wiping a flower basket bottom plate and a flower basket rod by using alcohol;
step two, putting the cleaned flower basket into a soaking tank of a flower basket cleaning machine, adding water which just covers the flower basket into the soaking tank, adding potassium hydroxide and a texturing additive, and carrying out bubbling and soaking;
draining the liquid medicine in the soaking tank, adding water, overflowing and cleaning, testing with a PH test paper to show neutrality, and drying the flower basket with an air gun;
putting the flower basket into a texturing machine to make a piece by at least six times;
taking out the flower basket from the texturing machine, putting the flower basket into an alkali throwing groove, and running once in the hollow state;
and step six, taking out the flower basket from the alkali throwing tank, and airing.
Furthermore, in the second step, 10L of potassium hydroxide is added, and 5L of wool making additive is added.
Furthermore, in the second step, bubbling and washing are carried out for 4 hours, and 2L of wool making additive and 2L of potassium hydroxide are added once every 2 hours.

discharging the liquid medicine in the soaking tank, adding water, overflowing and cleaning for 20 minutes, cleaning alkali and additives on the surface of the flower basket, testing with a PH test paper to show neutrality, and blow-drying the flower basket with an air gun;
putting the flower basket into a texturing machine for texturing and making pieces for at least six times, wherein the purpose is to utilize the functions of alkali, hydrogen peroxide, acid and other liquid medicines in the texturing machine, such as circular bubbling, drying and the like, and fully clean and soak the flower basket again;
taking out the flower basket from the texturing machine, putting the flower basket into an alkali polishing groove for hollowing and running once, and cleaning the flower basket once by using the alkali polishing additive under the condition of not bearing silicon wafers;
and step six, taking out the flower basket from the alkali polishing tank, and airing.
The embodiment is a brand-new alkali flower throwing basket pretreatment process, namely, before the alkali throwing process, the process is used for treating a brand-new flower basket, the problem of flower basket mark degradation influence caused by the flower basket in the alkali throwing process can be effectively solved, the process is high in operability, and has a great effect on the improvement of the yield of a new yield increasing energy line, and the process has a wide application prospect.
