Taking a live bidding competition scene as an example for explanation, after inviting a bidder user and a plurality of bidder users to enter a live network room, detecting whether first interactive data fed back by each bidder user is received in a second preset time period, if the first interactive data fed back by the bidder users is received, indicating that the operation of the bidder users meets the live bidding competition flow specification, and if the first interactive data fed back by the bidder users is not received in the second preset time period, indicating that the operation of the bidder users does not meet the live bidding competition flow specification, and then leaving the bidder users who do not meet the flow specification.
For example, the first interaction data may be a live scene bid of the bidder user for the bid object demand information, or may also be information indicating that the bidder user is willing to participate in the live bidding activity.
In an embodiment of the present application, the second preset time period may be freely set according to actual requirements, for example, may be set to 5min or other times.
And S160, receiving second interaction data sent by the client of the bidder user, and screening out at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in the last round of bidding according to the second interaction data and first interaction data obtained in the last round of bidding.
After the bidder user learns the first interaction data issued by each bidder user on the display interface of the first client, the bidder user may perform corresponding feedback information, for example, at least one of updating the bid object requirement information and directly providing feedback information for the first interaction data of the bidder user.
Still taking the live bidding scenario as an example, the first interactive data may be live bidding transaction price information for the bidding object demand information input by the user of the bidder, and the second interactive data may be feedback information for the bid price of the user of the bidder input by the user of the bidder.
In one application scenario, the user of the bidder gives targeted offer information for the target object before the last round of bidding is conducted.
The process of obtaining the first interaction data issued by each candidate bidder user in the last bidding procedure may be as follows:
receiving second interactive data sent by the client of the user at the bid sending party, extracting a target transaction price from the second interactive data and sending the target transaction price to the client of each candidate user at the bid competing party in the live webcast room; and then, receiving each first interaction data fed back by the client of the candidate bidder user aiming at the target transaction price as the first interaction data obtained in the last bidding round.
In the application scene, the server compares each first interaction data obtained by the last bidding round with a target trading price, and selects at least one candidate bidder user with a price lower than the target trading price and meeting the bidding object demand information as the target bidder user.
In another application scenario, a user of a bidding party does not give target offer information for a bidding object, in this case, after a server enters a last bidding procedure, a countdown is started, first interaction data sent by each candidate user of the bidding party is obtained and sent to each client in a live webcast room when the countdown is finished, second interaction data fed back by the user of the bidding party is obtained, and the user of the target bidding party is screened out according to the first interaction data and the second interaction data.

And when the second interactive data fed back by the user of the bid sending party comprises the feedback receiving information, determining that the candidate user of the bid competing party corresponding to the feedback receiving information is the target user of the bid competing party.
In addition, it should be noted that the number of the target bidder users is usually one, but in some special cases, it may be more than one, that is, a plurality of target bidder users are finally determined, for example, the demanded amount of the bidder user is very large, the production amount of one bidder user may not be satisfied, and at this time, a plurality of bidder users may be screened as transaction contractors.
In an embodiment of the present application, the number of bidding times may be set according to actual requirements, for example, 3 times or other times, and when the number of bidding times reaches a preset number, there is no quotation information accepted by the user of the bidder, it is determined that the bidding transaction is failed. And if the number of bidding rounds reaches the preset number, confirming that the bidding party user corresponding to the bidding information finally accepted by the bidder user is the target bidding party user, determining the bidding information of the target bidding party user as bargaining information, and returning the bargaining information and the bid object requirement information to the client corresponding to each user in the live webcast room for display.
In the live bidding method provided by the embodiment, a user of a bidder publishes the bid object demand information, and a server screens out a plurality of candidate bidder users matched with the bid object demand information; and establishing a live webcast room, and inviting the bidding party user and each candidate bidding party user to enter the live webcast room. The server receives first interactive data sent by each candidate bidder user in a live webcast room and sends the first interactive data to a bidder user; and after receiving the second interactive data sent by the user of the bid sending party, the server screens out the target user of the bid competing party from a plurality of candidate users of the bid competing party according to the second interactive data and each first interactive data. According to the process, the scheme can obtain the matched target bidding party users by screening the multiple bidding party users layer by layer according to the demand information of the bidding party users, and the bidding party users can customize the required products according to the demands. In addition, the scheme screens the interactive data of the user of the bid sending party and the user of the bid competing party, so that the efficiency of screening the target user of the bid competing party is improved.
