The mechanism is provided with a clutch device 253, when the guide rail driving motor 251 rotates, only the first driving gear 254 can be selectively driven, and the first driving gear 254 and the second driving gear 255 can be simultaneously driven, when only the first driving gear 254 is driven, the first guide rail 231 can extend and contract. When the first driving gear 254 and the second driving gear 255 are simultaneously driven, the first guide rail 231 and the second guide rail 232 are fixed, and the hanger body 21 moves along the guide rails. The clutch shaft catch 2533 on the drive shaft 2532 engages the first drive gear 254 and the second drive gear 255 by the second electromagnet 252 attracting and repelling the clutch shaft. The driving shaft 2532 transmits power to the first driving gear 254 or the second driving gear 255, and the driving shaft 2532 is connected to the guide driving motor 251 through the driving worm 2531 to obtain power. The first guide rail 231 is a fixed guide rail, and has a sliding groove plate 256 thereon, and the sliding groove plate 256 is provided with a Z-shaped sliding groove 2561. When the first guide rail 231 is unfolded, the rack slider 257 moves up and down along the zigzag sliding groove 2561, and at this time, the rack crank 258 moves rightward, and the support frame 24 connected with the rack crank is unfolded. The support 24 is closed when the steel rails are retracted.
Referring to fig. 1 to 17, the working principle of the crane provided in this embodiment is as follows:
when the hanger body 21 moves to the position close to the headstock, the hanger body will be close to the gantry folding mechanism, at this time, the first worm locking block 2251 and the second worm locking block 2252 on the hanger body 21 will be compressed inward by the folding driving mechanism, and at this time, the worm wheel shaft 23422 can rotate. Then, the folding driving motor 2344 and the speed reducer 2343 can drive the folding worm 2342 to rotate, so as to drive the bearing rod 211 to fold downwards. When the hanger body 21 is unfolded, since the hanger body 21 does not contact the engaging block 2345, the first worm locking block 2251 and the second worm locking block 2252 pop out under the action of the first locking elastic piece 2253 and the second locking elastic piece 2254, the worm wheel shaft 23422 located between the first worm locking block 2251 and the second worm locking block 2252 is locked, and the hanger body 21 is not bent, thereby protecting the safety of the mobile crane.
The horizontal movement and actuation of the translational lifting mechanism 22 share a common set of power. When the first electromagnet 222 is attracted, the shifting rod 223 shifts the transposition gear 225 upwards, at the moment, the power is transmitted to the horizontal moving gear 2272, and the hoisting device can move left and right. When the first electromagnet 222 is repelled, the shift lever 223 moves downward, and the transposition gear 225 transmits power to the hoisting driving gear 2261, and the reel 2262 drives the wire cable 2263 to hoist the goods. When the hoist driving motor 224 does not drive the reel 2262, a self-locking mechanism is provided inside the reel 2262, and the reel 2262 does not operate, thereby preventing the goods from falling.
When the first guide rail 231 is unfolded, the rack slider 257 moves up and down along the zigzag sliding groove 2561, and at this time, the rack crank 258 moves rightward, and the support frame 24 connected with the rack crank is unfolded. The support 24 is closed when the steel rails are retracted.
Compared with the prior art, the automobile crane provided by the embodiment adopts a gantry crane structure, uses the hanger body, the translation hoisting mechanism, the track, the support frame and the unfolding and folding driving mechanism, and respectively controls the gantry hanger or the support frame to be in an unfolding and/or folding state through the unfolding and folding driving mechanism, so that the gantry hanger horizontally moves relative to the track when unfolded or is folded at the front end of the carriage when folded; the support frame is moved out of the track when being unfolded so as to be supported on the ground or is folded in the track when being stored. The automobile crane provided by the embodiment has high automation degree and good safety; the use is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved; the space is not occupied when the automobile is stored, and the space of the automobile compartment is saved.

Claims (10)

1. the hanger body (21) is provided with a bearing rod (211), a support rod (212) and a portal frame folding mechanism connected between the bearing rod (211) and the support rod (212), the portal frame folding mechanism comprises a first rotating arm (2131) arranged on the end part of the bearing rod (211), a second rotating arm (2132) arranged on the end part of the supporting rod (212), a first rotating shaft (2133) and a folding driving mechanism, wherein the first rotating shaft (2133) and the folding driving mechanism are arranged on the first rotating arm (2131) and the second rotating arm (2132), the folding driving mechanism comprises a folding gear (2341) arranged at the first rotating arm (2131), a folding worm (2342) arranged at the second rotating arm (2132) and matched with the folding gear (2341), a speed reducer (2343) connected with the folding worm (2342), and a folding driving motor (2344) connected with the speed reducer (2343).
