Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machining of parts of a CVT (continuously variable transmission), in particular to a finish machining device for a movable pressure plate with a wheel shaft of the CVT.
Background
A movable pressure plate with (input and output) wheel shafts of a CVT gearbox is shown in figures 1 and 2 and comprises a conical cover cap P1 and a cylinder P2 connected to the lower end of the cover cap P1, and the movable pressure plate is provided with a step-shaped through hole penetrating through the cover cap P1 and the cylinder P2 in the axial direction, wherein the through hole is positioned on the cylinder P2 and is formed with a tooth socket P21. After the movable pressing plate is formed or roughly processed, the tooth grooves P21, the outer conical surface P11 of the cap P1 and the through hole P12 need to be finely processed. In the traditional machining, the movable pressing plate is subjected to finish machining through three different devices, and as the movable pressing plate needs to be repeatedly clamped, the positioning precision cannot be ensured, the finish machining quality is poor, and the machining efficiency is low; although the existing manufacturers also adopt a multi-axis machining center for machining, the machining efficiency still needs to be further improved although the finish machining quality can be ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a finish machining device for a movable pressure plate with a wheel shaft of a CVT (continuously variable transmission), which can solve the technical problem of low efficiency of finish machining of tooth grooves of the movable pressure plate, outer conical surfaces of a cover cap and through holes of the movable pressure plate by using the conventional machining equipment.
Its technical scheme is such, CVT gearbox's band pulley axle's activity clamp plate's finish machining device, including work piece conveying mechanism, work piece main shaft, tooth's socket grinding mechanism, perforation grinding mechanism and outer conical surface grinding mechanism, its characterized in that:
the workpiece conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt which performs rotary motion in a horizontal plane, the conveying belt is connected with a workpiece supporting base, and a movable pressing plate to be processed is supported on the workpiece supporting base in a vertical mode that a cover cap faces downwards;
the workpiece main shaft is arranged at the output end of the vertical conveying mechanism, the vertical conveying mechanism is arranged at the output end of the horizontal conveying mechanism, and the workpiece main shaft is provided with a clamp for clamping the cylinder part of the movable pressing plate;
the tooth socket grinding mechanism, the perforation grinding mechanism and the outer conical surface grinding mechanism are arranged below the horizontal conveying mechanism and are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the horizontal conveying mechanism, and when the perforation grinding mechanism carries out grinding machining on an inner hole of the movable pressing plate, the outer conical surface grinding mechanism can synchronously carry out grinding machining on the outer conical surface of the movable pressing plate.
Furthermore, the workpiece conveying mechanism is provided with a proximity switch and a limiting cylinder at a picking and placing station of the movable pressing plate, and a stop block is arranged at the end part of a movable cover of the limiting cylinder.
Furthermore, the workpiece supporting base is provided with a movable base plate and a fixed base plate, the periphery of the movable base plate is elastically connected with the fixed base plate through springs, the middle part of the movable base plate is in guide fit with the fixed base plate through a guide pillar, a U-shaped support is arranged below a picking and placing station of the movable pressing plate of the conveying mechanism, the U-shaped support is connected with a lifting cylinder and is in guide fit with a cylinder support, and the lifting cylinder is mounted on the cylinder support.
