The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, the second water tank 3 is used for containing waste water generated when articles such as vegetables, grains and fruits are washed, the waste water does not contain impurities such as detergent and grease, the first water tank 2 is used for containing waste water generated when articles such as dishes and woks are washed, the waste water contains a large amount of impurities such as grease and detergent, the waste water contained in the second water tank 3 is filtered by the filter plate 8 and then flows through the horn cylinder 34, the turbine 35 generates torsion under the washing of the waste water and transmits the torsion to the semicircular gear 3030 through the third rotating shaft 31, the semicircular gear 3030 rotates under the driving of the torsion, when the semicircular gear 3030 is in contact with one driven gear 29, the torsion can be acted on the corresponding second bevel gear 25 through the driven gear 29 and the second rotating shaft 26 connected with the driven gear 29, and the linkage effect of the second bevel gear 25 and the first bevel gear 24 is utilized, a torsion force is applied to the first rotary shaft 10 by the worm 22 and the worm 22, when the semicircular gear 3030 is in contact with the other driven gear 29, the torsion force can be applied to the corresponding second bevel gear 25 by the driven gear 29 and the second rotary shaft 26 connected to the driven gear 29, the torsion force can be applied to the first rotary shaft 10 again by the worm 22 and the worm 22 by the linkage effect between the second bevel gear 25 and the first bevel gear 24, so that the first rotary shaft 10 performs the cyclic reciprocating forward and reverse rotation action in the first bearing 9, the driving frame 11 performs the synchronous action on the surface of the filter plate 8 under the driving of the first rotary shaft 10, in the process, on one hand, the first connecting pipe 7 uniformly sprays the waste water flowing out through the drainage pipe 5 on the surface of the filter plate 8, on the other hand, the brush plate 12 is driven by the driving frame 11, the garbage intercepted on the surface of the filter plate 8 is gathered together, when the brush plate 12 moves to the position corresponding to the sewage discharge outlet 16, because the magnetic poles of the opposite surfaces of the first magnetic block 13 and the second magnetic block 14 are opposite, the sealing cover 15 can be opened by utilizing the mutual repulsion force generated between the first magnetic block 13 and the second magnetic block 14, the garbage is guided out through the sewage discharge outlet 16 and finally is introduced into the garbage can through the first sewage discharge pipe 39, the garbage intercepted on the surface of the filter plate 8 can be directly guided out on the basis of not hindering the filtering of the waste water, thereby realizing that the garbage intercepted on the surface of the filter plate 8 is synchronously discharged during the filtering without manual auxiliary cleaning, further providing more effective convenient service for the life of people, cleaning and guiding out the filtered solid garbage, and utilizing forward and reverse stirring power during the rotation of the surface of the filter plate 8 by the brush plate 12, the solid garbage can be more effectively taken out of the filter holes, the filter plate 8 is prevented from being filtered for a long time, the filter holes of the filter plate 8 are prevented from being blocked by the solid garbage, the filtering efficiency is improved, the service life of the filter plate 8 is prolonged, after the wastewater is filtered by the filter plate 8, the activated carbon filter plate 36 is utilized, the activated carbon filter plate 36 contains part of chlorine-containing disinfectant, harmful substances such as peculiar smell and bacteria in the wastewater can be removed, the purity of the purified water is improved, the washed substances are prevented from being polluted in the second time, the external connection pipe 45 is used as a connection medium between the rotary faucet 4 and a municipal tap water pipe, the rotary faucet 4 can trigger the water pump 43 to operate when being opened, the purified domestic water can be led out by the second connection pipe 42 during the working process of the water pump 43, the purified domestic water is led into the external connection pipe 45 by the third connection pipe 44 at the output port of the water pump, and supplies water to the rotary faucet 4 simultaneously with the tap water in the tap water pipe.
