The invention has the technical effects that: in the process of automatically assembling the heat pipe fins, the heat radiating fin feeding device conducts guiding to single heat radiating fins and guides the heat radiating fins to the welding positioning device, welding and installing of a plurality of groups of heat radiating fins are conducted, then the reserved heat pipe is guided and installed to the position of the welded heat radiating fins by the aid of the reserved heat pipe installing device, and further automatic installation of a heat radiating fin assembly is completed.

It is to be understood that the following text is merely illustrative of one or more specific embodiments of the invention and does not strictly limit the scope of the invention as specifically claimed. As used herein, the terms "parallel" and "perpendicular" are not limited to their strict geometric definitions, but include tolerances for machining or human error, legibility and inconsistency;
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the structure of the heat sink includes a plurality of heat dissipation fins a arranged in parallel at intervals, positioning blocks are arranged on two sides of each heat dissipation fin a, the positioning blocks of the plurality of heat dissipation fins a are clamped into a whole and welded to each other, a clamping head a is arranged at one end of each heat dissipation fin a, the clamping head a at the upper end of the welded heat dissipation fins a in multiple rows forms a clamping port of a clamping cover plate B, a clamping groove with a large semicircular section is arranged on the cover plate B, a bent heat pipe C penetrates through the clamping groove, a reserved heat pipe D and a metal pipe E are arranged at one end of each heat dissipation fin, one end of the heat pipe C is inserted into one end of the reserved heat pipe D, and the whole heat sink can be formed and then installed with an LED module.
Specific features of the automated heat sink production system are described in detail below with reference to fig. 1 to 26:
an automatic production system of a radiator comprises a radiating fin feeding device 100, wherein an outlet of the radiating fin feeding device 100 is communicated with an inlet of a welding positioning device 200, a reserved heat pipe installation device 300 is arranged beside the welding positioning device 200, the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 is used for welding and fixing a heat pipe and a radiating fin, a nickel metal pipe feeding device 600 is arranged beside the welding positioning device 200, the nickel metal pipe feeding device 600 sleeves the nickel metal pipe outside the heat pipe at the outlet of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300, a welding unit is arranged on the welding positioning device 200, and the welding unit is used for welding the outer walls of the radiating fin and the nickel metal pipe;
in the process of automatically assembling the heat pipe, the heat dissipation fin feeding device 100 conducts the guiding of the single heat dissipation fin and the guiding to the welding positioning device 200, conducts the welding installation of the plurality of groups of heat dissipation fins, and further completes the automatic installation of the heat dissipation fin assembly.
When the heat pipe is installed, the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 guides the unit nickel metal pipe guided out by the nickel metal pipe feeding device 600 to the position of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300, so that the nickel metal pipe is sleeved outside the reserved heat pipe, the nickel metal pipe is attached to the inner wall of the unit heat dissipation fins, the contact area of the unit heat dissipation fins can be effectively increased, and the heat dissipation effect of the unit heat dissipation fins is further improved.
Specifically, the feeding device 100 for the heat dissipation fins comprises a feeding groove plate 110, wherein the feeding groove plate 110 is horizontally arranged, a vertical guide plate 120 is arranged at an outlet of the feeding groove plate 110, a discharge channel 130 is arranged beside the vertical guide plate 120, the vertical guide plate 120 is arranged on a deflection mechanism, and the deflection mechanism drives the vertical guide plate 120 to assume a vertical state and a horizontal state;
the heat dissipation fins of the unit are guided and sent on the feeding groove plate 110 and are guided to the position of the vertical guide plate 120 from the feeding groove plate 110, when the deflection mechanism drives the vertical guide plate 120 to be in a vertical state, the single heat dissipation fin is guided to the position of the discharge channel 130 to stack the heat dissipation fins, so that the plurality of heat dissipation fins can be arranged together in order to ensure the accuracy of welding the heat dissipation fins;
specifically, a pressure head plate 140 is arranged above the feeding trough plate 110, the pressure head plate 140 vertically ascends and descends and vertically pushes the heat dissipation fins at the outlet position of the feeding trough plate 110 into the vertical guide plate 120, and an electromagnetic adsorption mechanism is arranged on the pressure head plate 140 and performs adsorption operation on the single heat dissipation fins;
when the material guiding operation of the single heat dissipation fins on the feeding chute plate 110 is performed, the pressure head plate 140 moves vertically, so that the single heat dissipation fins at the outlet position of the feeding chute plate 110 are guided to the position of the discharging channel 130, and the electromagnetic adsorption mechanism is started to adsorb the single heat dissipation fins, thereby preventing the single heat dissipation fins from falling off the pressure head plate 140.