When the live bidding method is applied to a live bidding scene, cross-border transaction can be achieved through a private live broadcasting technology. In this embodiment, a data stream interaction between the first client and the server is taken as an example for explanation, as shown in fig. 5, a data stream transmission process between the first client and the server is as follows:
s210, the first client triggers the first hardware encryptor to encrypt the data stream to obtain a first encrypted data stream and sends the first encrypted data stream to the server.
The first terminal is a terminal device provided with a first client, the first hardware encryptor is a hardware encryption device connected with the first terminal, and a corresponding data encryption program is configured in the hardware encryption device.
The data stream uploaded to the server by the first client comprises the shot video data of the user of the calling party, and data, operation instructions and the like input by the user of the calling party on the operation interface of the first client.
S220, when the first client downloads the data streams of other users in the live webcast room from the server, the first hardware encryptor is triggered to send identity authentication and decryption authority authentication requests to the server.
In an application scenario, a live webcast room only includes a bidder user and bidder users, and in this case, for the bidder user, other users in the live webcast room include respective bidder users; for any bidder user, the other users include a bidder user and other bidder users.
In another application scenario, a network live broadcast room comprises a bidder user, bidder users and a anchor, in which case, for the bidder user, other users comprise all bidder users and the anchor; for any bidder user, the other users include a bidder user, other bidder users, and a host.
In this application scenario, the server may further perform the following steps:
receiving data flow control instructions aiming at other clients in the live webcast room and sent by a main client; and determining whether to use the data stream sent by the target client to send to each client in the live webcast room based on the data stream control instruction.
For example, the anchor can control the data stream of any client in the live webcast room to be opened or closed through the client, for example, after controlling the data stream transmission of other clients to be closed, the server does not forward the data stream such as audio stream, video stream or text, picture and the like sent by the client to any client in the live webcast room; on the contrary, if the data stream transmission of other clients is controlled to be started, the server forwards the data stream sent by the client to all the clients in the live webcast room.
And S230, after the server authenticates the identity and the decryption authority of the first hardware encryption device, the server returns an authentication result message to the first client.
If the server passes the authentication of the first hardware encryptor, returning an authentication passing message to the first client; and if the server fails to authenticate the first hardware encryption device, returning an authentication failure message to the first client, and subsequently not issuing any data stream to the first client.
S240, after the first client receives the authentication passing message returned by the server, the first hardware encryptor is triggered to acquire a new key from the server.

The data stream transmission process between the client and the server of other users in the webcast room is the same as that of the first client, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments of the present application, each client may also encrypt the data stream by using a software encryption method, and send the data stream to the server.
In the data stream interaction process of each user in the webcast room provided by this embodiment, the data stream of any user is encrypted by using the hardware encryptor, the data stream to be uploaded to the server needs to pass the authentication and decryption authority authentication of the server when other users download the data stream from the server, and after the authentication passes, a new key is obtained from the server, and the data stream issued by the server is decrypted and displayed by using the new key. The hardware encryption mode can ensure that the secret key cannot be tampered, thereby ensuring the privacy of data flow and improving the security of network live broadcast data transmission.
Corresponding to the live bidding method applied to the server, the application also provides a live bidding method applied to the first client.
Referring to fig. 6, a flowchart of another live bidding method provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the method is applied to a first client, i.e., a client of a sponsor, as shown in fig. 6, the method mainly includes the following steps:

According to the live bidding method provided by the embodiment, the user of the bidder can use the first client to publish the bid object demand information, the server can screen a plurality of bidder users layer by layer according to the demand information of the user of the bidder to obtain matched target bidder users, and the user of the bidder can customize required products according to the demand of the user of the bidder. According to the live bidding method provided by the embodiment, the bidding party user carries out live interaction with the bidding party user through the client, the scheme screens the interaction data of the bidding party user and the bidding party user, and the efficiency of screening the target bidding party user is improved.
