The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a cylinder hole honing clamping device which can adjust the actual arrangement form of clamping points and the arrangement number of the clamping points according to the stress deformation state of a cylinder hole, can flexibly adjust the positions and the number of the clamping points, and solves the problems of the diameter and the roundness of the cylinder hole caused by the stress deformation of the cylinder hole.

The working principle is as follows: as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the cylinder bore honing clamping device 10 of the present invention is driven by a driving device (e.g., an oil cylinder) 12 through a linear guide rail 11 and a related connecting device to clamp or loosen a workpiece, and the clamping device and a driving system are fixed by a fixing base 13; before clamping a workpiece 9, cooling liquid is sprayed to a honing tool 17 and a cylinder body cylinder hole 14 through a cooling liquid nozzle; after the cylinder bore honing clamping device 10 clamps the workpiece 9, the cylinder bore clamping block 3 is clamped on the cylinder bore peripheral supporting part 15; the clamping device is limited by the cylinder hole limiting block 4 and the supporting limiting block 5, the honing tool 17 and the cylinder body cylinder hole 14 are flushed by cooling liquid, and the honing tool 17 is driven by the honing connecting rod 16 to process the workpiece cylinder hole 14. For an engine block with multiple cylinder holes, after the current hole machining is completed, the cylinder hole honing clamping device 10 and the honing tool 17 are lifted and moved to the next cylinder hole 14 for positioning and clamping, the honing tool 17 starts machining of a second hole, and meanwhile, cooling liquid washes the honing tool 17 and the cylinder block cylinder hole 14.