After the plurality of heat dissipation fins are discharged from the discharge channel 130, a pushing mechanism is disposed beside the discharge channel 130, and the pushing mechanism is used for horizontally pushing the stacked heat dissipation fins to the welding and positioning device 200 for welding and fixing.
The two sides of the outlet position of the feed groove plate 110 are provided with baffle plates 111, the baffle plates 111 are hinged at the outlet position of the feed groove plate 110, the hinged shaft of the baffle plates 111 is horizontal and parallel to the length direction of the feed groove plate 110, the hinged shaft of the baffle plates 111 is sleeved with a torsional spring, the torsional spring enables the surface of the baffle plates 111 to be horizontal, and one end of the hinged shaft of the baffle plates 111 is provided with a vertical baffle plate 112;
when guiding and conveying of single radiating fins are carried out, after the radiating fins are guided out to the feeding groove plate 110 through the punching mechanism, the baffle plate 111 carries out blocking and positioning on the single radiating fins, the pressing head plate 140 is started to move vertically, the torsion spring is overcome, the single radiating fins are guided out, stacking of the radiating fins is further achieved, and welding and installation of multiple groups of radiating fins are completed.
More specifically, an avoiding pressing plate 141 is arranged below the pressure head plate 140, the avoiding pressing plate 141 and the pressure head plate 140 are arranged on the pressure head plate 140 in a parallel and vertical sliding manner, an avoiding spring 142 is arranged between the pressure head plate 140 and the avoiding pressing plate 141, a lifting rod 143 is arranged above the pressure head plate 140, the lifting rod 143 is vertical and provided with a rack, a lifting gear 144 is arranged on the side of the rack of the lifting rod 143 in a meshing manner, and the lifting gear 144 is connected with a lifting motor 145;
when the single heat dissipation fin is guided out, the lifting motor 145 is started to move the head plate 140 up and down, so that the single heat dissipation fin is guided out to the vertical guide plate 120, and the stacking of the plurality of heat dissipation fins is performed, so that the stacking of the heat dissipation fins is orderly.
More specifically, the vertical guide plate 120 is integrally configured in a shape of a slotted plate, an abutting plate 121 is arranged at a slot of the vertical guide plate 120, the abutting plate 121 and the vertical guide plate 120 form a sliding fit along the depth direction of the slot of the vertical guide plate 120, the abutting plate 121 and one side of the slot of the vertical guide plate 120 are connected through an abutting spring 122, an abutting roller 123 is arranged on the abutting plate 121 in a suspending manner, the wheel center of the abutting roller 123 is arranged in parallel with the abutting plate 121, an abutting folding plate 146 is arranged on the head pressing plate 140, the abutting folding plate 146 abuts against or is far away from the abutting roller 123, and the abutting plate 121 and the slot of the vertical guide plate 120 are far away or close;
when the alignment operation of the plurality of heat dissipation fins guided into the vertical guide plate 120 is performed, the above-mentioned head pressing plate 140 moves vertically, so that the abutting folding plate 146 abuts against the abutting roller 123, so that the abutting plate 121 is far away, so that the single heat dissipation fin is stacked in the vertical guide plate 120, and then under the elastic force of the abutting spring 122, the abutting plate 121 abuts against one side of the heat dissipation fin, so that the alignment operation of the heat dissipation fins is performed, it is convenient for the plurality of heat dissipation fins to be aligned by flattening after being arranged on the vertical guide plate 120, and then the deflection mechanism is used to make the vertical guide plate 120 horizontal, so that the plurality of heat dissipation fins are guided out.
More specifically, the deflection mechanism includes a deflection shaft horizontally disposed on one side of the vertical guide plate 120, the deflection shaft is rotatably disposed on the frame, a deflection arm 147 is disposed at one end of the deflection shaft, a deflection rod is disposed on the deflection arm 147, the deflection rod is hinged to a piston rod of a deflection oil cylinder 148, a cylinder body of the deflection oil cylinder 148 is hinged to the frame, and the deflection oil cylinder 148 drives the vertical guide plate 120 to assume a vertical state and a horizontal state;
the deflection cylinder 148 is actuated to rotate the deflection shaft, thereby deflecting the vertically disposed vertical guide plate 120 to a horizontal charge and then push out to the discharge position of the discharge chute 130.