In an application scene including a main broadcast in a network live broadcast room, the application also provides a live broadcast bidding method applied to a main broadcast client, and the method mainly comprises the following steps:
receiving control operation, input by a main broadcast user on an operation interface of a main broadcast client, of a data stream of any client in a current network live broadcast room;
and generating a data flow control instruction aiming at the control operation, and sending the data flow control instruction to a server so that the server determines whether to send the data flow uploaded by the target client to each client in the live webcast room or not based on the data flow control instruction.
According to the live bidding competition method provided by the embodiment, the anchor in the live network room can control the data stream transmission of any other client to be temporarily started or closed through the control on the operation interface of the anchor client in the live bidding competition process, so that the anchor can conveniently guide and control the bidder and the bidder participating in the live bidding competition.
Referring to fig. 8, a schematic structural diagram of a live bidding device provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown, where the device is applied to a server, and as shown in fig. 8, the device includes:

In an embodiment of the application, when first interaction data issued by candidate bidder users in the live webcast room does not meet requirements of the bidder users, or when operations of the candidate bidder users do not meet preset flow requirements, the candidate bidder users are controlled to exit a live bidding flow, and other candidate bidder users are determined to be candidate bidder users entering a next round of bidding.
In one embodiment of the present application, the second filtering module 150 performs multiple filtering rounds for a plurality of bidder users in the live webcast room to determine bidder users who finally enter the final bidding round. And the customized screening rule information customized by the user of the sponsor runs through the whole screening process.
And the target user determination module 160 is configured to receive the second interaction data sent by the client of the bidder user, and screen at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in the last round of bidding according to the second interaction data and the first interaction data obtained in the last round of bidding.
The second interactive data includes at least one of update information for the subject matter demand information and feedback information for the first interactive data. In an application scenario of the present application, when the target user determination module obtains the first interaction data of the last round of bidding, the target user determination module is specifically configured to:

and if so, determining that the candidate bidder user not publishing the first interaction data in the second preset time period is a candidate bidder user not meeting the preset flow requirement.
In another embodiment of the present application, the data stream interaction process between each client and the server is as follows:
receiving a first encrypted data stream sent by a user of a calling party through a client;
sending the first encrypted data stream to a client of a candidate bidding party user passing identity authentication and decryption authority authentication for display;
receiving a second encrypted data stream uploaded by the client of each candidate bidder user in the live webcast room;
and sending the second encrypted data stream to the client of the sending party user which passes the identity authentication and the decryption authority authentication for display.
In another application scenario, the live webcast room further comprises a main broadcast, and in the application scenario, the server sends the first encrypted data stream and the second encrypted data stream to a main broadcast client which passes identity authentication and decryption authority authentication, receives a third encrypted data stream sent by the main broadcast client, and sends the third encrypted data stream to a bidding issuer user which passes identity authentication and decryption authority authentication and a client of each bidding party user.
Under the application scene including the anchor in the live room of network, the live bidding device who is applied to the server still includes:

The live bidding competition device provided by the embodiment can control the data stream transmission of any other client to be temporarily started or closed through the control on the operation interface of the anchor client in the live bidding competition process by the anchor in the live webcast room, so that the anchor can conveniently guide and control the bidder and the bidder participating in the live bidding competition.

