are reinforced by the clamping plate 7. The thin steel plate and the clamping plate are connected through screws.
According to the invention, two thin steel plates are used as the valve plate to provide elastic deformation, the valve plate provides self inner ring rigidity through the clamping plate, the valve plate contacts the valve port to deform under the pushing of the cylinder and is in tangential fit with the conical port, and the conical hard sealing mode greatly improves the sealing performance of the valve and reduces the sealing cost.

7. The universal cone sealing push-pull valve for the combustion furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the radial spherical plain bearing (9) is a graphite self-lubricating radial spherical plain bearing.

The universal cone sealing push-pull valve for the combustion furnace is characterized by further comprising a cylinder seat (3), wherein a graphite copper sleeve (5) is arranged on the inner side of the cylinder seat, and a valve rod support (6) is arranged on the outer side of the cylinder seat and used for limiting the axial movement of a valve rod (4).
