Abstract
The invention relates to an openable rear side window with a hidden pressure relief function, which comprises a side wall metal plate, an interior trim part, rear side window glass and a clamping sealing strip, wherein the side wall metal plate is provided with a rear side window hole; a pressure relief opening is formed in the area, close to the car door, of the outer plate of the lower side wall of the rear side window, and the rear side window glass covers the pressure relief opening while covering the rear side window hole; one end of the rear side window glass is hinged with the side wall metal plate, and the other end of the rear side window glass is connected with the side wall metal plate through a clamping lock. The front section of the side window hole is provided with a pressure relief opening, and the outside of the side window hole is covered with rear side window glass, so that the pressure relief opening cannot be observed from the outside of a cab, and a hidden pressure relief function is realized; the front section of the rear side window glass is connected with the side wall metal plate through a single-piece hinge, and the rear end of the rear side window glass is connected through a clamping lock, so that the rear side window glass can be opened at a smaller angle.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a rear side window of a commercial truck cab, in particular to an openable rear side window with a hidden pressure relief function.
Background
In general, a rear side window or an openable rear side window is not arranged on a side wall of a truck, and a pressure relief opening or an air outlet (mainly used for achieving outdoor exhaust through one-way pressure relief of the pressure relief opening when positive pressure is formed in a cab, for example, when gravity is closed, so that internal and external pressure balance is achieved) is arranged on the rear side wall. There are mainly the following problems: 1. the side wall is not provided with a rear side window to influence the lighting effect of the rear area in the cab; 2. the ventilation requirement of the rear side sleeping berth of the cab is limited only by the rear side window which cannot be opened on the side wall; 3. the independently arranged pressure relief vent usually arranged on the back wall affects the appearance integrity and the attractiveness; and because the heat insulation board is close to the engine, the sound insulation and heat insulation effect at the position is poor, and the comfort degree of a sleeping area of the rear sleeper is influenced.

In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an openable rear side window with a hidden pressure relief function.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: an openable rear side window with a hidden pressure relief function comprises a side wall metal plate, an interior trim part, rear side window glass and a clamping sealing strip, wherein a rear side window hole is formed in the side wall metal plate, the rear side window glass covers the rear side window hole, and the clamping sealing strip is arranged between the rear side window glass and the side wall metal plate and between the rear side window glass and the interior trim part; the method is characterized in that: a pressure relief opening is formed in the area, close to the car door, of the outer plate of the lower side wall of the rear side window, and the rear side window glass covers the pressure relief opening while covering the rear side window hole; one end of the rear side window glass is hinged with the side wall metal plate, and the other end of the rear side window glass is connected with the side wall metal plate through a clamping lock.
Preferably, the rear side window glass is hinged with the side wall metal plate through a hinge, and can be opened by 10 degrees at the rear end.
Furthermore, the hinge is of a spring plate type structure, one end of the hinge is connected with the rear side window glass, and the other end of the hinge is connected with the side wall metal plate.
Preferably, a gap is left between the rear window glass and the pressure relief opening in the closed state.
Preferably, the pressure relief port is used for one-way pressure relief, and air in the cab flows out of the cab in one way.
The beneficial effects obtained by the invention are as follows: the glass coverage area of the rear side window is larger than that of the traditional rear side window, and the boundary of the front section is directly bordered by the vehicle door; the front section of the side window hole is provided with a pressure relief opening, and the pressure relief opening cannot be observed from the outside of the cab due to the fact that rear side window glass covers the opening; due to the gap between the edge of the rear side window glass and the vehicle door, even if the rear side window is completely closed, the pressure can still be released to the outside when the pressure in the cab is positive, so that a hidden pressure release function is realized; the front section of the rear side window glass is connected with the side wall metal plate through a single-piece hinge, and the rear end of the rear side window glass is connected through a clamping lock, so that the rear side window glass can be opened at a small angle (10 degrees).

As shown in fig. 1-4, the openable rear side window with the hidden pressure relief function comprises a side wall metal plate 4, an interior trim part 5, rear side window glass 1 and a clamping sealing strip 2, wherein a rear side window hole 8 is formed in the side wall metal plate 1, the boundary of the front section of the rear side window glass 1 is directly bordered by a vehicle door and covers the rear side window hole 8, and compared with the traditional side window glass, the openable rear side window with the hidden pressure relief function has the advantage that the coverage area is larger. A clamping sealing strip 2 is arranged between the rear side window glass 1 and the side wall metal plate 4 and the interior trim part 5 at the rear side window hole 8, so that the sealing property of the rear side window after being completely closed is ensured; a pressure relief opening 3 is formed in the area, close to the vehicle door (close to the door opening side), of the outer plate of the lower side wall of the rear side window, the rear side window glass 1 covers the rear side window opening 8 and also covers the pressure relief opening 3, the pressure relief opening 3 cannot be observed from the outer side of the cab, and the hidden pressure relief function is realized; one end of the rear side window glass 1 is hinged with the side wall metal plate 4, and the other end of the rear side window glass is connected with the side wall metal plate 4 through the clamping lock 7, so that the small-angle opening of the rear side window glass 1 is realized.
In this embodiment, the rear side window glass 1 is hinged to the side wall metal plate 4 through the hinge 6, and can be opened by 10 degrees at the rear end. The hinge 6 is of a spring sheet type structure, one end of the hinge is connected with the rear side window glass 1, and the other end of the hinge is connected with the side wall metal plate 4.
In this embodiment, a gap is still left between the rear window glass 1 and the pressure relief port 3 in the closed state, and even if the side window is closed, the pressure can be relieved to the outside when the pressure in the cab is positive.
In this embodiment, the pressure relief port 3 is configured to perform one-way pressure relief, so that air in the cab flows out of the cab in one direction.

An openable rear side window with a hidden pressure relief function comprises a side wall metal plate, an interior trim part, rear side window glass and a clamping sealing strip, wherein a rear side window hole is formed in the side wall metal plate, the rear side window glass covers the rear side window hole, and the clamping sealing strip is arranged between the rear side window glass and the side wall metal plate and between the rear side window glass and the interior trim part; the method is characterized in that: a pressure relief opening is formed in the area, close to the car door, of the outer plate of the lower side wall of the rear side window, and the rear side window glass covers the pressure relief opening while covering the rear side window hole; one end of the rear side window glass is hinged with the side wall metal plate, and the other end of the rear side window glass is connected with the side wall metal plate through a clamping lock.