Claims (21)

1. A live bidding method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving bid object demand information and custom screening rule information sent by a user of a bid sender through a client, wherein the bid object demand information comprises attribute information of a bid object, and the custom screening rule information comprises rule information when the user of the bid sender is screened in a bidding process;
screening out a plurality of candidate bidder users matched with the bid object requirement information and the custom screening rule information from a plurality of bidder users;
creating a live webcast room for the one bidder user and the corresponding plurality of candidate bidder users;
receiving first interactive data sent by each candidate bidder user in the live webcast room through a client, and sending the first interactive data to each client in the live webcast room, wherein the first interactive data at least comprises quotation information aiming at the bid object demand information;
selecting candidate bidding users entering the next round of bidding from the plurality of candidate bidding party users according to the first interaction data and the self-defined screening rule information;
and receiving second interaction data sent by the client of the bidder user, and screening at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in the last round of bidding according to the second interaction data and first interaction data obtained by the last round of bidding, wherein the second interaction data comprises at least one of update information aiming at the bid object demand information and feedback information aiming at the first interaction data.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the filtering out a plurality of candidate bidder users from the plurality of bidder users that match the bid item requirement information and the custom filtering rule information comprises:
obtaining bidding party users matched with the bidding object demand information and the custom screening rule information according to user attribute information corresponding to each bidding party user;
sending the object demand information to a plurality of screened bidding party users, and monitoring whether interaction data fed back by the screened bidding party users are received or not in a first preset time period, wherein the interaction data comprises at least one of initial quotation information aiming at the object demand information and sample information of the object;
and determining that the bidder user feeding back the interaction data is the candidate bidder user within a first preset time period.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting candidate bidder users from the plurality of candidate bidder users for entering a next round of bidding according to the first interaction data and the customized filtering rule information comprises:
and when the first interaction data issued by the candidate bidder users in the live webcast room do not meet the requirements of the bidder users, or when the operation of the candidate bidder users does not meet the preset flow requirements, controlling the candidate bidder users to quit the live bidding flow, and determining other candidate bidder users as candidate bidder users entering the next round of bidding.
4. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the obtaining process of the first interaction data obtained from the last round of bidding comprises:
receiving second interactive data sent by the client of the bidder user, extracting a target transaction price from the second interactive data, and sending the target transaction price to the clients of candidate bidder users in the live webcast room;
and receiving each first interaction data fed back by the client of the candidate bidder user aiming at the target transaction price as the first interaction data obtained in the last bidding round.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of screening at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in a last round of bidding based on the second interaction data and first interaction data obtained from a last round of bidding comprises:
and comparing each first interaction data obtained by the last round of bidding with a target trading price, and selecting at least one candidate bidder user with a price lower than the target trading price and meeting the bidding object demand information as the target bidder user.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the screening out at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in a last round of bidding based on the second interaction data and first interaction data obtained from a last round of bidding comprises:
the second interaction data comprises feedback information of each first interaction data obtained by aiming at the last bidding round, and when the second interaction data comprises the receiving feedback information aiming at least one candidate bidder user, at least one candidate bidder user received by the bidder user is determined to be the target bidder user.
7. The method as claimed in claim 3, wherein the step of detecting whether candidate bidder users who do not meet preset process requirements exist in the live webcast room comprises:
judging whether candidate bidder users not releasing the first interaction data exist in a second preset time period after entering the bidder user feedback link;
and if so, determining that the candidate bidder user not publishing the first interaction data in the second preset time period is a candidate bidder user not meeting the preset flow requirement.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein after the creating a webcast room for the one bidder user and the corresponding plurality of candidate bidder users, the method further comprises:
receiving a first encrypted data stream sent by the user of the sending party through a client;
sending the first encrypted data stream to a client of a candidate bidding party user passing identity authentication and decryption authority authentication for display;
receiving second encrypted data streams uploaded by the client side of each candidate bidder user in the live webcast room;
and sending the second encrypted data stream to a client of the user of the sending party passing the identity authentication and the decryption authority authentication for display.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the webcast room further comprises a main cast;
sending the first encrypted data stream and the second encrypted data stream to an anchor client which passes identity authentication and decryption authority authentication;
and receiving a third encrypted data stream sent by the anchor through the anchor client, and sending the third encrypted data stream to the client of the bidding party user and each bidding party user who passes identity authentication and decryption authority authentication.
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising a host in the live webcast room, the method further comprising:
receiving data flow control instructions aiming at other clients in the live webcast room and sent by a main client;
and determining whether to use the data stream sent by the target client to send to each client in the live webcast room based on the data stream control instruction.