More specifically, in order to implement the guiding out of the plurality of heat dissipation fins, when the length direction of the vertical guide plate 120 is horizontal, one side of the vertical guide plate 120 is provided with a push plate 130, the push plate 130 is vertical, and one side of the push plate 130 is connected with a piston rod of a push cylinder 131, and the piston rod of the push cylinder 131 is horizontal and parallel to the length direction of the vertical guide plate 120;
the pushing cylinder 131 is started to make the pushing plate 130 move horizontally, so that the pushing plate 130 moves horizontally, and the plurality of heat dissipation fins are guided out to the position of the discharging channel 130.
More specifically, the discharging channel 130 is horizontally arranged and is arranged flush with the upper plate surface of the groove bottom of the horizontal vertical guide plate 120, a positioning opening 131 is arranged on the discharging channel 130, a gap maintaining positioning head 132 is arranged in the positioning opening 131, and the gap maintaining positioning head 132 vertically ascends and descends and is inserted into the gap between adjacent heat dissipation fins;
when the alignment operation of the plurality of sets of heat dissipation fins led out to the position of the discharging channel 130 is performed, the gap maintaining positioning head 132 extends out of the positioning opening 131, and the gap maintaining positioning head 132 is led into the gap between the heat dissipation fins, so that the heat dissipation fins maintain equal gaps, and the plurality of sets of heat dissipation fins are arranged in order, so as to ensure the welding operation of the plurality of sets of aligned heat dissipation fins, and ensure the welding accuracy of the heat dissipation fins.
More specifically, the gap-retaining positioning head 132 includes two gap-retaining arms 1321 hinged to each other, hinge shafts of the two gap-retaining arms 1321 are horizontal and form a V-shaped structure with the gap-retaining positioning head 132 as a whole, a torsion spring is sleeved on the hinge shafts of the gap-retaining arms 1321 and the gap-retaining positioning head 132, the torsion spring keeps overhanging ends of the two gap-retaining arms 1321 away from each other, a guide rotating rod 1322 is disposed at a lower end of the gap-retaining positioning head 132, the guide rotating rod 1322 is vertical and is sleeved on the pipe sleeve 133, a spiral groove 1331 is disposed in the pipe sleeve 133, a deflecting convex column 1323 is disposed on the guide rotating rod 1322, the deflecting convex column 1323 extends into the spiral groove 1331, and a lower end of the guide rotating rod 1322 is connected to a piston rod of the gap-retaining cylinder 134;
when the gap maintaining for the plurality of radiator fins is performed, the gap maintaining cylinder 134 vertically moves, so that the guide rotating slide rod 1322 rotates along the pipe sleeve 133, and the guide rotating rod 1322 rotates, so that the gap maintaining positioning head 132 abuts against the adjacent radiator fin, to ensure that equal intervals are maintained between two radiator fins, so that the positions of the welding ends of the radiator fins are aligned with each other, and to ensure the accuracy of welding.
More specifically, the lower end of the guiding rotary slide rod 1322 is rotatably disposed on the holding bracket plate 1325 through a supporting bearing 1324, and the piston rod of the gap holding cylinder 134 is connected to the holding bracket plate 1325;
when the gap maintaining positioning head 132 is vertically driven, in the process that the deflecting convex column 1323 on the guide rotating slide rod 1322 abuts against and slides against the spiral groove 1331, the guide rotating slide rod 1322 rotates, so that the gap maintaining positioning head 132 rotates, and further, the adjacent heat pipe fins keep equal intervals, and the stacking operation of the heat pipe fins is ensured.
Specifically, an avoiding opening 1201 which is staggered with the positioning opening 131 is formed at the bottom of one end groove of the vertical guide plate 120; when the vertical guide plate 120 rotates, the avoiding opening 1201 of the vertical guide plate 120 and the positioning opening 131 form avoiding, so that the vertical guide plate 120 can be ensured to rotate to a horizontal state, the vertical guide plate 120 is ensured to be close to the discharging channel 130, and the heat dissipation fins can be effectively pushed.