The finish machining device can continuously machine three parts of a workpiece by clamping the movable pressing plate at one time without repeated clamping, has high positioning precision, and the tooth socket grinding mechanism, the perforation grinding mechanism and the outer conical surface grinding mechanism are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the horizontal conveying mechanism, so that the inner hole and the outer conical surface of the movable pressing plate can be synchronously machined, and the machining efficiency of the device can be effectively improved.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the finish machining device for the movable pressing plate of the pulley shaft of the CVT transmission comprises a workpiece conveying mechanism 10, a workpiece spindle 20, a tooth space grinding mechanism 50, a perforation grinding mechanism 60 and an external conical surface grinding mechanism 70, wherein the workpiece conveying mechanism 10 comprises a conveying belt which performs rotary motion in a horizontal plane, the conveying belt is connected with a workpiece supporting base, and the movable pressing plate P to be machined is supported on the workpiece supporting base in a vertical mode that a cover cap faces downwards;
the workpiece spindle 20 is mounted at the output end of the vertical conveying mechanism 30, the vertical conveying mechanism 30 is mounted at the output end of the horizontal conveying mechanism 40, the workpiece spindle 20 is provided with a clamp for clamping a cylinder part of a movable pressing plate, specifically, the vertical conveying mechanism comprises a vertical sliding table 31, a vertical sliding rail 32 mounted on a horizontal sliding table 41, a vertical screw-nut pair and a vertical servo motor, the vertical sliding table 31 is guided by the vertical sliding rail 32, is driven by the vertical screw-nut pair and is driven by the vertical servo motor, the horizontal conveying mechanism comprises a horizontal sliding table 41, a horizontal sliding rail 42 mounted on a rack, a horizontal screw-nut pair 43 and a horizontal servo motor, and the horizontal sliding table 41 is guided by the horizontal sliding rail 42, is driven by the horizontal screw-nut pair;
the tooth groove grinding mechanism 50, the perforation grinding mechanism 60 and the outer conical surface grinding mechanism 70 are arranged below the horizontal conveying mechanism 40 and are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of the horizontal conveying mechanism 40, the axis of a grinding wheel of the perforation grinding mechanism 60 is vertically arranged, the axis of the grinding wheel of the outer conical surface grinding mechanism 70 is obliquely arranged, the grinding end face of the grinding wheel is matched with the conical surface of the cover cap of the movable pressing plate, and through the control of the installation distance of the perforation grinding mechanism 60 and the outer conical surface grinding mechanism 70, when the perforation grinding mechanism 60 carries out grinding processing on the inner hole of the movable pressing plate, the outer conical surface grinding mechanism 70 can synchronously carry out grinding processing on the outer conical surface of the movable pressing plate.
A proximity switch 15 and a limiting cylinder 16 are arranged at a picking and placing station of the movable pressing plate of the workpiece conveying mechanism 10, a stop block is arranged at the end part of a movable cover of the limiting cylinder 16, when the workpiece supporting base reaches the picking and placing station, the proximity switch 15 senses the workpiece supporting base, a controller controls the conveying belt to stop running, and a piston rod of the limiting cylinder 16 extends out to fix the workpiece supporting base; specifically, the workpiece supporting base is provided with a fixed base plate 111 and a movable base plate 112, a positioning column matched with the movable pressing plate is arranged in the middle of the upper end face of the movable base plate 112, the lower end face of the movable base plate 112 is elastically connected with the fixed base plate 111 through a spring 113 and is matched with the fixed base plate through a guide column in a guiding mode, the conveying mechanism is located on the movable pressing plate, a U-shaped support 12 is arranged below a picking and placing station, conical positioning pins 121 matched with positioning blocks of the bottom wall of the fixed base plate are arranged at the tops of two side walls of the U-shaped support, the U-shaped support 12 is connected with a lifting cylinder 13 and. After the workpiece spindle reaches the pick-and-place station, the lifting cylinder drives the U-shaped support 12 to ascend, firstly, the U-shaped support 12 is matched with the fixing base plate 111 of the workpiece supporting base in a positioning mode, then, the U-shaped support, the workpiece supporting base and the workpiece further ascend until the column part of the workpiece extends into a clamp of the workpiece spindle and is clamped and fixed by the clamp. In the process, the workpiece is clamped by the clamp after being lifted, and the movable base plate is elastically connected with the fixed base plate through the spring and is in guide fit through the guide pillar, so that the impact between the workpiece and the clamp can be reduced, the quality of the workpiece is ensured, and the service life of the clamp is prolonged.