11. A live bidding method is applied to a client of a user of a sponsor, and comprises the following steps:
obtaining the object requirement information and the user-defined screening rule information which are input by a user of a sending party on an operation interface of a client, wherein the object requirement information comprises the attribute information of an object, and the user-defined screening rule information comprises corresponding rule information when the user of a bidding party is screened in the bidding process;
sending the bidding target object requirement information and the customized screening rule information to a server so that the server screens a plurality of candidate bidding party users matched with the bidding target object requirement information and the customized screening rule information from the plurality of bidding party users, and creating a live webcast room for the bidder user and the candidate bidding party users;
acquiring first interactive data sent by the server and issued by a plurality of candidate bidder users in the live webcast room, wherein the first interactive data at least comprises quotation information aiming at the bidding object demand information;
receiving second interactive data generated by the operation of the target user on an operation interface of the client, wherein the second interactive data comprises at least one of updated information aiming at the target object demand information and feedback information aiming at the first interactive data;
and encrypting the data stream containing the second interactive data through a hardware encryptor on a local terminal of the client, and then sending the data stream to the server, so that the server screens out at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in the last round of bidding according to the second interactive data and the first interactive data obtained in the last round of bidding.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the receiving the first interaction data issued by the candidate bidder users in the live webcast room sent by the server comprises:
when the client of the client side of the sending party downloads the data streams of other users in the live webcast room from the server, the client side triggers a hardware encryptor on a local terminal to perform identity authentication and decryption authority authentication on the server;
when detecting that the hardware encryptor receives an authentication passing message returned by the server, triggering the hardware encryptor to acquire a new key from the server and sending the new key to the client;
and the client decrypts and displays the data streams of other users in the live webcast room downloaded from the server according to the new key.
13. A live bidding method is applied to a client of a user of a bidder, and comprises the following steps:
receiving object demand information sent by a server, wherein the object demand information comprises attribute information of an object;
after receiving invitation information sent by the server to enter a live webcast room, switching to a live webcast mode;
receiving first interactive data input by a bidder on an operation interface of a client in the live broadcast mode, wherein the first interactive data at least comprises quotation information aiming at the bidding object demand information;
encrypting the first interactive data through a hardware encryptor on a local terminal provided with the client, and then sending the encrypted first interactive data to the server;
acquiring data streams of other users in the live webcast room, which are sent by the server, wherein the data streams comprise second interactive data issued by the user of the sponsor, and the second interactive data comprise at least one of update information aiming at the object demand information and feedback information aiming at the first interactive data;
and receiving the message which is sent by the server and used by the bidder user as the target bidder user.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein the obtaining of the data stream of other users in the live webcast room sent by the server comprises:
when the client of the competitive bidding party user downloads the data streams of other users in the live webcast room from the server, the client triggers a hardware encryptor on a local terminal to perform identity authentication and decryption authority authentication on the server;
after the hardware encryptor receives the authentication passing message returned by the server, triggering the hardware encryptor to acquire a new key from the server and sending the new key to the client;
and the client decrypts and displays the data stream of other users in the live webcast room downloaded from the server according to the new key.
15. A live bidding method is applied to an anchor client, and comprises the following steps:
receiving control operation, input by a main broadcast user on an operation interface of the main broadcast client, of a data stream of any client in a current live webcast room;
and generating a data flow control instruction aiming at the control operation, and sending the data flow control instruction to a server so that the server determines whether to send the data flow uploaded by the target client to each client in the live webcast room or not based on the data flow control instruction.