More specifically, in order to implement sliding abutting of two sides of the upper heat dissipation fins and conveniently implement position adjustment of the heat dissipation fins, the overhanging ends of the two gap retaining arms 1321 are provided with balls, the balls abut against the plate surfaces of the adjacent heat dissipation fins, one side of the discharge channel 130 is provided with an alignment rod 150, the alignment rod 150 is horizontal and is connected with a lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism drives the alignment rod 150 to move up and down and implements alignment operation of one side of the heat dissipation fins.
Specifically, after the gap maintaining positioning head 132 maintains a certain gap between the heat dissipating fins, an end of the discharging channel 130 is provided with a pressing baffle 160, the pressing baffle 160 is vertical and connected to the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism drives the pressing baffle 160 to move vertically and perform a pressing action on an end of the heat pipe fins.
Preferably, the aligning rod 150 is rotatably disposed at one end of the aligning cantilever 151, the other end of the aligning cantilever 151 is hinged to the lifting plate 152, and a torsion spring is sleeved on a hinge shaft of the aligning cantilever 151 and enables the aligning cantilever 151 to face to two side positions of the discharging channel 130;
when the alignment, crimping and alignment operation of one side of the heat sink fins is performed, the lifting plate 152 vertically moves, so that the alignment rod 150 on the alignment cantilever 151 abuts against one side of the heat sink fins, and further the elastic abutment of one side of the heat sink fins is realized until the alignment operation of one side of the heat sink fins is realized.
More specifically, a side plate surface of the extrusion baffle 160 is provided with an extrusion roller 161, a wheel center of the extrusion roller 161 is horizontal and is arranged in parallel with the length direction of the extrusion baffle 160, a wheel carrier of the extrusion roller 161 is horizontally arranged on the extrusion baffle 160 through an extrusion sliding rod 162 in a sliding manner, a rod end of the extrusion sliding rod 162 is horizontally arranged at the upper end of the extrusion baffle 160 in a sliding manner, an extrusion spring 163 is sleeved on a rod body of the extrusion sliding rod 162, two ends of the extrusion spring 163 are respectively abutted against the wheel carriers of the extrusion baffle 160 and the extrusion roller 161, the extrusion baffle 160 is connected with the lifting plate 152, and the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting cylinder 170 connected with the lifting plate 152;
when one end of the heat dissipation fins is pressed against the heat dissipation fins, the lifting cylinder 170 moves vertically, and the bible plate 152 is lifted, so as to lift the pressing baffle 160, and then the pressing roller 161 is pressed against one side of the heat dissipation fins, under the elastic pressing force of the pressing spring 163, the pressing roller 161 presses one side of the heat dissipation fins, and further, the alignment and pressing operation of the heat dissipation fins is performed.
More specifically, a compressing rod 180 is arranged above the discharging channel 130, the compressing rod 180 is horizontal in the length direction, two ends of the compressing rod 180 are rotatably connected with one end of a compressing arm 181, the other end of the compressing arm 181 is hinged to a deflecting arm 182, a compressing torsion spring is sleeved on a hinged shaft of the compressing arm 181, the compressing torsion spring enables the compressing rod 180 on the compressing arm 181 to be close to one end of the deflecting arm 182, the deflecting arm 182 is rotatably arranged on a deflecting frame, a reset torsion spring is arranged on a rotating shaft of the deflecting arm 182, the deflecting arm 182 is inclined by the reset torsion spring, a first connecting rod 183 is hinged to the inclined lower end of the deflecting arm 182, the other end of the first connecting rod 183 is hinged to a first end of a second connecting rod 184, and the other end of the second connecting rod 184 is hinged to the lifting plate 152;
when the alignment and flattening operation of the upper ends of the multiple groups of heat dissipation fins is performed, the lifting cylinder 170 drives the lifting plate 152 to ascend, so as to link the first connecting rod 183 and the second connecting rod 184, so as to make the deflection arm 182 deflect around the shaft, after the deflection arm 182 deflects, the pressing rod 180 abuts against one side of the heat dissipation fins, so as to perform the pressing and alignment operation of the two sides of the heat dissipation fins, after the lifting cylinder 170 resets, the lifting plate 152 descends, and under the reset force of the reset torsion spring, the deflection arm 182 deflects, so as to reset the pressing rod 180, the pressing operation of the pressing rod 180 on the upper ends of the heat dissipation fins is released, so that the welding positions of the multiple groups of heat dissipation fins are aligned, and the welding accuracy of the heat dissipation fins is ensured.
