When the air purifier works, air enters the body 1 from the bottom of the body 1, and then is filtered through the first filter screen 13, and is matched with irradiation of a photocatalyst and an ultraviolet lamp tube which are adhered to the first filter screen 13 in advance, so that the air passing through the first filter screen 13 is filtered, sterilized and disinfected, when more dust is adhered to the first filter screen 13, the filtering effect of the first filter screen 13 is influenced, after the contact area of the photocatalyst and the air is reduced, a photocatalyst solvent is sprayed downwards through the spray pipe 14, the cleaning of the first filter screen 13 is increased, meanwhile, the loss of the photocatalyst on the first filter screen 13 is supplemented, and the purifying efficiency of the air purifying and disinfecting device is further increased; the distance of air flowing between the two filter screens is increased through the staggered arrangement of the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16, so that the contact area of the air and the photocatalyst is increased, the air purification efficiency is further increased, meanwhile, the air leakage between the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is reduced by matching with the traction of the spring 19 on the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16, the efficiency of the air penetrating through the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is further increased, when the air volume is reduced due to the fact that more dust is accumulated on the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16, the air volume of the gap between the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is increased through the stretching deformation of the spring 19, and the air volume flow passing through the purification and disinfection device is further ensured; after the air volume is reduced due to the fact that dust is adhered to the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16, the air flow rate of the gap between the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is increased, the rotating speed of the wind wheel 2 is increased, the wind plate 22 slides towards the outside of the sliding hole 21 under the action of centrifugal force, the wind plate 22 drives the bayonet 26 to be clamped into the sliding groove 25, the wind plate 22 drives the belt wheel 24 to rotate, the rack 27 and the second filter screen 16 are driven to descend through the belt and the first gear 28, the communicating pipe 17 is communicated with a water outlet of a water pump in the water tank 18 after sliding downwards, high-speed water flow sprayed by the water pump backflushs the second filter screen 16 and the first filter screen 13, the dust cleaning efficiency on the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is further increased, and the working efficiency of the air purifying and sterilizing device is increased; when the second filter screen 16 moves downwards, the second filter screen 16 is tightened up by the clamping ring 3, so that the top end of the second filter screen 16 is contracted and then is abutted against the first filter screen 13, the flushing efficiency of water flow sprayed by the communicating pipe 17 on the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is further increased, the dissipation loss of high-speed water flow is reduced, and meanwhile, the second filter screen 16 is scraped by the clamping ring 3, so that the cleaning effect of the second filter screen 16 is further increased; the motor 36 is used for changing speed and rotating positively and negatively to drive the clamping ring 3 to rotate positively and negatively continuously, so that the swing rod 31 is driven to swing continuously in cooperation with the small ball 32, the brush plate 33 is communicated with the brush bristles 34 to continuously clean the bottom of the first filter screen 13, the self-cleaning capacity of the first filter screen 13 is further improved, and the ventilation efficiency of the first filter screen 13 is guaranteed; when the wind wheel 2 rotates, the wind plate 22 slides towards the outside of the sliding hole 21 under the action of centrifugal force, negative pressure is further generated at the bottom of the sliding hole 21, the sliding hole 21 pumps water from the water tank 18 through the second hole 41 and the first hole 4, then the wind plate 22 contracts towards the inside of the sliding hole 21 under the action of the tension spring 23 when the rotating speed of the wind wheel 2 is reduced, water in the sliding hole 21 is further sprayed out through the third hole 42, the cleaning effect of the first filter screen 13 and the second filter screen 16 is further improved, and the working efficiency of the air purification and disinfection device is increased.

an opening is formed in the bottom of the first filter screen (13), a second filter screen (16) is arranged below the first filter screen (13), and the second filter screen (16) is matched with the first filter screen (13); a communicating pipe (17) is arranged at the bottom of the second filter screen (16), and a water tank (18) is arranged at the bottom of the communicating pipe (17); a group of springs (19) are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the bottom of the first filter screen (13), and the other end of each spring (19) is fixedly connected with the second filter screen (16);
a wind wheel (2) is arranged between the first filter screen (13) and the second filter screen (16), and the wind wheel (2) is rotatably connected with the first filter screen (13) through a support; a group of sliding holes (21) are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the wind wheel (2), wind plates (22) are connected in the sliding holes (21) in a sliding mode, and tension springs (23) are fixedly connected between the wind plates (22) and the bottoms of the sliding holes (21); one side of the wind wheel (2) is rotatably connected with a belt wheel (24), and a sliding groove (25) is formed in the position, corresponding to the wind plate (22), of the belt wheel (24); one side of the air plate (22) close to the belt wheel (24) is fixedly connected with a bayonet (26), and the air plate (22) slides out of the sliding hole (21) and then the bayonet (26) slides into the sliding groove (25); the periphery of the communicating pipe (17) is fixedly connected with a rack (27), a first gear (28) is rotatably connected in the body (1) at a position corresponding to the rack (27), and the first gear (28) is meshed with the rack (27); a belt is sleeved between the belt wheel (24) and a rotating shaft of the first gear (28), and a water outlet of a water pump fixedly connected in the water tank (18) is arranged corresponding to the communicating pipe (17);
the periphery of the top of the communicating pipe (17) is sleeved with a funnel-shaped snap ring (3), and the snap ring (3) is connected with the inside of the body (1) through a support;
a group of swing rods (31) are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the middle part of the second filter screen (16), and the swing rods (31) penetrate through the second filter screen (16); the middle part of the swing rod (31) is hinged with a second filter screen (16); the bottom of the swing rod (31) is fixedly connected with a small ball (32), and the top of the swing rod (31) is fixedly connected with a brush plate (33); one side of the brush plate (33) close to the first filter screen (13) is uniformly provided with a group of brush hairs (34); the bottom of the second filter screen (16) is fixedly connected with an outer gear ring (35), a motor (36) is fixedly connected to the base at a position corresponding to the outer gear ring (35), and a second gear (37) fixedly connected with an output shaft of the motor (36) is meshed with the outer gear ring (35);
the middle part of the wind wheel (2) is provided with a first hole (4), and the first hole (4) is communicated with the sliding hole (21) through a second hole (41); the first hole (4) is communicated with the water tank (18) through a pipeline; a third hole (42) is formed in the air plate (22), and one-way valves are arranged in the third hole (42) and the second hole (41).
