本发明涉及石材防护剂技术领域,用于增强对石材的保护效果,尤其涉及一种石材疏水防护剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
石材作为一种重要的建筑装饰材料,正日益受到人们的喜爱和重视,一方面由于石材具有很高的强度和良好的其他理化性能,被广泛的应用于建筑界各个领域,另一方面,由于其绚丽多姿的色彩,在外观上能满足人们的审美要求,但由于石材本身的多孔性质,使石材容易受到外部环境的影响而发生诸多病变,进而影响石材的美观和使用寿命,因此,在施工前对石材进行防护剂的喷涂是很重要的步骤。
石材防护剂均匀分布在石材表面或渗透到石材内部形成一种保护,使石材具有防水、防污、耐酸碱、抗老化、抗冻融、抗生物侵蚀等功能,从而达到提高石材使用寿命和装饰性能的效果;可分为防水性和防污性两大类,其中防水性防护剂就是能够对石材提供防水保护,防止石材受到水的损害的液体材料。
目前使用的石材防护剂主要以溶剂型防护剂为主,但是这类石材防护剂存在生产成本高,使用不便,甚至具有毒副作用的问题,虽然也出现了少数水性化的石材防护剂,但是其防水和防污效果不理想,不能起到对石材的防护效果。
发明内容
针对现有的石材防护剂存在生产成本高、使用不便、防护效果不好、甚至具有毒副作用的问题,本申请的目的在于提供一种石材疏水防护剂及其制备方法,该石材疏水防水剂中以含氟树脂和硅树脂为关键成分,采用金属催化剂进行催化反应,再协同其他原料组分的辅助效果,同时控制各原料组分之间的用量比,使该防护剂对石材的防护效果很好,实现了对石材的保护功能,而且制作工艺简单,生产成本低廉。
本发明提供的技术方案是一种石材疏水防护剂,按照重量百分比计,包括以下组分:1.3~5.9%的含氟树脂,1.3~5.9%的有机硅树脂,15~96%的溶剂,1~5‰的油性渗透剂,1~4‰的油性消泡剂,0.5~1‰的金属催化剂,1~3‰的油性除味剂。
通过上述技术方案,本发明以含氟树脂和有机硅树脂为主要成分,通过含氟树脂与硅树脂之间形成的一种网状结构来共同起到疏水的效果,其中硅树脂在金属催化剂的作用下,在底层形成密实的疏水层,氟树脂在硅树脂石材表面形成疏水结构,进而实现对石材的防水和保护的效果。
其中加入的油性渗透剂具有常温固化、热固值低、不易挥发、流动性强的优点,通过有效渗透,与石材中的化学成分发生化学反应,在三维空间形成一个网络结构,有效提高了石材的强度、密度和耐磨性,使石材起到不渗油、不渗水的效果。
其中加入的油性消泡剂具有消泡快、抑泡性能好、扩散性和渗透性好、化学性能稳定、安全性高的优点,使防水剂在制备过程中用时更短,制作效率更好,同时也提高了制备的防水剂的质量。
其中加入的油性除味剂主要起到除去异味的效果,降低制得的防护剂的刺激性气味,减少对环境的污染,实现了环保生产的效果,同时也避免了对工作人员的健康造成伤害。
进一步的,所述含氟树脂包括聚四氟乙烯树脂、氟丙树脂、全氟树脂、聚三氟氯乙烯、聚偏氟乙烯、乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物、乙烯-三氟氯乙烯共聚物中的任意一种或多种组合物。
进一步的,所述有机硅树脂包括甲基硅油、羟基硅油、氨基硅油、含氢硅油、偶联剂、偶联剂、甲基乙烯基硅橡胶中的任意一种或多种组合物。
进一步的,所述溶剂包括乙醇、甲醇、异丙醇、乙二醇、草酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯、甲苯、白电油、白油、D40、丙酮、D60中的任意一种。
进一步的,所述含氟树脂、有机硅树脂、溶剂之间的用量比为1:1:15~75。

实验检测
将实施例1~实施例6和对比例1~6中制备的石材疏水防护剂分别进行检测,其结果为实施例1~实施例6制备的石材防水保护剂均具有很好的疏水效果,其中当含氟树脂、有机硅树脂、溶剂之间的用量比为1:1:15时的疏水效果最好,即实施例3中制备的石材防护剂的疏水效果最好,而对比例1~对比例6中制备的防护剂的疏水效果均远低于本申请中的防护剂的疏水效果,而且当对比例中的含氟树脂与溶剂的比例为1:30时,疏水效果就已经很差了,但是本申请通过添加有机硅树脂,当含氟树脂、有机硅树脂、溶剂之间的用量比到1:1:75时,依然具有很好的疏水效果,主要是由于有机硅树脂和含氟树脂的浓度高,且含氟树脂与有机硅树脂形成一种网状结构,共同起到了疏水的效果,其中硅树脂在金属催化剂作用下在底层形成密实疏水层,氟树脂在有机硅树脂石材表面形成疏水结构。