More specifically, in order to horizontally push the positioned heat dissipation fins, so that the aligned heat dissipation fins are pushed into the welding and positioning device 200, and to perform welding operation on multiple groups of heat dissipation fins by using the welding unit, the welding and positioning device 200 includes a push cylinder 210 disposed at one side of the discharge channel 130, the push cylinder 210 is horizontal and is arranged perpendicular to the length direction of the discharge channel 130, a positioning plate 220 is disposed in the push direction of the push cylinder 210, a positioning head 230 is disposed below the positioning plate 220, and the positioning head 230 performs clamping while maintaining equal intervals between the multiple groups of heat dissipation fins;
the positioning head 230 vertically moves, and the positioning head 230 extends into the gap between adjacent heat dissipation fins, so as to perform the clamping operation on multiple groups of heat dissipation fins, thereby completing the clamping of the heat dissipation fins and facilitating the subsequent further processing.
A positioning compression rod 240 is arranged above the positioning plate 220, the positioning compression rod 240 is horizontal and is arranged in parallel with the positioning plate 220, the positioning compression rod 240 is rotatably arranged at one end of a positioning cantilever 241, the other end of the positioning cantilever 241 is rotatably arranged on a positioning rack, a positioning torsion spring is arranged at the rotating end of the positioning cantilever 241, and the positioning torsion spring enables the positioning compression rod 240 to be suspended downwards;
the positioning pressing rod 240 is rotatably disposed on the positioning cantilever 241, and the positioning pressing rod 240 elastically abuts against the upper end of the heat dissipating fin through the positioning torsion spring, so as to press the heat dissipating fin, and further align the heat dissipating fin.
In order to ensure the alignment operation of the plurality of heat dissipation fins, positioning pressing plates 250 are disposed at two ends of the positioning plate 220, and the positioning pressing plates 250 are close to each other and perform a clamping operation on the heat dissipation fins on the positioning plate 220;
the positioning pressing plates 250 at the two ends of the heat dissipating fins move synchronously and oppositely, so as to compress the two ends of the heat dissipating fins, and the heat dissipating fins are welded and subsequently processed at equal intervals.
The positioning head 230 is composed of two positioning clamping blocks 231 arranged in parallel at intervals, the positioning clamping blocks 231 are arranged on a positioning slide rod 232 in a sliding mode, the length direction of the positioning slide rod 232 is horizontal and sleeved with a positioning spring 233, two ends of the positioning spring 233 are respectively connected with the positioning clamping blocks 231, jacking blocks 234 are arranged between the positioning clamping blocks 231, the jacking blocks 234 vertically move, and plate surfaces on two sides abut against the outer side plate surfaces of the positioning blocks 231 to separate or keep away the two positioning clamping blocks 231;
in the process of the vertical movement of the jacking block 234, the two side plate surfaces abut against the outer side plate surfaces of the positioning blocks 231, so that the positioning clamping block 231 slides along the positioning slide rod 232 to open the two positioning blocks 231, thereby separating the heat dissipation fins.
More specifically, when the separating and clamping operations of the two positioning blocks 231 are performed, a first inclined surface 2311 is arranged on the opposite surface of the positioning clamping block 231, second inclined surfaces 2341 are arranged on the two sides of the lifting block 234, and the second inclined surfaces 2341 are matched with the first inclined surfaces 2311;
in the process of the vertical movement of the lifting block 234, the second inclined surface 2341 abuts against the first inclined surface 2311, so that the two positioning blocks 231 are opened and closed, and the adjacent heat dissipation fins are clamped and positioned, thereby ensuring the subsequent further processing.
The two ends of the positioning slide rod 232 are connected into a whole through a connecting support plate, the connecting support plate is connected with a positioning driving rod 235, the positioning driving rod 235 is vertical and provided with a rack, the rack is meshed with a positioning gear 236, the positioning gear 236 is connected with a positioning motor 237, the jacking block 234 is vertically and slidably arranged on the connecting support plate, a jacking oil cylinder 238 is arranged on the connecting support plate, and a piston rod of the jacking oil cylinder 238 is vertically arranged;
in the process of implementing vertical driving on the positioning slide rod 232, the jacking oil cylinder 238 is started to enable the positioning slide rod 232 to vertically move so as to implement separation and cage closing operations on the heat dissipation fins;
the connecting support plate is provided with a jacking roller 256, one end of the positioning cantilever 241 is provided with a driving deflection arm 242, and in the vertical lifting process of the jacking block 234, the positioning pressure rod 240 deflects and abuts against the upper end of the heat dissipation fins, so that the alignment operation of the heat dissipation fins is implemented, and the welding and punching reliability is further ensured.
