Abstract
一种食品加工用切片方法,平移气缸和切割气缸均通过可编程逻辑控制器编写的程序进行编程控制,底座上放置棉垫和砧板,物料通过传送装置送到砧板上,使用食品加工用切片设备时,平移气缸和切割气缸均通过可编程逻辑控制器编写的程序进行编程控制,底座上放置棉垫和砧板,物料通过传送装置送到砧板上,切割气缸首先启动,切割气缸的活塞杆将切刀架推出,则位于切刀架上的成组排列的切刀对传送到砧板上的物料进行切割,切刀将物料完全切断,而砧板下面垫有棉垫是为了使得砧板可以在受到切刀压力时发生垂直的位移,这样的设计是为了使得切刀能够将物料切断又不会与砧板发生刚性碰撞导致切刀或砧板崩坏,砧板被压下时棉垫发生弹性变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及加工设备领域,具体为一种食品加工用切片方法。
背景技术
食品加工工作中,对薯类、面食类食品切片处理是非常常用的初加工手段,切片后再对食材进行烹炸等处理,可促进食材的入味,目前对食品进行切片处理时,一般采用手动切片和机械切片两种方式,手动切片由于对人的体力要求高,且切片薄厚难以掌握,只适合小批量的食品加工处理,机械切片借助切刀设备,对传送来的食品不断切割,适合大批量的生产工作,但是机械切片设备切片时,存在食材粘贴在刀片上的情况,这样一来粘贴在刀片上的食材片不断堆积,会发生食材片变形的问题,而且容易造成食材片散乱的现象,当收集箱箱口小时,食材片经常会掉落在工作台其他位置上,现需要一种新型的食品切片方法来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种食品加工用切片方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种食品加工用切片方法,平移气缸10和切割气缸11均通过可编程逻辑控制器编写的程序进行编程控制,底座1上放置棉垫3和砧板4,物料20通过传送装置送到砧板4上,切割气缸11首先启动,切割气缸11的活塞杆将切刀架12推出,则位于切刀架12上的成组排列的切刀13对传送到砧板4上的物料20进行切割,切刀13将物料20完全切断,砧板4被压下时棉垫3发生弹性变形,当切刀13抬起后,则棉垫3恢复,则砧板4又升回初始位置,切割气缸11活塞杆伸出到极限位置后,设定的编程程序控制切割气缸11的活塞杆回缩8-10mm,使得切刀13与砧板4分开,而已经切开成片的物料20会夹在切刀13之间的空隙位置处,然后平移气缸10工作,平移气缸10的活塞杆推动角架9,角架9通过导轨18和导槽17与跨架8滑动配合,则在平移气缸10的推动下,角架9向跨架8的另一边移动,则切刀架12可随之移动到卸料口5正上方位置,此时平移气缸10的活塞杆伸出到极限位置停止,然后切割气缸11的活塞杆做缩回动作,则切刀架12升高到初始位置,切刀13升起后,则物料片被导向条7从切刀13空隙中刮下来,从卸料口5落下掉落到物料片收集箱中,然后平移气缸10的活塞杆缩回到初始位置,则角架9回归原位,可进行下一次切割动作。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:使用食品加工用切片设备时,平移气缸和切割气缸均通过可编程逻辑控制器编写的程序进行编程控制,底座上放置棉垫和砧板,物料通过传送装置送到砧板上,切割气缸首先启动,切割气缸的活塞杆将切刀架推出,则位于切刀架上的成组排列的切刀对传送到砧板上的物料进行切割,切刀将物料完全切断,而砧板下面垫有棉垫是为了使得砧板可以在受到切刀压力时发生垂直的位移,这样的设计是为了使得切刀能够将物料切断又不会与砧板发生刚性碰撞导致切刀或砧板崩坏,砧板被压下时棉垫发生弹性变形,当切刀抬起后,则棉垫可以恢复,则砧板又升会初始位置,切割气缸活塞杆伸出到极限位置后,设定的编程程序控制切割气缸的活塞杆回缩8-10mm使得切刀与砧板分开,而已经切开成片的物料会夹在切刀之间的空隙位置处,然后平移气缸工作,平移气缸的活塞杆推动角架,角架通过导轨和导槽与跨架滑动配合,则在平移气缸的推动下,角架向跨架的另一边移动,则切刀架可随之移动到卸料口正上方位置,此时平移气缸的活塞杆伸出到极限位置停止,然后切割气缸的活塞杆做缩回动作,则切刀架升高到初始位置,由于导向条位于切刀之间的空隙中,而导向条是固定的,所以切刀上升过程中,本来位于切刀间隙内的物料片就会受到导向条的阻挡作用而不能随着切刀上升,切刀升起后,则物料片被导向条从切刀空隙中刮下来,从卸料口落下掉落到物料片收集箱中,然后平移气缸的活塞杆缩回到初始位置,则角架回归原位,可进行下一次切割动作;本装置结构简单,电控操作,安全性高,切片速度快,避免食材片堆积干涉产生变形的问题,卸料顺畅且卸料区域范围小,食材片不飞溅。