16. A live bidding device is applied to a server, and the device comprises:
the system comprises a demand information receiving module, a bid object selection module and a bid object selection module, wherein the demand information receiving module is used for receiving bid object demand information and custom screening rule information which are sent by a user of a bid sender through a client, the bid object demand information comprises attribute information of a bid object, and the custom screening rule information comprises corresponding rule information when the user of the bid sender is screened in a bidding process;
the first screening module is used for screening a plurality of candidate bidder users matched with the bid object demand information and the custom screening rule information from a plurality of bidder users;
the live broadcast room creating module is used for creating a network live broadcast room for the one bidder user and the corresponding candidate bidder users;
the first interactive data receiving module is used for receiving first interactive data sent by each candidate bidding party user in the live webcast room through a client and sending the first interactive data to each client in the live webcast room, wherein the first interactive data at least comprises quotation information aiming at the bidding object demand information;
the second screening module is used for selecting candidate bidding users entering the next round of bidding from the plurality of candidate bidding party users according to the first interaction data and the self-defined screening rule information;
and the target user determination module is used for receiving second interaction data sent by the client of the bidder user and screening at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in the last round of bidding according to the second interaction data and first interaction data obtained by the last round of bidding, wherein the second interaction data comprises at least one of update information aiming at the bid object demand information and feedback information aiming at the first interaction data.
17. A live bidding device, applied to a client of a user of a bidder, the device comprising:
the system comprises a demand information acquisition module, a bid object selection module and a bid object selection module, wherein the demand information acquisition module is used for acquiring bid object demand information and the custom screening rule information which are input by a user of a bid sender on an operation interface of a client, the bid object demand information comprises attribute information of a bid object, and the custom screening rule information comprises corresponding rule information when the user of the bid sender is screened in a bidding process;
the first sending module is used for sending the bidding object requirement information and the customized screening rule information to a server so as to enable the server to screen a plurality of candidate bidding party users matched with the bidding object requirement information and the customized screening rule information from the plurality of bidding party users and create a live webcast room for the bidding party users and the candidate bidding party users;
the first interactive data receiving module is used for receiving first interactive data sent by the server and issued by a plurality of candidate bidder users in the live webcast room, and the first interactive data at least comprises quotation information aiming at the bidding object demand information;
a second interactive data acquiring module, configured to acquire second interactive data generated by the operation of the target user on the operation interface of the client, where the second interactive data includes at least one of update information for the target requirement information and feedback information for the first interactive data;
and the second sending module is used for encrypting the data stream containing the second interactive data through a hardware encryptor on a local terminal provided with the client and then sending the data stream to the server so that the server can screen out at least one target bidder user from candidate bidder users participating in the last round of bidding according to the second interactive data and the first interactive data obtained in the last round of bidding.
18. A live bidding device, applied to a client of a user of a bidder, the device comprising:
the system comprises a demand information receiving module, a demand information processing module and a data processing module, wherein the demand information receiving module is used for receiving object demand information sent by a server, and the object demand information comprises attribute information of an object;
the live broadcast mode switching module is used for switching to a live broadcast mode after receiving invitation information sent by the server to enter a network live broadcast room;
the first interactive data acquisition module is used for acquiring first interactive data input by a bidder user on an operation interface of a client under the live broadcast mode, wherein the first interactive data at least comprises quotation information aiming at the bidding object demand information;
the first sending module is used for sending the first interactive data to the server after the first interactive data is encrypted by a hardware encryptor on a local terminal provided with the client;
a data stream downloading module, configured to obtain a data stream of another user in the live webcast room, where the data stream includes second interactive data issued by the target user, and the second interactive data includes at least one of update information for the target demand information and feedback information for the first interactive data;
and the target user receiving module is used for receiving the message which is sent by the server and used for the bidder user to be the target bidder user.
19. A live bidding device, for use in an anchor client, the device comprising:
the control operation acquisition module is used for receiving control operation, input by a anchor user, on an operation interface of the anchor client and aiming at data streams of any client in a current live webcast room;
and the control instruction generating and sending module is used for generating a data flow control instruction aiming at the control operation and sending the data flow control instruction to the server so that the server determines whether to forward the data flow uploaded by the target client to other clients in the live webcast room or not based on the data flow control instruction.
20. A system for live bidding is characterized by comprising a server, a first terminal and a plurality of second terminals;
the server is used for executing the live bidding method of any one of claims 1-10;
the first terminal is used for executing the live bidding method of claim 11 or 12;
the second terminal is configured to execute the live bidding method of claim 13 or 14.
21. The system of claim 20, further comprising a third terminal;
the third terminal is configured to execute the live bidding method of claim 15.