More specifically, in order to perform the punching operation on the heat dissipation fins, the two positioning clamping blocks 231 are respectively provided with a first positioning hole 2312, the positioning pressing plate 250 is provided with a second positioning hole 251, and the first positioning hole 2312 and the second positioning hole 251 are concentrically arranged;

More specifically, in order to further increase the contact area between the nickel metal tube and the heat dissipation fins and improve the heat dissipation efficiency of the heat dissipation fins, a notch cross blade 320 is sleeved outside the drilling head 310, the notch cross blade 320 and the drilling head 310 are concentrically arranged, the notch cross blade 320 and the drilling head 310 move synchronously and perform opening operation on the drilling edge of the heat dissipation fins;
after the drill head 310 horizontally moves through the second positioning hole 251 on the positioning pressing plate 250, the drilling driving mechanism is started to perform the drilling operation on the heat dissipation fins, and the notch cross blade 320 performs the opening operation on the heat dissipation fins, so that the opening positions on the heat dissipation fins are extruded and turned over edges are generated in the horizontal movement process of the drill head 310, and the turned over edges are combined with the outer wall of the nickel metal tube, thereby effectively increasing the contact area of the heat dissipation fins and improving the heat dissipation efficiency.
More specifically, when the drilling operation of the heat dissipation fins is performed, the drilling head 310 is in a tubular structure, a waste material leading-out rod 330 is arranged in a tube cavity of the drilling head 310, and after the drilling head 310 is reset, the waste material leading-out rod 330 is used for leading out waste materials;
after the drill head 310 performs the drilling operation on the heat dissipation fins, the waste material discharge rod 330 slides along the drill head 310, so as to discharge the heat dissipation fins in the drill head 310, thereby completing the waste material discharge operation.
When the drilling operation of the drilling head 310 is performed, one end of the drilling head 310 is rotatably arranged on the drilling machine frame 312 through the supporting bearing 311, the drilling driving mechanism comprises a gear 313 arranged at one end of the drilling head 310, the gear 313 is meshed with a driving gear 314, and the driving gear 314 is connected with a drilling motor 315;

More specifically, when the drilling and reaming operation for the heat dissipation fins is performed, one end of the notched cross blade 320 is large, and the other end is small, the small-sized end of the notched cross blade 320 presents a blade-shaped structure, the notched cross blade 320 extends backwards and presents a tubular connection, the tubular structure formed at the rear end of the notched cross blade 320 is concentrically arranged with the thrust bearing 322, and the outer diameter of the tubular structure formed at the rear end of the notched cross blade 320 is larger than the outer diameter of the thrust bearing 322;

When the opening is operated, the welding unit performs welding on the plurality of groups of radiating fins, the welding unit comprises a welding head, and the welding head moves along the track to enable the welding head to move against the radiating fins, so that the welding operation on the plurality of groups of arranged radiating fins can be effectively performed.
The nickel metal pipe feeding device 600 comprises a material guiding rail 610 arranged on one side of a positioning plate 220, wherein the material guiding rail 610 is obliquely arranged, a positioning arc plate 620 is arranged at the lower end of the material guiding rail 610, the positioning arc plate 620 is horizontally arranged in the length direction and is vertically arranged in the length direction of the material guiding rail 610, a heat pipe rail 630 is arranged on the other side of the positioning plate 220, a guiding arc plate 640 is arranged at the lower end of the heat pipe rail 630, the guiding arc plate 640 is parallel and concentrically arranged with the positioning arc plate 620, the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 further comprises a first installation pipe 340, the first installation pipe 340 is horizontally arranged in parallel with the guiding arc plate 640, the first installation pipe 340 is connected with an installation driving unit, the installation driving unit drives the first installation pipe 340 to horizontally move and is interlocked with the reserved heat pipe to be inserted into the holes of the heat dissipation fins, the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 further comprises a second installation pipe 350, the second mounting pipe 350 is horizontal and arranged in parallel with the positioning arc plate 620, the second mounting pipe 350 is connected with a power unit, and the power unit drives the second mounting pipe 350 and is linked with a nickel alloy pipe to be sleeved outside the hot pipe;
after the punching operation of the heat dissipation fins is finished, the installation driving unit drives the first installation pipe 340 to move horizontally and is linked with the reserved heat pipe to be inserted into the holes of the heat dissipation fins, then the power unit drives the second installation pipe 350 and is linked with the nickel alloy pipe to be sleeved outside the heat pipe, so that the punching flanges of the heat dissipation fins are abutted against the outside of the nickel alloy pipe, the contact area between the punching flanges and the heat dissipation fins is increased, and the heat dissipation efficiency is improved.