请参阅图1-6,一种食品加工用切片设备,包括底座1,所述底座1上立设有若干立柱2,所述立柱2上穿装有棉垫3和砧板4,所述砧板4位于所述棉垫3上方,所述底座1上还开设有卸料口5,所述底座1两侧位置均可拆卸连接有中间支架6,所述中间支架6之间穿装有若干导向条7,所述中间支架6的顶部可拆卸连接有跨架8,所述跨架8上滑动配合有角架9,所述跨架8一侧位置可拆卸连接有平移气缸10,所述平移气缸10的活塞杆与所述角架9一侧连接,所述角架9上可拆卸连接有切割气缸11,所述切割气缸11的活塞杆与切刀架12连接,所述切刀架12下方安设有若干切刀13,所述导向条7位于切刀13之间的间隔空间内,所述棉垫3和所述砧板4上均开设有与所述立柱2适配的孔,所述棉垫3和所述砧板4均通过孔穿在所述立柱2上与所述立柱2间隙配合,所述中间支架6的底部具有连接台阶14,所述中间支架6通过所述连接台阶14与所述底座1可拆卸连接,所述中间支架6的中部具有条架15,所述条架15上开设有若干插孔16,所述插孔16与所述所述导向条7适配,所述导向条7与条架15固定配合,所述跨架8上开设有导槽17,所述角架9上具有导轨18,所述导轨18与所述导槽17滑动配合,所述跨架8的两侧均具有连接脚19,所述跨架8通过所述连接脚19与所述中间支架6可拆卸连接。
工作原理:在使用该食品加工用切片设备时,平移气缸10和切割气缸11均通过可编程逻辑控制器编写的程序进行编程控制,底座1上放置棉垫3和砧板4,物料20通过传送装置送到砧板4上,切割气缸11首先启动,切割气缸11的活塞杆将切刀架12推出,则位于切刀架12上的成组排列的切刀13对传送到砧板4上的物料20进行切割,切刀13将物料20完全切断,而砧板4下面垫有棉垫3是为了使得砧板4可以在受到切刀13压力时发生垂直的位移,这样的设计是为了使得切刀13能够将物料20切断又不会与砧板4发生刚性碰撞导致切刀13或砧板4崩坏,砧板4被压下时棉垫3发生弹性变形,当切刀13抬起后,则棉垫3可以恢复,则砧板4又升回初始位置,切割气缸11活塞杆伸出到极限位置后,设定的编程程序控制切割气缸11的活塞杆回缩8-10mm,使得切刀13与砧板4分开,而已经切开成片的物料20会夹在切刀13之间的空隙位置处,然后平移气缸10工作,平移气缸10的活塞杆推动角架9,角架9通过导轨18和导槽17与跨架8滑动配合,则在平移气缸10的推动下,角架9向跨架8的另一边移动,则切刀架12可随之移动到卸料口5正上方位置,此时平移气缸10的活塞杆伸出到极限位置停止,然后切割气缸11的活塞杆做缩回动作,则切刀架12升高到初始位置,由于导向条7位于切刀13之间的空隙中,而导向条7是固定的,所以切刀13上升过程中,本来位于切刀13间隙内的物料片就会受到导向条7的阻挡作用而不能随着切刀13上升,切刀13升起后,则物料片被导向条7从切刀13空隙中刮下来,从卸料口5落下掉落到物料片收集箱中,然后平移气缸10的活塞杆缩回到初始位置,则角架9回归原位,可进行下一次切割动作。

Claims (1)
1.一种食品加工用切片方法,其特征在于:平移气缸(10)和切割气缸(11)均通过可编程逻辑控制器编写的程序进行编程控制,底座(1)上放置棉垫(3)和砧板(4),物料(20)通过传送装置送到砧板(4)上,切割气缸(11)首先启动,切割气缸(11)的活塞杆将切刀架(12)推出,则位于切刀架(12)上的成组排列的切刀(13)对传送到砧板(4)上的物料(20)进行切割,切刀(13)将物料(20)完全切断,砧板(4)被压下时棉垫(3)发生弹性变形,当切刀(13)抬起后,则棉垫(3)恢复,则砧板(4)又升回初始位置,切割气缸(11)活塞杆伸出到极限位置后,设定的编程程序控制切割气缸(11)的活塞杆回缩8-10mm,使得切刀(13)与砧板(4)分开,而已经切开成片的物料(20)会夹在切刀(13)之间的空隙位置处,然后平移气缸(10)工作,平移气缸(10)的活塞杆推动角架(9),角架(9)通过导轨(18)和导槽(17)与跨架(8)滑动配合,则在平移气缸(10)的推动下,角架(9)向跨架(8)的另一边移动,则切刀架(12)可随之移动到卸料口(5)正上方位置,此时平移气缸(10)的活塞杆伸出到极限位置停止,然后切割气缸(11)的活塞杆做缩回动作,则切刀架(12)升高到初始位置,切刀(13)升起后,则物料片被导向条(7)从切刀(13)空隙中刮下来,从卸料口(5)落下掉落到物料片收集箱中,然后平移气缸(10)的活塞杆缩回到初始位置,则角架(9)回归原位,可进行下一次切割动作。