In order to clamp one end of the heat pipe, a positioning elastic sheet 341 is arranged on the first installation pipe 340 in a horizontal manner, the positioning elastic sheets 341 are arranged in parallel with the first installation pipe 340 and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first installation pipe 340, and the positioning elastic sheets 341 abut against the inner wall of the heat pipe;
when the first mounting tube 340 moves horizontally, the first mounting tube 340 is inserted into one end of the heat pipe, and the positioning elastic sheet 341 abuts against the inner wall of the heat pipe, so that the heat pipe is accurately positioned, and the heat pipe is inserted into the through hole of the heat dissipation fin in a horizontally fixed state.

in the process of inserting the heat pipe into the first installation pipe 340, in order to prevent the first installation pipe 340 from being randomly led out from the arc guiding plate 640, the first baffle 641 is used to limit one end of the heat pipe until the first installation pipe 340 can be accurately inserted into the pipe cavity of the heat pipe, so as to accurately position the heat pipe and ensure that the heat pipe can be accurately inserted into the drill hole of the heat dissipation fin.

firstly, after a single radiating fin is produced by equipment, the single radiating fin is led out to a radiating fin feeding device 100, and a plurality of radiating fins are led out to a welding positioning device 200 by the radiating fin feeding device 100;
secondly, starting the welding and positioning device 300 to stack a plurality of radiating fins in order, so that the plurality of radiating fins keep equal intervals;
thirdly, starting the welding unit to perform welding operation on the plurality of radiating fins so that the plurality of radiating fins are connected into a whole;
fourthly, starting the drilling head 310 of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 to perform drilling operation on the heat dissipation fins;
fifthly, horizontally pushing out the welded and drilled heat dissipation fins to the positions of a first installation pipe 340 and a second installation pipe 350 of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300;
sixthly, starting an installation driving unit of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300 to enable the first installation pipe 340 to horizontally move and interlock the reserved heat pipe to interpolate in the drill holes of the heat dissipation fins;
and a seventh step of starting the power unit of the reserved heat pipe installation device 300, so that the second installation pipe 350 moves horizontally and is linked with the nickel metal pipe to be sleeved outside the heat pipe, thereby implementing the installation operation of the nickel metal pipe, the heat pipe and the heat dissipation fins.

secondly, starting the welding positioning device (300) to stack a plurality of radiating fins in order, so that the plurality of radiating fins keep equal space;
thirdly, starting the welding unit to perform welding operation on the plurality of radiating fins so that the plurality of radiating fins are connected into a whole;
fourthly, starting a drilling head (310) of the reserved heat pipe installation device (300) to perform drilling operation on the radiating fins;
fifthly, horizontally pushing out the welded and drilled radiating fins to the positions of a first mounting pipe (340) and a second mounting pipe (350) of the reserved heat pipe mounting device (300);
sixthly, starting an installation driving unit of the reserved heat pipe installation device (300) to enable the first installation pipe (340) to horizontally move and link the reserved heat pipe to interpolate in the drill holes of the radiating fins;
and seventhly, starting a power unit of the reserved heat pipe installation device (300) to enable the second installation pipe (350) to horizontally move and to be linked with the nickel metal pipe to be sleeved outside the heat pipe so as to implement installation operation of the nickel metal pipe, the heat pipe and the radiating fins.

a pressure head plate (140) is arranged above the feeding trough plate (110), the pressure head plate (140) vertically ascends and descends and vertically pushes the heat dissipation fins at the outlet position of the feeding trough plate (110) into a vertical guide plate (120), an electromagnetic adsorption mechanism is arranged on the pressure head plate (140), and the electromagnetic adsorption mechanism carries out adsorption operation on the single heat dissipation fins;
and a pushing mechanism is arranged beside the discharging channel (130) and used for horizontally pushing the heat dissipation fins stacked together to a welding positioning device (200) for welding and fixing.
